Respected Sir,

This is with regards to non delivery of HP Gas cylinder. i had booked my refill cylinder on 20th Sep '11 by till today 11th oct '11 not received the cylinder.. when enquired they had confirmed that it was delivered on 1st of OCT '11.. but till today not receice the cylinder ...trying to reach my distibutor - trupti gas agencie at [protected] and for complain at [protected] by there is no reponse .... not body is there to pick the calls ...you can also dial and check up ....being HP such a big company and response is very bad. kindly let me which no. can i contact to long a complain. my consumer no. is 603017. when i call HP yesterday they have booked for a fresh refill of the cylinder on 10th of oct '11.
is the delivery man giving the cylinders to some other customer on higher rates....kindly do the needfull

    I had booked for a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 7thSeptember, 2011. The agency I subscribe to is Hind Gas (HP gas) at South Kalamassery (Ph. no.[protected], 2556118) . Since a few months back, they have automatic booking facility on the no. [protected] ("HP Anytime"). I got the booking no. 269333 and according to the auto message, the agency was more than 3 weeks behind in clearing booking deliveries. When I called that number after 2 weeks, I got the message re-stating my booking no. and the message that the agency has cleared bookings made on some date in August. Then on last Monday, Oct, 3rd, 2011, when I called, I got the message that "cylinder will be delivered in the next 48 hours" . This message was there for the next 3 days (till Oct 6th) with no sign of the cylinder. I had assumed it was due to the holidays on 5 and 6 Oct that the delivery was not made (though the message said "within the next 48 hours"). Then by Oct 7th afternoon, I found that there was no more message regarding the booked cylinder on the auto call no. So I called the agency, only to be told that the cylinder had returned undelivered on the 22nd of September! I am 100% sure that the delivery was not made that day. I live in an apartment complex, and the security staff is always informed when a gas delivery is due and the empty cylinder is kept outside usually with a label of flat no. I was home on the mentioned date. So I know that they are lying. Then the man who answered the call said it'll be delivered the next day, Oct 8th. It is Oct 10th and still no sign of the cylinder. When I called the agency again, the man was repeating the same thing, it'll be delivered tomorrow! When I threatened to complain to higher authorities, he said I can complain whenever I want! Please help. If you are able to do something. I have no idea when the cylinder will be delivered though I'm hoping it comes tomorrow!

    HP Gas — Refill LPG cylinder not delivered.

    I have booked refill LPG cylinder on[protected] with AUNDH GAS CO,N.C.L,PUNE-------Consumer no.601390.I have not received the cylinder till now. I have been told yesterday[protected] MORNING) that my refill cylinder has been despatched-------but it has not reached me even after 36 hours! Very unfortunate indeed.

    Cylinder not delivered for more than a month
    I had booked for a refill of LPG gas cylinder on 3th March, 2012. The agency I subscribe to is Vir Gas service Dhariwal-143519, Distt. Gurdaspur state of Punjab mobile[protected] and [protected]. I got the booking no. 140570 and according to the message 0n my mobile no. [protected], the “12 days after booking is the waiting time at this moment . We wil try till 13 march to deliver regards”. Send by Manjit Singh his Mobile No. [protected] When I called that number after 12 days, I got the message re-stating my booking no. Then on, march, 14rd, 2012, when I called, I got the message that "cylinder will be delivered 15 march" . ( said "within the next 48 hours"). Then by march 15th afternoon, I found that there was no more message regarding the booked cylinder. So I called the agency, only to be told that the cylinder had deliver to today ! but no Cylinder deliver till date I am 100% sure that the delivery was not made till day and now my both cylinder empty. So I know that they are lying. Then the man who answered the call said it'll be delivered the next day, but no deliver till date still no sign of the cylinder. When I called the agency again, the man was repeating the same thing, it'll be delivered tomorrow! When I threatened to complaint to higher authorities, he said I can complaint whenever I want! Please help. If you are able to do something. I have no idea when the cylinder will be delivered though I'm hoping it comes tomorrow!

      I am a consumer of LPG gas. Consumer number of HP LPG is568. My gas service provider is SOORAJ gas service. Address of it is XII/403A,NADATHARA,THRISSUR-680751
      I have been constantly trying to call on the numbers provided by the agency. The TWO numbers provided are always engage or if the ring goes, nobody answers the call.
      According to my awareness the LPG company is bound to deliver within 25 days of booking date.
      i want to complain about their refill system, whenever we order for a refill they always give it by 45days after booking .i do not know how and where to complain. i am fed up of their service. Please do something.

