Hinduja Leyland Finance Complaints & Reviews

We have had the worst experience with hinduja finance. We keep the loan amount in the account before 5th of every month but they deduct the amount on 18th, or sometimes even after 20th. And not only that but also add the bounce charges of rupees 1000 for no reason. And in the month of october the emi got deducted twice and we have not recieved the refund yet. We try calling them but we get a rubbish message saying that "we are busy, can't pick your call".

Please learn some professionalism or else shut down your # company because all you've got are bunch of # trying to loot people with unauthorized charges and # threats that they will cease our vehicle and blah blah.. Do not mess with us. We know how to screw you.

My last installment of my scooter finance was supposed to be deducted from my account on 05th november, 2017. Being a sunday, i waited until the 06th. The amount of rs.3, 502.00 was not deducted from my account. I called the hinduja finance representative, mr. Prasad and informed the matter. He told me that it will be deducted either on the 06th or 07th. When no amount was deducted, i informed another representative, mr. Renjith. Today afternoon i received a message from hinduja leyland finance that it has bounced, which is utter nonsense and baseless i have enough money in my bank account to buy another new scooter. How absurd?

I got two wheeler loan in hinduja leyland finance in pimpri chinchwad office and now the loan has been closed after one year without any pendings. But once one agent (Hamid working in pimpri chinchwad office) has not updated my noc. My loan account number is mhpupetwo1410 so please clear my noc as soon as possible. When i went to branch office to receive my noc, they are delaying for many times, but still now i have not received. I have tried to contact executive mr. Dinesh (Mob no.[protected]) from two wheeler section but he refuse to do any action on this matter.
Please i need an action taken against that problem and correct solution to my cibil score, and please remove that negative feed against my cibil score. Please resolve my issue on priority. Other wise i am going to escalate this issue in high level. Else this feedback would be circulated in all the websites and consumer forum.

I have paid all loan amount and cleared all installment but noc not provided to till date. Lots of time i have send e-mail but there is no response.
I went to ahmedabad office for noc but they did not reply me. They people not help me. Many times i have called your office number but no one picking up calls. Kindly help me for noc. Still i have not received noc. My details are as follows: my vehicle no. Gj01-sl 4985 and loan number: gjacc-rtw00002.

I agree for the non payment of due amount for the two months which happened in irregular intervals. On the official note i was informed earlier that vehicle recovery would take place if bill payment is not done for three months. But herein, in my case the the bill for first due date was paid on time. Despite all this facts my vehicle was ceased and tenure was calculated for three months lagging behind.
When checked for the clarifications...

I pay my installment timely and have no any outstanding emi. But in the current month 2 (Two) installment has been deducted through ecs for the above mentioned bike no. Loan account.

Why is it happened?

Please refund the same in my account and also send me my account statement for the above mentioned bike loan on my e-mail as [protected]@gmail.com and also update my mobile no. [protected] for any further communication.

I've purchased a two wheeler (Hero glamour) on may-2016 with hinduja leyland finance. I've cleared all the emis in the month of may-2017. Till date, i didn't get noc. I mailed them and they are asking me the loan account number. They don't give any loan account number while taking the finance. I've got only registration number (Ts10eh3680). I replied them the same, over the mail. They are not responding at all.
Please help to get my noc by post.

I bought a honda dio vehicle in emi in hinduja leyland finance ltd in february 2017. But i received amount and cleared all the balance emi in june. They promised me that i'll receive noc within 1 month but till now i didnt received it. Please do me favour to receive my noc as soon as possible. I suggest all to choose a better finance company while buying your vehicle.

The discrepancy i observed is that the cibil record shows that i have two (2) missed payments.
Well, that is absolutely wrong. I haven't missed a single payment so far. I have two (2) more instalments to pay which are due on 05th october and 05th november, 2017.
I availed the two-wheeler loan in may, 2016. The emi is rs. 3, 502.00 for eighteen months and the due date is on the 05th of every month. My first emi started on 05th june. 2016. The monthly emi's were deducted directly from my state bank of india account.
I would truly appreciate if you can kindly clear this discrepancy from my account. Please kindly do the needful. Your esteemed cooperation in this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

I have purchased a bike financed by hinduja leyland finance. The tenure of loan i have taken is 24 months and the emi is 2675rs only. Two months gone by and the first instalment they submitted my pdc cheque and it was bounced and i payed them by hand with the bounce charges.
The next month also my cheque was bounced and i am ready to pay the money but one of the employee of that company came to my house and grab my keys and took the vehicle. My instalment due date is 5th and on 31st they came and took my vehicle and got siezed. They said come by evening pay the money and take the vehicle and i went there but after going there they are saying that pay full amount and take the vehicle we are cancelling the loan agreement we are not satisfactory with ur track. Is this the way they treat with the customers. My father don't have eyes. One of the employee he used unparlimantary slang and he pulled my father from the vehicle and he took my vehicle. Now he is saying that we are helpless pay full amount and take the vehicle. What should i do now? If i have a full amount y would i go to finance office can't i buy directly from d bazaar.. Please let me know what is the way to get the vehicle i have payed 25thousands down payment for that is my money got wasted?

Hi, i have purchased a access suzuki blue colour, my vehicle number is mh12 nl 6842, i have cleared all my emi's only 1 emi is left, that also i am ready to pay, it is there fault that the emi was not deducted on time and now they are adding interest on it and telling me to pay, on other side they are calling my friend and telling him that i have taken 61000rs loan that is not true, so please don't do such non sense things, and also they are telling that they will come and insult me and taken action on me,
I have cleared all my emi's and only last emi that is of september is pending

In start hinduja regarding person use to collected every year 12 cheque. If he is not depositing the cheque in right date its not our fault to pay the interest... Non of my cheque has bounce even once and due to your mistake the penalty amount is too much which is not my concern.
I request u too look to my problem and do rply me on urgent basis.

I informed to you that i purchased bike (Dl9san2594) from singla auto mahavir enclave palam. I had done full payment with interest.in spite of it is reflect in civil as settlement so i unable to take personal loan & any finance which is very important part of banking and personaly.

The matter is that due to wrong information regarding ecs date, the cheque was got bounced and payment will clear by next two days from the deposited date of ecs, by cash with bouncing charge. Plz aware of that smartness... I taken activa 3g on loan in september last i give 15000 as a downpayment and due payments on emis. Bt after deducting emis i clearout my payment and given cash to them and demand for noc in march2017. And theres one more incident after clearing my payment the deduduct another emi from my account. Which is so disgusting and didnt refund my cash.. And the service of hinduja layland finance store in jalandhar give me very worst service i contact them many times and be there bt always giving me just excuse. Hi Sir,
I had taken loan for Suzuki access 125 in the month of Feb 2015 and EMI was 2562 and paid all my EMI's on 5th of every month without fail till july 5th 2016 and then I wanted to close that loan so I went to Hinduja Bangalore Rajaji nagar branch on July 14th 2016 and paid around 11000 rs includind preclosure charges and closed that loan. and again on 5th of August 2016 they deducted my one more EMI of 2562, when i asked them they told It will get refund within 5 working days but still I have not recieved any amount and I am following up with they are very careless and not picing my call. if i call from number they will pick and tell it is in process but it is almost one year but still they are playing with me. I visited their office 4 times and I have called them more than 100 times. So I am really upset with this and thinking how I have been cheated even though I am educated and in IT city. Could you please help on this and let me know what I have to do ?
