I am Shravan Kumar Sah father Radheshyam Sah Dhibari Para Thakurganj, permanent resident of Kishanganj Bihar. My three wheelers loan number is ESPRKSSV0075. I paid the last EMI on 9/9/2022. Total 21 EMI was given by me. Due to very bad condition of the car, I personally deposited the car to Hinduja Finance and took the receipt of No Objection. Inspite of depositing my vehicle, it is still showing loan as active. Because of which my credit score has become very bad. Otherwise I will have to take legal action on Kishanganj branch
So Mr. Sir is requested to please close my loan account.

My name is janardhan sharma . I financed my car with hinduja finance in 2019 and there were 36 installments to repay the loan amount .
I have paid all installments in stipulated time period .
But after clearing all the dues and emi there are some other charges also added to my loan account .
Due to this additional and irrevelant charge I couldn't get NOC for my loan account . Which is effecting my CIBIL score .
And due to the non availability of this NOC I couldn't sell out my car

I am Applied my Duplicate NOC Through patna saguna more branch on 05/04/2023 your employee say me wait 15-20 days after you will come and take your NOC after wait i am go to branch to recived my NOC but they say me NOC not recived in branch and after i am many of time visited in branch for my duplicate NOC but till date not recived NOC today have 1.5 month waited for NOC but no any response from company hinduja leyland finance is wrost company very irresponsible employee they can't understand time value my bike is theft and surveyor demand the NOC but they not provide me NOC hinduja leyland se ghatiya service maine aajtak nahi dekhi i am applied through my mail id but they say only we will send NOC soon bakwass mail revert ghatiya service

I have received a CIBIL report and I found the commercial vehicle loan details which is overdue in my name and this loan is not done by my side and it is wrongly updated in CIBIL.

Because of this incorrect entry in CIBIL, it is effecting my CIBIL score and I am unable to get any loans from any bank.

i have made all payments of my loan since last year 2022
but tehy still not closed my case
when i applied for the loan i followed all the documentation procedure..They haven't deducted money from my account on monthly based .After one month they called me and told me to pay through cash because their online payment mode was not working...Since i have paid the monthly loan through cash on time .Their person sometime delay from their end and still he put a bad remark on my pan .. Because of them i am not getting any loan from anywhere now

Where I have foreclosed the Loan but due to negligence by branch team same was not foreclosed and my Cibil was got impacted. I have request to re-check the Repayment Schedule and repayment history and fix the issue and Correct my Bureau report.
