Domestic gas refill booking cancelled two times in a week

My domestic gas consumer NO. is 604445. I booked refill on 5th Sept 2013 vide booking reference no. is 201366
I get sms from Hp dealer cash memo no. 138167 dt 11.9.2013 informed me refill will be delivered shortly.

Next SMS I got my above booking cancelled without reason & re-book yr lpg refill.


Than I Talk with Vinayak gas agency on phone he saying sorry we will send tomorrow but till date...

Extortion of money by gas cylinder delivery boys

On 24/08/2013, the gopal rao enterprise, IS Sadan, Hyderabad, delivery boys who came to deliver my cylinder asked me Rs 50/- as delivery charge. When I refused, they entered my house and threatened me with dire consequences. Finally they made me pay the extra money for which no receipt was given.
I am contemplating a FIR against the agency for their money extortion.

refill delivery boy demanding money

When the complaint brought to the notice of the manager of HP Gas dealer - Samatha Gas, the manager is response is only - I will look into the matter.
