I had a car loan with hinduja leyland finance ltd bearing account number aphysr00078 for my fourwheeler ap10al 5716 (Indica dls). The loan got completed by sep 2017. Amount rs 66813 recepit was given

Still now the cibil is not yet updated and showing as active which is affecting my cibil score.

I sent emails however didnt get any response from hinduja finance.

We have had the worst experience with hinduja finance. We keep the loan amount in the account before 5th of every month but they deduct the amount on 18th, or sometimes even after 20th. I agree for the non payment of due amount for the two months which happened in irregular intervals. On the official note i was informed earlier that vehicle recovery would take place if bill payment is not done for three months. But herein, in my case the the bill for first due date was paid on time. Despite all this facts my vehicle was ceased and tenure was calculated for three months lagging behind.

I mailed them and they are asking me the loan account number. They don't give any loan account number while taking the finance. I've got only registration number (Ts10eh3680).
