Sir/Madam, We have taken two wheeler loan from your firm and paid regularly the amounts by cheques. And according to our local office people last cheque was misplaced then we paid the Rs.3000/- cash directly to office people. Now the problem is still we have not got the NOC from your end though we have paid all the money without any delay of cheque bounce. It is very sorry to say that the service of the your local office persons is very poor. So, our request you to kindly look into this matter and issue our NOC as early as possible.