      HP LPG — Bad Services

      Hi

      I am a consumer of HP Liquid Petroleum Gas. I reside in Safilguda, Hyderabad. The HP gas agency catering the services in our locale is called Shreya Enterprises. These people take nearly 20 to 25 days to delivery the cylinder once it is booked. They have a very callous and reckless attitude towards the consumers. They also insist that consumers come in person to book for a cylinder or any other complaints and once the consumer is at their counter they care a damn to know for what we are there. People sitting at the counter are busy checking their records or chatting mutually or doing something else while the consumer is waiting for their attention. This brings us to a stage where we are planning to take services of a different company. If this issue is not checked by the HP authorities on time the agencies seem to have a monopoly in our localities and there is no end to the consumer's trauma.

      HP LPG — pathetic service

      I am an HP LPG customer since 2002 and have connection no 610639 from their dealer M/s Jay Kay gas Co, Link Road, Model town, Ludhiana. . I had chosen HP over other LPG providers because of the high quality of service this brand used to boast of. But I have a very bitter experience of their so called efficient service. First of all it is very difficult to contact the above mentioned dealer . The no[protected] which is given to the customers hardly responds. It is either always engaged or if you are lucky enough to get the line, nobody picks up the phone. You can yourself check this fact by try calling at this no. Many a times we are told that they have no man available to deliver the gas so come and pick your cylinder if you want the gas or they do not the serve the area of my address. Though I am residing at the same place since I took the connection and there is no change of address at all. As this was not enough this morning my gas cylinder started leaking very badly. Even after trying everything like changing the pipe of valve it didn’t stop so I called them to send somebody to check it as it may result into some accident . The only response I got from their side was switch off the gas and wait till tomorrow when they will try to send someone if possible. When I insisted on sending somebody same day I was coldly advised to transfer the connection to some other dealer.
      I hope HP would act upon such dealers who are openly giving a bad name to such a reputed brand.

      Despite booking a refill gas cylinder with jay kay Gas co (HP gas dealer)on 4-7-2013 i have yet to get it despite so many times calling them and in fact visiting their office.i always get the same reply that it will be delivered tomorrow but nothing happens.My consumer no is 740948.kindly help

        This complaint is in reference to the HP Petrol station located right at the intersection of Brigade road and Residency road in Bangalore.

        This morning I filled petrol for Rs.500 in my car and after driving for a minute i realized all he had filled was "Air" and not "Petrol". My fuel indicator kept blinking and to get back to the same station i had to go around on MG road and come back to the same fuel station. The person kept arguing it was not his fault and that i consumed all the Rs.500 worth fuel in the past 5 minutes!! Just ridiculous. These guys should be taught a lesson.

            Hello Sir

            I am Anand Kumar Tiwari bearing consumer number 1-/603245/-6, resident of Raipur, Chhattisgarh and want to complain about the Hindustan Petroleum Gas Company and its distributor Sai Chandra Gas Service for its unprofessional and unethical approach towards its customers.

            Firstly we were customer of Raipur gas agency which was a prompt dealer, but then we were compulsorily made to leave the dealer and shift to Sai Chandra Gas Service, Raipur. The specifics of the problems are as under:-

            1. The dealer is so lethargic that he doesn't even pick up the phone and takes orders for home delivery.
            2. He never reaches on the official phone number provided by them i.e.[protected] and has given some unofficial numbers like[protected]unknown delivery guy who always says he has just closed taking orders of that area) and [protected] (of some Mr. Praveen Mishra who keeps on transferring calls).
            2. He charges around Rs. 425/- per cylinder while the cost in Raipur is around Rs. 408/-.
            3. He never comes up with a prompt bill
            4. The employees of the dealer are foul mouthed.
            5. The dealer never installs the cylinder into house which in case of home delivery he is supposed to and the cost of cylinder includes such

            With this letter of complaint in this forum I am also sending three legal notices to the dealer and distributer and regional offices in Chhattisgarh.

            Kindly provide me with some remedy as me and my family are fed up of the services.

