This is my second try. I have already posted my complaint in your forum, i have purchased my Jupiter in 2018 and paid full amount in time, but till the date I have not received NOC, for the same, i tried to approach so many times through mail, thier application and through the phone but no response, their all staff based in gandhinagar, Gujarat have left the job as they told me.and thier Ahmedabad office is also found close, please do the needful ASAP, my name Arvind Kumar Parmar.

Today pay 10000 against contract no - BHPTJITW00070 and Transaction ID is - T2302041217314744273647 and Collect ID - PTM302043371694172173202302041217

I completed my all EMI, still I didn't get my NOC. Now I want change my registration to my mother's from my name, for that I need NOC, so I request you to send NOC as soon as possible.

I have a bike loan from your company and paid all my emi's with in time through HLF application but your agent told that still around 7k payment was pending.

I have asked him the reason, he told that moritorium was applied to my loan but i have paid emi's regularly.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you in good health and spirits. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a matter concerning my loan account with Hinduja Leyland Finance. I am Rashi Sahay, a proud citizen of India and a loan borrower with your esteemed organization.

I had taken a loan for Honda Activa 5G in 2018 with a down payment of INR 10, 000 and the rest through EMIs. Unfortunately, the company faced issues with auto-debiting the EMI amount from my bank (Oriental Bank) since the beginning of the loan tenure. Despite repeated follow-ups and submission of all necessary documents, the issue still persists.

In 2020, due to the COVID-19 restrictions and lockdown, the company informed me that their agent would come to collect the installments. However, this has led to even more problems as the agent has been unable to come on time and has collected multiple months' installments. Moreover, I was also charged 2 extra installments due to my unawareness and the restrictions on travel.

When the restrictions were lifted, I visited the company's office with my mother to resolve the issue and take a No Dues Certificate. However, the female agent was sleeping, and the senior was unable to fetch my details due to a system error. He informed me that I had already paid 2 extra installments and that I shouldn't worry about the INR 12, 000-13, 000 in monitorium charges being asked by the company.

Despite repeated follow-ups, no resolution has been reached to date. I have also migrated to another place due to work, but my brother and mother visited the office yesterday, and they were informed that I either have to pay INR 3000 or INR 17, 000 to close the loan and obtain the NOC.

I would like to bring to your attention that the loan amount was INR 55, 000, and till date, I have already paid INR 74838. The extra moratorium charges are irrelevant considering the amount already paid and the fact that I lost my job during the COVID-19 restrictions and lockdown.

In light of the above, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no option but to reach out to the Consumer Court for help.

I am confident that with your cooperation and understanding, we can find a mutually acceptable solution.

I am Pratap kumar Biswal, I brought a bike with ur financial services but I fail few deposit then after ur staff call me and ask me to close all due, then I will pay whatever they say and they told me ur noc will reach ur destination but till now noc not arrive and I'm unable to make a new loan please shut it as soon as possible otherwise I will submit in consumer court.

I (Sainking Kumar) have been a EMI payee of Hinduja Finance since March, 2020. My contract number with Hinduja Finance is "ESPTHATW00215". My contract amount is Rs.4510/- from March, 2020 to February, 2022. I have already paid it up to february 2022. But Next month a deduction occurred from my account. Since March, 2022 I've mailed Hinduja Finance at [protected]@hindujaleylandfinance.com but no satisfactory report is provided to me. When I received a Phone call from an employee of Hinduja Finance Patna Branch. He has suggested to me that You'll be paid a short amount of approx Rs.2000 i.r.o. your amount Rs.4510/-. Some charges will be deducted. So, I got to know about the deduction of charges. Hence No any payment has been paid to me up till now.
So, Please help me out in reimbursing my amount of Rs.4510/-.

I hereby want to state that as per me I have given the last Emi on Nov 29 but I get to know that my two wheeler loan got closed on Dec 23rd 2022.Kindly provide me the NOC as per I have some emergency to buy a new two wheeler. My registration no is AS05M0194.

Hi,

I have a 2-wheeler loan active and going-on with Hinduja Leyland Finance since October-November 2021 and it has been approximately 15 months and the tenure for the said loan is of 30 months. I have been paying the installments/emi's on time and have never defaulted the same. However, as a matter of fact I've noticed that my CIBIL Score has not been generated or update from your end till date.

Therefore, I request you to kindly please take appropriate steps and update my CIBIL Score immediately. I have been running pillar to post but nothing effective has been done yet. The details of the loan account are as follows:-

I have paid all 48 emi and seeking the noc but the HLF mobile app shows outstanding of Rs 5009/-. On contacting the Kolkata office, Mr. Rajat Pal helped me with the details and told me that there are moratorium charges added to my account. Much to my surprise, the outstanding amount as per his system is Rs 22503/-. Since I have paid my emi on time during the 6 months of the corona period, why...
