I have a two wheeler loan account with hinduja leyland finance and i am regularly paying emi's of the same. I haven't missed even a single emi till date.

But, the credit report is showing that i've missed 10 emi's till today and it is severely affecting my credit score. I've checked with my bank and found that the emi has been deducted regularly on 5th of every month.

I am planning to take car loan next month. But given the current credit score i'll end up paying higher rate of interest, if the same is not corrected.

So, kindly look into this and correct the error.

The complaint is about my loan clearance, which has been cleared from my side and i'm receiving calls that your payment is pending. Whereas loan amount has been deducted from bank account every month.
Could you please rectify this for me asap as this is affecting my cibil score as well for future any loans.
My cibil score has already gone down due to this i was unable to process my other loans.
Also please send me an noc since the loan due date has been completed from my end.

My son krushna chandra das has availed a loan of rs 200000/- for a alfa three wheeler in dec 2017. The emi is rs6500/-. But your jagatsinghpur branch in odisha has wrongly calculated the emi as rs7054/-. The branch is not cooperating after many requests. I pray for a correction. The last digits of the contract is 137. Till 07 december the total emi is 23, amounting to rs149500-/. I have paid till today amounting to rs143990-/. My son is in default of rs5510-/ excluding afi. But unfortunately yesterday at about 7 pm near jagatsinghpur icici branch some notorious youngstars misbehaved with my son in name of hlf recovery team and forcibly took rs500-/ to release the auto. They didn't show their id proof nor any letter of seizure. I pray for an imartial probe into this incident to save the good will of hlf's & it's reputation. With thanks.

I have taken two wheeler loan from your finance company against loan no. Atvwvjtw03572 on sep.2017 and cleared all the emis/dues up to august 2019 (23 emis) without any fail and bounce of cheques. Sir when i have visited your office at gurunanak colony, vijayawada on 10.08.2019 for enquiring about getting noc / no dues certificate, your office staff intimated that still i have to pay rs.1936 /- against the chola insurance charges. Sir one thing when i purchased the two wheeler at the honda dealer company (Santosh honda, vijayawada) they already done insurance against my two wheeler @ rs.2000 /- per year and presently it is going on. But to my surprise neither i have got any intimation/information by sms/call/mail nor i have approached your office to get chola insurance against my two wheeler. After completion of all emis up to till date i have no information about this from your office. On that day i. E. 10.08.2019 i have given written complaint that to cancel the chola insurance which is illegal/unlawful provided on my two wheeler without my consent.. Recently, my cibil score has come down due to non-payment of chola insurance charges rs.1936 /-. (Enclosed:- cibil status copy against my two wheeler loan no. Atvwvjtw03572 and my complaint dated 10.08.2019 are attached). I have receiving so many calls from your head office for paying the chola insurance charges rs.1936 /-. Hence, i request you sir to please issue noc/no dues certificate at the earliest after cancelling chola insurance charges against my two wheel loan account and give necessary instructions to cibil team for updating my cibil score at the earliest.

I have completed paying my emi's on vehicle number ap05es4576 on.4/11/2019. I have applied for noc and the team working is irresponsive, and responding in an irregular way. Not providing a confident information about the problem asking to consult the office for lots of times. I need this problem to be solved as i want to sell my 2wheeler and hesitating due to lack of clearance.

I gumansinh bhikhubha jadeja. I had loan in your company the agreement no gjakbi000174. I had paid my emis but one emi of 1 dec 2017 emi has not been shown in our loan.I have only 5 emi left. More then 18 moths i not received my noc paper. I went many times in hinduja office in varanasi, but till now i not recievd. Previous also i purchase a bike through hinduja. Hello sir / mam, my name is faraz ahmed siddiqui i have an active account in hinduja finance as i have taken two wheeler loan from your company i have never missed a single emi in history but still your team put my account in negetive status as i visited in branch they told me that a policy issued but i had no knowledge about the policy and not even a single call from your executive and now amount overdues over 622 rupees without even my knowledge, that effects my credit report also, now who is responsible for decline of my cibil because of this.. Now i have paid 622 rupees so please update my credit report in positive manner as soon as possible

I have missed the last months emi and i have not received any calls from the hinduja layland finance campany. I tried to contact the customer service group of the hinduja leyland group but no response from them.

I have been trying to contact for this to the different branch and customer service group for this but unable to do.

My application which is sanctioned for an amount of Rs.20.00 Lakhs vide reference no. KA/BLR/KOLR/A[protected] dated 5th Nov 2019.

Without knowledge to me the team has debited insurance premium and got to know by the policy received at my address through courier. Requested to cancel the policy ASAP. Also till now they have not disbursed the loan, however reminder messages through SMS to serve the EMI to maintain the sufficient balance in the account are being sent.

Even though with repeated reminder calls to the concern team but no response got received.

I wanted the loan statement of my dost leyland vehicle. The loan is completely cleared but i got the penalty mesaage without any reason, so i need you to check my status and send me the statement. When i contacted one of your agents, they replied that the server is down. Even if i contact customer care, they too are not picking the call. Atleast here your fast reply is needed.

I purchased activa 4G on finance with Hinduja finance. Hinduja finance took no follow up and keep on dishoner my cheque. So i paid up my loan and mailed my RC book to hinduja finance ahmedabad office. Mr.Meet. but still i dis not get NOC. And after full payment they keep on presenting my cheque in HDFC bank. That hampered my c-bill bedly. Vehicle no. Is GJ-01-UN-7781

I have purchase apachi rtr 200 before 2 months. My first emi is clear through bank. My second emi not yet clear, there is sufficient fund in bank. I have received call — number-[protected]- from your executive regarding payment and they are taking like any thing (Very bad and rach, like they will purchase me. I was very disappointed treatment given by your executive.

Is this way to talk to customer, if there is fund available in my bank then why this type of call come to me.
