I have paid all my dues at the right time. But the staffs in coimbatore, ram nagar branch (Previously it was located near avinashi road) not properly closed my loan account and it was open for more than 200 days. It was came into my notice when i contact them for noc document after few months of all my dues paid. And also after my conversation with the staff (Present at that time) they closed the loan account immediately and after 15-20 days i received noc certificate with spelling mistake which rto doesn't accepting for name change.
Both the errors are not acceptable from their side which cause more mental pressure while following with the current staffs in ram nagar, coimbatore branch.

Kindly do the needful before i take it to concern department.

Company is very bad is not provide me a noc.
And not close my loan accounts.
My suggestion is to everyone please don't use this company for loan regarding.
I was purchase motorcycle honda dream yuga through loan in hinduja leland finance.
I was paid full laon (Total 18 month's instalments) last stalment paid in november 2018 total instalments paid in time to time through ecs. I haven't any panding amounts.
My request is close my loan account and send me noc.
Please help and solve my problems.

Loan amount 38000/- emi start[protected] to[protected]... My emi is 2001 tenure 24... Last payment pay with close file charge in cash... Gandhinagr branch head say with me your loan in close your noc latter your home recived after 1 monthbut this latter not recived and my loan account not close... All payment pay but this loan account is open and over due last 1 year today i will check my cibil report so i see this... Hinduja leyland finance office is close in gandhinagar,... So what is my loan status and why not close my loan file and why not recived my noc latter i complain in this company for gandhinagar branch and this manager... So pls help me...

I have already settled my loan amount before 8 months but its not removed from cibil report. This amount is still showing pending category and its leads my score down day by day. For only this reason my loans are rejected. Kindly removed this from cibil as soon as possible. If any help from my end please let me know. Noc is attached here with for your reference.

Already iam sending Daily Remainders to you for my NOC, but i have not received any kind of response from your side and also still my LOAN ACCOUNT is showing ACTIVE ( LOAN NO - ATVWVJTW02088), after paying all the EMI"s also, why i have not received my NOC, for your kind information the Last EMI WAS in the Month of NOVEMBER -2017, because of Technical reasons it was not credited to your account, but i came to your office and paid the amount, but after 4MONTHS also still it is showing Pending dues from side, And i came to your office 5 times to close this issue, but everytime i have not received any solution from your side, that it shows the how much value you are giving to the Customers. I want to ask Only single QQQuestion to you, if i have any dues means, you people will wait for 90 days of Repayment, immediately you people will seize the Vehicle, My request is Plz think in the same way and kindly solve my Issue.

I took a Scooty from Hinduja Finance. Due to some reasons I was not able to pay on time for few months only after that i paid by cash.

They came to my home and get away my scooty to the office

And told that you need to pay more 22000/- rs

My policy number was DLDLLNTW01023

Now in the CIBIL my status showing suited filled

Kindly let me know the Scooter is also not with me they collect from my home

So how can I pay the amount . And what i need to do

I took bike loan in hinduja layland finance, I closed my loan on may 2018, after closing of loan on June month EMI Debited from my bank account, iam contacted hinduja layland finance Mangalore branch, they told it will return in week submited my bank account no. But still I didn't get any amount, right now I am out of station, so I called them they didn't provided any details.

Every time, i have to call them whats going on. Nobody bothers themselves to provide me any update and even if they are picking the call, their response is always " Its done Sir, don't worry, it will be in your account by the end of the day".

I mean common, we are not beggars, because of your loan services, we will be paying interest, it will be not at free of cost.

I don't want to hear fake commitment, i need to see the result.

If there is some one, who can help regarding this, it will be highly appreciate!!

I took a bike loan from your company last year in first quarter.
I have & paid all of my emi's on timely manner & also completed the entire amount which were supposed to be paid.

Still i am not getting the noc from your department (Noida).
Its more than 3 months i am in continuous touch with mr. Sanjay but still i am not able to get the noc.

Reason being one of your company employee mr. Rajeev submitted 2 of my paid emi's into somebodies else account which your department has also agreed. Due to which it shows outstanding in account of around 22000.
Due to which my cibil score is also getting disturbed.

I hereby request you to kindly provide my noc asap.
Otherwise i will be left with no options other than filling a police case.

This is regarding my Hinduja Leyland Finance two wheelar loan reference account no. PJCGKGTW00636 that I want to bring your kind attention as per my last loan statement my total dues are ₹19913 but here I want to clear you that I am not responsible for my dues pending. During at loan agreement time I had avail loan amount of ₹54624 (including all Interest with EMI ₹4552) for one year and provided total twelve cheques with my authorised signed. EMI starts in month of February 2015 But unfortunately your executive had mistakenly deposited my two cheques in month of March 2015 and credited the amount again in my account but here my two cheques wasted by your company which lead to my total loss. I also tried to contact in your local branch (Paramour, HP)at that time but found branch has shut down operations there in Palampur branch. I also tried to reach to you at helpline number provided in your site but not found satisfactory response.

I want to pay you my two pending EMI's(4552+4552) but I don't know why you are asking to pay such huge amount ₹19913.

Here I want to clear there is not my fault in payment delay. It's because of the cheque deposited by your executive three times in a month March 2015.
I have my bank account statement as proof.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest .

I bought a bike in 2013 with the help of hinduja leyland finance and i want the noc as i completely deposited the emi's by time to time. Now i went to your nadiad hinduja office {hinduja leyland finance, city point, 3rd floor, near mahagujrat, nadiad (Guj.)} and they told me that they don't have the data for year 2015 and and later, they just have the data for year 2016, 17, 18. I went there a lot of time but they give me the same reason and now i'm tired of doing that so i complaint against your service that you have to send the data for year 2015 to your nadiad office so that i can collect my noc. But this account is still showing despute account in cbil. Already inform several times your thiruvananthapuram branch, up to now they are not willing to clear from cbil my score is going down.

Company agent has assured me in the initial time of the finance that 1st emi has to be paid inform of cash along with the down payment and later rest 23emis will be deducted from your account of every month 4th or 5th of every month. On nov 2017 i was unable to maintain the balance coz of financial problems and twice charges has been taken on that month 236*2=472ecs return charges i'm ok with it but on next month dec twice has been debited of emi amount 2819*2=5638 this is last month and dec emi amount i thought and was kept quite but after this also on last day of the dec 2017 return charges of 236 again deducted from my account and later jan 2018 only one debit as correct emis have been debited but on feb 2018 again twice they have debited till my last emi dated may 2018 only once they have debited i want reversal of my money of rs 2819 extra what you have taken back is needed.
Your staff of hubli branch is telling that you signed all the documents we can hit ecs any date and time of the month according to rbi guidelines telling. If it is the true then i can say that rbi has never tell this thing you can debit any date of the month pls educate your staff and reversal of my money is rs.2819 but your staff is telling that i can get only rs.1, 136 * changes.

The amount was twice deducted from my account so kindly re-deposit my balence into my account.

I have paid all my emis till date. The current month loan is pending (1 months)
Without prior notice my byk has been seeized. The behaviour of staffs is really hurting. Please take some action so that poor people will be benifitted. I am being paid to the executive who is collecting the emi every month. But i dono when they have initiated the checque and bounced it. I have no clue about the checque bounce even i have paid all the emis. My vehical has been seeized from a road where i have been pulled out of my byk by more than 10 roudies with rude manner and abused me very badly. Abused my mom and sister. Now they are asking me to pay loan at one shot and take my byk no emi option available. Plaese help me.
