We raised a request for NOC for two wheeler loan. We have taken the NOC first time, but NOC was missing, we have take another NOC so we raised a request for NOC in office in Rajajinagar. But still not received, we need it urgently and employee is not responding properly. When we will receive it. I have attached my details below. Pls look into it and do the needful ASAP.

I have paid my EMI every month on time . There was one Emi of Sep 2018 which i have paid but it was not reflecting on Hinduja Leyland finance system so i have provided them with the receipt of transfer, settlement sheet from bank for providing the proof . We have received a Demand notice from Hinduja Leyalnd stating to pay the amount as i have already paid but still company is not providing us the NOC as my dues are clear .Daily we are getting call from Hinduja legal team for payment and they don't listen to us even dont have manners to talk to someone .

I have taken two wheeler loan in this .. I have cleared full amount without any delay and without any penalty.. but it is not updated in my cibil report .. please do close this account and provide NOC

Hi sir my name is Renu devi i have taken a loan from hinduja finance hazaribagh branch.i had payed all my instalment at time without failing but at time of covid lockdown i was had not paid 3 month instalment.after that i visited finance office for enquiry that how i have to pay my 3 month instalment which i have laked due to lockdown. They have told me that no problem u have to pay three months extra form your instalment time . I had asked them that do i will to have late fine any type of charge at that time they told that no extra charge will be added now they are troubling me to pay a monetroum or intrest of rupees 2500 for that three months. I am not able to pay that extra charge so i visited the office again to ask about some solution they told that u have to pay it any cost its company policy . please help me out.

Even after more than 6 months, my loan accounts is still showing active status on your mobile application as well as in CIBIL.

Therefore you are requested to issue me a NOC and notify my loan status as closed in all your database
