      With due respect I beg to say that I have taken a two wheeler loan from your Purnea Branch whose loan no is ESPRPRTW00185. In corona time i have not pay emi which I have given in cash after lockdown. And had completed my loan tenure of 36 months . Today when I went to your Purnea Branch for loan closure I was informed that I have to give a moratorium charge of ₹20, 000. even I have paid all the loan amount. I agree that I have some cheque bounces and will pay the cheque bounce charges . i request you to waive off my moratorium charge

          Dear Sir/ Madam,

          My name is Patel Dipak NAVANITBHAI and I do hold a loan account in your branch having contract number GJAGHNTW00927 and Consumer number GJTW084869.

          I am writing this letter in reference to the above-mentioned loan. I would like to inform you that I have already paid the complete amount on 22/02/22 . The final payment was done on 22/02/22 But, it is more than 10 months, and I have not received the NOC for the same.

          As I haven't recieved NOC for such time, I visited the Shivranjani (Ahmedabad) branch, branch manager asked me to pay 2959 rs as a panelty.i have paid that panelty also on 08/01/23 which is totally against the low. Still they are not giving me NOC for the same

We have taken the NOC first time, but NOC was missing, we have take another NOC so we raised a request for NOC in office in Rajajinagar.                           I Have completed all my 36 months tenure on Dec-2022. All installments paid successfully. Please refer to the attached statement.
                          Now I Need a NOC.

                          I found some transaction disputes in a statement. Number of installments is 42. This is not cleared.

                          In the initial stage of loan, EMI was not auto deduct from HLF.
                          At that time a bank employee was collect cash from me. This transaction is reflected in a statement.

                          Second time also EMI was not auto deduct from my account, so that time Bank employee was gave information about HLF app for payment.
                          At times I was paid online payment to bank employee. This transaction is reflected in a statement.

                          Third time app doesn't work properly and I have called from bank for the same. They said the app is under maintenance. so they asked me paid in next payment with current EMI.
                          At time i was paid online payment to bank employee. This transaction is reflected in a statement.

                          Above transaction is not considered in my 36 months tenure. Request you to look into this and resolve the issue.
