The matter is that due to wrong information regarding ecs date, the cheque was got bounced and payment will clear by next two days from the deposited date of ecs, by cash with bouncing charge. Plz aware of that smartness... I taken activa 3g on loan in september last i give 15000 as a downpayment and due payments on emis. Bt after deducting emis i clearout my payment and given cash to them and demand for noc in march2017. And theres one more incident after clearing my payment the deduduct another emi from my account. Which is so disgusting and didnt refund my cash.. And the service of hinduja layland finance store...

I had taken loan for Suzuki access 125 in the month of Feb 2015 and EMI was 2562 and paid all my EMI's on 5th of every month without fail till july 5th 2016 and then I wanted to close that loan so I went to Hinduja Bangalore Rajaji nagar branch on July 14th 2016 and paid around 11000 rs includind preclosure charges and closed that loan. and again on 5th of August 2016 they deducted my one more EMI of 2562, when i asked them...

Recently in the month of march.2017 i have raised my issue of overdue and dpd with them and they reverted with the email that they cleared dpd on 6th march.2017.. I have paid the amount to person who had came to my office. Dines didn't send the original receipt with that person, it was only a peace of hand written paper, when i asked that thief that its not the valid receipt, he said our system is down hence we could not give it, don't worry we will updated the same.

Hi guys plz aware of this smart way of cheating .I have closed my bike loan .it's been a month right now still they are deducing money from my account.i have contacted manager of head office in Coimbatore branch, he simply told to wait .No response from their side.Here important thing to notice is they told that they have closed the loan if we didn't notice our account transaction they will keep on deducing our money .so plz look into this...
