i went to your recovery office in ludhiana at jamalpur 'n' times to have a one to one talk with your head of recovery mr vivek sharma but to no avail. i left my message and my number with his junior staff to intimate me when he comes but since november i have been kept waiting. so today when finally my patience broke i decided for this epistle. we deal in real estate and have a ready client for a morgaged property in ludhiana - hno 92 citizen enclave, near ferozepur road, ludhiana punjab.

I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding reversal of ECS mandate charges for my loan contract number KAUMMHTW00299 on Honda Activa 5G vehicle number-KA48EA1614, being lecturer by professional i am receiving half salary because of pandemic.I request you to exempt the charges of penalty for the check bounce as the required amount in the account on 5th november was available but bit delay might have caused problem .amount of 4984/- is available by 12.55pm so kindly reverse the ECS mandate charges & consider my request.

Description:
Initially no any issue regarding payment. Cleared loan on 18/09.2019 .After clearing loan one month extra EMI was deducted. As of now on average around 11 months have been completed. Till the office members are not ready to repay the extra EMI Amount. More than 5 times my spouse visited the office.After that 2 times i personally visited the office.No person is responding properly.If we paid an amount late for that they will be taking interest. But one EMI has not paid since 11 months.
I Need my one month EMI With interest.

i subhasmita mohap[atra i finnce tata ace vehicle no OD 05AG6612 .my emi date is every month date 07th .
ocober month emi paid through collection agency on date 30 sepetember 2020. my cheqe is bounce on 10 .10.2020.then i conact to collection agent and he not respond me .then i contatct to branch head of jagatsinghpur branch for above matter and try to solve them but he is not coporate me and also suggest me to go jagatsinghpur branch for details and also said me cannot give any information by phone. I ask for cheque bounce report but till date (09.12.2020) i not found this report.i wnt to pay my emi but till date 02 month emi not collected by agency .
Therefore i request for solve above problem and for collect my emi please.
