Hinduja Leyland Finance — two wheeler recovery

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I agree for the non payment of due amount for the two months which happened in irregular intervals. On the official note i was informed earlier that vehicle recovery would take place if bill payment is not done for three months. But herein, in my case the the bill for first due date was paid on time. Despite all this facts my vehicle was ceased and tenure was calculated for three months lagging behind.
When checked for the clarifications in branch office at st. Thomas mount branch, financial structure was illustrated and it was identified that the first month due had been filed with add-on charges (Reasoned penalty for late payment). It is not acceptable to recover the vehicle when such pertaining communications aren't shared to the customer.
In the meanwhile my contact number is changed and i had no idea or awareness on such an impact would be resulted. On the other hand the company haven't assigned any cash collection executive/officer for addressing my payments.
Revenue department haven't sent the content information about the recovery in postal letters and i reside in the provided residential address for seven years and there is no references received for the declaration.
I accept solely to pay for the two months due amount which was failed in my turn and other fees which were intimated to my knowledge, but not the handling charges for recovery as it weren't communicated in possible medium of services.
The charge for the first month add-on is not because of my miss, it's a resulted due to miss-communication and accounted as a non payment, if in case it was paid earlier then it would obviously result as a loss in my account.
After the vehicle recovery my account is subjected to auto debit for two consecutive months and i still bound to the regulations.
In regards to the enlisted above points i demand to clear the vehicle handling charges levied for the process as it is not reasonable and applicable for a customer who is not intimated and i depend on my vehicle for the daily earnings.
I expect a formal reasoning and solution for my issue with the reference points and attachments. If ignored nor subjected to any considerations, i will face it in a legal approach with the higher authorities.
