Its been more than 1 Year, I have submitted all the EMI's of my bike loan but still i haven't received the NOC from there side .

Also They are continuously sending Warning letter for making the payments which i have paid already .

None of the person there is ready to take the responsibility also none of the person is responding any phone calls .

Due to this loan my credit score is becoming worse because of which i am unable to take loan for my personal things .

I had take a home Loan from Hinduja Housing Finance Limited (HHFL) 3 years ago.
They where charging Huge Rate of interest for the loan taken.
Hence i applied Balance transfer to new bank.
The balance transfer request got approved in new bank and they are requesting for a mail from HHFL regarding the Way of foreclosure (Transfer of money and Exchange of documents).

Its been 5 months i have been contacting HHFL ppl for their reply and and update.

The manager from HHFl speaks in very unethical way using very bad language and informs me we cant give u any documents or we can't proceed your foreclosure for 2 quarters as they will loose Business.

Please help me to get out of it as i have been suffering from last 8 months for the foreclosure.

I bought a two wheeler bearing registration no.-od-11f-5834 (Suzuki gixxer sf) under your finance company on last of 2015. The loan amount was cleared on jan 2019 but i haven't received noc till date. I am complaining since two months regularly at your branch office at my location, whenever i go there to know about my noc status the staffs of that office make different excuses after that m also try to complaint through customer care but the customer care was not responding it. So, kindly issue an noc as soon as possible as we need it badly. The receipt containing contract no. Attached below.

My name is tapan kumar, i financed a honda scooty last year, however the name they financed is tarun kumar, my rc has the correct name, i gave all my correct documents, they keep on calling me for payments, my bank denied ecs, as the name is incorrect, i told them there is no one by the name tarun kumar, so much of hassle and headache... Tried calling customer service [protected] which never gets answered, kindly get it sorted out

Maine mera two wheeler ka firstvemi jo mere bank se katna chahie tha but finance balo ne bank se oh money kate nahi, fir uske bank aap ki finance company ne apne ek bande ko meri gha bhej kar mere se uss emi ke na dene ke liye mere se fine jur ke 2459 rupees liya, but mera accounte me mainne aap ka loan rasi jama kar die tha lakin tab bhi unane fine

I have visited no of times to your vadodara branch office but received same answer all the time that correction in system is not done an we have mailed to head office for the same.

I think hinduja leyland is least bother for their customers respect and dignity...
This is the way they deal with their customers... I request all the new customers don’t ever finance anything from them because they come out their clothes in seconds...
The manager instead of asking me sorry again warned me after even depositing my entire dues that was not my fault at all.. As i am asking from the first instalment to start ecs and they always say me to co e to our office and deposit or deposit directly in their bank account... I don’t understand their working.. This type of dealing v is being done by local financiers.. Not by some reputed company...

When i investigated further i came to know that the company has given full liberty to their employees..
I will file the case against the manager of the jalandhar branch office and against the company if some necessary action will not be taken with in a week

HIGHLY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR BY STAFF NAMING POOJA AND SAKSHI FROM APTE ROAD BRANCH. got call from [protected].
not updating ECS, calling every end of the month and using abusive language.
calling customer bouncers even after paying the money. The Co. is not updating details in the system and the staff member uses harsh language with customer....

Today i again called the manager for informing that i have deposited the all pending dues and told him that the behaviour of your staff was not good... But instead of feeling guilty. He again warned me that what happens it is gone.. He again defended his staff today... He is not at all guilty for their staff behaviour... He doesn’t have manners to deal with customer and is very rough at his behaviour...
I want to take the action against him... Otherwise i will put a case on him for mental tourture and misbehaving with me...

I have requested them several times to start my emi on ecs system, but your staff is least bothered, they always demand me to come to their office and give the instalment which is possible and practical for me... I got a call from jallandhar office and they threatened me and talked with me very badly and when i told them that i will come to your office, manager at their told me to come and they will see you.. When i went their the manager didn’t stop their executive who misbehaved with me and even told their executives to through me out of their office..
This is not a good behaviour and also told me that they can come to my home also to pick my car only because my two emi was not done because of their fault and my touring job...
I am a reputed person.. I deposited the money today directly
But i request you to take action against the manager and his staff at city square office in jalandhar, i was scared they way behaved with me and even have beaten if have not moved from their office

I- bishal sarkar s/o - debasish sarkar and rita sarkar, am seriously disappointed with the ecs/ nach services rendered from hinduja leyland finance regarding my 2-wheeler loan as from 05/01/2019 which is about 1 year after i took the loan having huge delay in linking the nach facility with my account and then after when it come to my knowledge in march 2019 after visiting branch, they advised me to keep the emi in my bank account. I did it before the emi date of 5th april 2019, the amount got debited from my account but bounce chrgs accounted both in their loan statement and bank account. Pls help me to resolve on urgent basis. The branch persons are saying that they have not received any credit of my emi, where as my passbook from bank updated yesterday showing the debit of the amount from my account. Then where is my emi amount??? Is it being in hold or freeze??? Please help me to stop this type of inferior services from the company. I am suffering from last 1 year.

I am Sri Jayanthi . I bought a honda aviator on 3/4/18 . The money were paid in 12 installments and it was debited from my bank account automatically . The installments amount is Rs.5973/- per month . The period of contract was from 3/4/18 to 5/4/19. But on the last installment the was debited on 2/4/19 . But again Rs.5973 was debited on 5/4/19 . So when we contacted to the customer care about this, they said that the excess of amount will be refunded within 10 days but the amount is not yet refunded to my account . I request you to refund the money as soon as possible . Also i want the NOC to be sent to my email id - [protected]@gmail.com .

My mother n. Vijayalakshmi has taken two wheeler loan from hinduja leyland finance with the contract number atgvgttw00306 on 01/03/2018. Emi's (2799/-) has been paid regularly and foreclosed the loan with an amount of rs. 13, 504/- on 15/12/2018. But again next month in january & february the emi due penalty of rs. 118/- has been detected from the account. When we asked this to branch, they said the loan was not closed due to technical issue so they charged 800/- from me again for foreclose completely and taken the sign from manager stating "contract closed on[protected].in april again month total emi of 2799/- has been detected. When we asked the branch about this they said the loan has is still not closed due to technical issue and said the amount will be refunded and original documents will be send within a week or two. Again when reminded them they asking me why you have not followed to close. As a customer i have closed my loan, but the branch staff has not closed and top of that shouting on us why not followed. Kindly resolve the issue and make my money refunded asap. Attached the screenshot of amount transfer on 15/12/2018 from icici to hinduja account, 800/- paid by cash receipt on 15/2/2019 due to loan account not closed by branch staff and branch manager signature stating"contract closed" with date 15/2/2019.
