Hinduja Leyland Finance — request to remove late payment from civil

Dear sir,

I purchased a honda activa scooty having loan no. Dhdldetw02422. I have done full payment with intrest on time and maintain sufficient amount in my account.in spite of it is reflect in civil as one late payment. Due to this i am unable to take personal loan & any finance which is very important part of banking and personally.
So, i humbly request to you please update my civil and remove one late payment from my civil immediately otherwise i will take some legal steps.
