          I bought a loan from Hinduja in Nov-2015 for a vehicle that got completed in Nov-2019. There was an insurance amount that was paid, which Hinduja deliberately put in outstanding dues and without any information. They carried it all over till now and calculated compound AFI subjecting to a total of more than 1 Lack Rupees. Even after multiple calls, and our visit to their office, they are not closing the account and telling us that they will give us discounts on the outstanding amount. We have no overdues to be paid, still they are not clearing their own mess.

              I am B. Narayana Rao, from madhira purchased an ASHOK LEYLAND SCHOOL BUS, vehicle number: TS06UB3897 from Hinduja finance in the auction through EDIIG Platform on[protected], Loan number: APMVNN00007 for 3, 05, 500/- and paid to you subsequently. I submitted FORM-36 issued by your finance to the DTO office but the vehicle owner lodged a complaint against them in the respective Mahbubnagar DTO office. I informed all this issue to Hinduja executive but till now no response from them. Please solve this issue and make them hand over the vehicle to me or make them return my paid amount with interest. this issue is not solved nearly for 8months.please solve this issue.

                Re: Complaint on Loan number: TNCHCHTW03861
                We bought a loan for Suzuki Gixxer SF FI Bike(Registration No: TN 85 F 7644). The loan was bought in the name of K. MURUGAN. Our 1st EMI started on 12/03/2018. At that time they said amount will be deducted directly from our Indian bank account through ECS. But for 3 months, the amount is not deducted and we asked to one of their representative Rajesh and he said ECS is not working for us so he said us to pay amount through cheques. We paid EMI for last 3yrs through cheque. During lockdown, the government announced EMI Moratorium for 3 months. At that time we called Rajesh and he said hindujaleyland Finance company didn't deduct EMI. So after 3 months also your team didn't use the cheque to deduce the EMI amount. So after 6 months(3 months Moratorium and 3 months not placed cheque to bank to deduct money) we had a doubt and called again to the company. They said us pay the 6 months EMI through one cheque and no need to pay any interest for that. So we paid the 6 months amount through 1 cheque and after this we had only 3 emi due. We paid it properly. Now we asked Rajesh to disburse NOC for our Bike EMI. But he refused and said us to pay the interest for not paying the 6 months EMI on time. The fault is not from our side. We already gave the Cheque to the company to use it at a respective months to deduce EMI amount. But their team didn't place the cheque at the respective time and made us to pay the 6 months EMI through 1 cheque. Now again forcing us to give the interest amount without giving NOC. We have the evidence like we record the call conversation with your representative. He clearly mentioned that we no need to pay any interest. The fault is from your side. But you are asking us to pay interest amount for the fault which is done from your side. Please help us on this by removing the interest amount and provide us the NOC by the company. They didn't even respond to my mail. It's been 3 months since I raised this complaint to that team but ko response.. They keep increasing EMI interest.. please help us on this

                      The NOC is not available even after the full and final payment of the truck vehicle number HR689232. मेने अप्रेल 2016 में 500000 का लोन अपनी ट्रक के लिए लिया था । जिसको मेने अम्बल IOCL पेट्रोलियम कंपनी में लगाया था ।टाइम पर ट्रक की क़िस्त न भरी होने कारण हिन्दुसा लीलैंड फाइनेंस कंपनी के आदमी मेरी गाड़ी उठा कर ले गए ।1 साल पहले ट्रक मेने हरयाणा डिस्ट्रिक्ट अंबाला शहर बलदेव नगर हिन्दुसा लीलैंड फाइनेंस के मैनजर MR, KRISHAN जी से बात की ओर उनके बताय गए फुल एंड फाइनल 2, 42000 रुपया भर कर गाड़ी यार्ड से ले गया था। जिसका रिलीज़ लेटर MR KRISHAN जी ने दिया।कृष्ण जी से मेने ट्रक की NOC के लिए कहा तो उन्होंने 1 महीने का टाइम मांगा । ओर कहा कि महीने बाद आ कर NOC ले जाना । परन्तु अब 1 साल बीत जाने के बाद भी मुजे मेरे ट्रक की noc नही मिली है। अब जब भी में NOC के लिए पूछने जाता हूं तो मुजे ये कहा जाता है कि आपका अभी 46000 रुपए बकाया है। उसको भरो फिर NOC मिलेगी। उल्टा उस कंपनी ने मुझसे बिना पूछे ओर बिना बताए 1 ओर लोन कर दिया । ओर इसकी पैमेंट भी मुझसे माँगते है । मुजे अपना ट्रक बेचने में बहुत दिक्कत आ रही ।

                        Dear Hinduja Leyland,

                        I Mohsin Khan s/o zulfikar khan have not taken any loan from your company. But in my cibil report Loan no RJUDU0TW01588 is showing against my name.
                        I have not taken any such loan, and I visited yesterday in your office where same loan was shown in the with the similar name but different address and father name. But your branch employees at udaipur refused to help in this matter.

                        Requesting yourself to pls rectify the same in cibil as this entry is denying my chances of getting loan from other institutions.
                        I am attaching my pan, aadhar, Dl and cibil screenshot for your reference.

                                My ECS date is 5 and same day I had sufficient amount but my ECS is returned and my bank charged me 590 rs who is responsible for that.
                                I paid emi by using ur HLF connect app on 07th feb, then also debited same amount on 10th Feb why...?

                                Kindly refund me on urgent basis... Double debited amount of 2671/- & ECS return charge 590. ASAP
