I purchased a honda active since 17.11.2014 finance by your bank the amount is financed is 43000 in emi 18 as per term and condition of your agriment i pay all your emi. I have purchased a honda x-blade on 21jun 2018 from durga honda by hinduja finance. Before purchase the bike i was discussed with hinduja agent name-pradeep swain, mob. No [protected]. After discussion with him he told me that your down payment is rs. 30004/= and your emi is rs. 3126/= i agreed to purchase. But he asked me rs. 33000/= for down payment and i paid as his required. After one month he told that you have to pay rs. 3407/= for one /first month emi after that it will be convert to rs.3126/= that time also i agreed. But now he saying that you have to pay all emi rs. 3407/= i asked about this problem, he said it's our company policy. How it is possible and from where i can pay the rest amount. I had a commmercial vechicle loan in your concern. Vide loan A/c no.TNPCPN00110 loan amount Rs.210000/-. I had closed my loan on 03.10.2015 but it reflected now in my cibil report. Kindly cleared my cibil report as early as possible...

aise krte krte 3 -4 Month se uper ho gaye hai

Hi dear hinduja you should teach your staff for better service of your faithfully customers i have choose your finance for my honda activa 4 g moped and your finance executive mr. Navnath more he did my file and he left his job your new staff on his place mr. Nitin gaikwad he also hopeless fellow i have asked them for 24 moths tenure and they filed for 36 month tenure and now i am asking them for foreclosure amount so they are saying 41000 how that calculation they have done i want break down of it i have paid 12 emi and now 12 dues are pending as simple if i am paying 2820 rs emi for another 12 months hardly 33840 rs are pending then how they gave me 41000 rs amount please solve these problem because that's your mistake and not only me my few friends also suffering this problem from your finance please do the need full thanks

Dear sir, i want to know what is the procedure and your policy of finance recovery, i have some issue with my bank account that was reason for i was not submitted payment in my bank account.
I was not getting any call from your office, today i was getting a call from your noida office and i was fixed the meeting with him today evening, your office teem send person from recovery department and they all persons drunken vine start to misbehave to me and my friend and taken my bike, told me come to my office to take back your bike.
Why are you not sent somebody to collect monthly payment and how to take action directly.
I am very unhappy for your service this was a very hard challenge for me and my social life.

A housemaid of mine took a loan from HLF for a two wheeler. They agreed on an EMI of 2778 to be deposited in the bank. However being uneducated she mistook bit to be 2700 and missed some EMI. Vehicle has been repossessed due to non payment of EMI by misunderstanding. Staff refusing to return inspite of several requests and agreeing to pay future EMI.
Appears to be a racket of exploiting poor people.

Today many finance companys giving option to pay money through app or website and give also option to check what is balance emi (upcoming payments & ALREADY PAID). But hinduja leyland finance company dont have a app for coustmers to pay emi and chack balance emi. also if you read all articals about hinduja comapny collection department you may get some dangoures incidents. so the solution is to make app for your coustmers so they can pay...

I have already settled my loan amount but its not removed from cibil report. The amount of rs 308/- is still showing pending category and its leads my score down day by day. For only this reason my loans are rejected. Kindly removed this from cibil as soon as possible. If any help from my end please let me know. Noc is attached here with for your reference....

I have paid all my dues at the right time. But the staffs in coimbatore, ram nagar branch (Previously it was located near avinashi road) not properly closed my loan account and it was open for more than 200 days. It was came into my notice when i contact them for noc document after few months of all my dues paid. And also after my conversation with the staff (Present at that time) they closed the loan account immediately and after 15-20 days i received noc certificate with spelling mistake which rto doesn't accepting for name change.
Both the errors are not acceptable from their side which cause more mental pressure while following with the current staffs in ram nagar, coimbatore branch.

Kindly do the needful before i take it to concern department.

I was paid full laon (Total 18 month's instalments) last stalment paid in november 2018 total instalments paid in time to time through ecs. I haven't any panding amounts.
