Hello, I am Himanshu Awasthi. Recently I have applied for personal loan but after further processing I didn't got the loan approved because my CIBIL score was very low as it is showing an active loan from 21/03/2017 of Two wheeler of ₹58000 from HLF in which it is showing me as Guarantor. But I have not been Guarantor of any loan from HLF. And it was processed without my knowledge and as fraud thus affecting my CIBIL score. I need it to be corrected immediately and the Fraud loan to be removed from my CIBIL report.

That is the problem from your side, I does not pay any bounce fee because of your technical problem

With regard to to my monthly emi instalment of 4545 on 1st of every month.
My first two emi has been paid online to you prior to due date falls but I am unable to know why late charge penalty of 475 applies to me.
This is totally astonishing for me.
I have lost my all trust on Hinduja finance.Kindly check through loan no. below being provided to you & do refund the extra charges or any penalty being charge from my account.Also, ensure that further no charges or penalty apply.In case of any penalty without any intimation, I will take this matter to higher authority.

I have taken loan for a Tipper Truck Model : AL Ecomet 1215 ( Make : Ashok Leyland). Loan Contract No : ESGWJO00063. I seems that the EMIs are debited in later date against which was fixed at the time of Contract and debited amount are not equal each time. Please help me to get it resolved ASAP.