            Yes, I agree they are very unprofessional and I feel there is no costumer care service in Sai Chandra Gas Agency, They never pick up phone calls and never call back. HP such a big company should take this responsibility take in interest in this matter otherwise HP's will defame soon because of such kind of dealers.

              i had book refill cylinder on 13/9/2011 but till this date 2/10/2011 refill cylinder not delivery to my home.the dealer name madumitha gas agency,ashoknagar,chennai branch.i have complaint hp online consumer on 26/9/11 and they reply me the complaint closed on 29/9/11 .the ref.no.11040089.but till this date 2/10/11 refill cylinder not supply to me and my second cyliner also empty in one or two days.

                with due respect I state that I am the customer of your agency with consumer no. 653220 in Mungippa Gas Agency[protected] Tosham. I have booked my clynder through online booking service of the company by internet booking no. 616329 on dated 27/09/2011.Now the status shows that the booking receipt has been downloded by the concerned distributor with order no. 413602. But he is denying to supply the gas day by day. He (distributer) is saying that there is shortage of gas supply by the company.Kindly help in this matter so that i can get the clynder on proper time and without any harassment by the distributor.

                  EVERY TIME Either the Vendor or Delivery Boy tries to extort money from us

                  and most of the case Hp cas which has online complain booking cell never bother to take any action and in case of complain against dealer said that the dealer is right in extorting money


                  Please tell me if the delivery boy delivers the cylinder at the 2 nd floor is it chargeable?

                  as in do i need to pay more than Rs405/- the current rate on what account ????

                  do they think we have tree where money grows??
                  the delivery boy threatened to throw the gas on the first floor if we do not pay him

                  incidentally he already delivering us rusted cylinder and in one of the fate ful night we smelt that gas is leaking when we called the so called emergency number they said the mechanic will reach us the next morning is it an accident who will pay for it HP GAS ??

                  if we were burnt by the night will mechanic wil come to do last religious right in the morning

                  they are greedy to take 405 when market price of the gas LPG gas is not that hight bu when at the service end they are giving this worst in human Taliban service???


                  Do we still wish to continue with this ??

                  Each time Delivery man asking us extra charge. We asked reason. He is saying, keeping cylinder in ground floor, it will not be any cost. If you are in floor you have to give amount. Previously we were in 2nd floor, he asked 30rup extra charge. Now we are in 1st floor, he is asking 40rup.

                  What is the rule of the extra charges?.why we have to give extra amount to someone else. This is like money corruption.
                  do they think we have tree where money grows?. Take immediate action on this.

                      I had a gas delivery booking on 10th Sep. They said it will take 7-8 working days. Its been more than 15 days and I haven't received the booking. I tried to call but they dont pick up phone calls. People are buying Gas cylinders directly from them in Black within a single day ! I have seen this happening. My neighbor got his cylinder in one day though he does not even have a legal connection. Kiran gas agency is keeping their stock for those unethical buyers while keeping the valid ones away from good service.

                      I am also having the same problem from last 4 months.
                      They are not replying my phone calls.

                      This is very bad service. In my opinion, action would be taken against this agency.

                      I want to know the delivery charges as delivery man is asking for more money. I have already done the online payment, still he was asking for extra money. And talking rudely if you are not going to give money then I will not deliver the Cylinder next time. When I told him that I will make a complaint in Agency, then he said Agency is aware of this. Then I connected with the HP consumer complaint number, there they gave me feedback as within few kilometers delivery is free.
                      But when I checked the Kilometers between Agency and my house is around 3 KM's.
                      Request you to please assist me in this case, as delivery man are asking for money and people are paying blindly for the same.

                        Mera Customer No. 622357 hai, es No. par mene waiting No. 173485 date:- 24/08/2011, ko HP Gas Book karaya tha... lekin aj date 23/09/2011 tak deliver nahi ki gai hai. Mene apne Gas Agency Dealer se contact kiya par unka responce thik nahi tha aur mujhase mis behave kiya gaya aur kaha gaya ki jaldi hai to Black se HP Gas lelo, turant mil jayegi me khud arrange karwa dunga. last kai month se mujhe isi taraha parshan kara ja raha hai...one and one & half month ki waiting ke bawazud mujhe gas nahi mil raha hai... majbur hokar complaint kar raha hu...

                        H.P.gas — late delivery of cooking gas

                        I am residing at P-229 Sec.-12 Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad and my consumer no. is 610377. Distributors Name -Sen Gas Service Ghaziabad is not supplying gas timely. He said that he will supply gas fater 20 days from the day of booking. But he never supply after 20 days. Let we know a person who is having double cylinder gas connection after how many days gas is to be delivered.. In the last month he has delivered gas after a gap one month 23 days. What action you have taken on my previous complaint. I am working Min. of HRD, Govt. of India

                        yaha dealer bahut hi late delivery (domestic gas ki) karte hain. inhone ho office me staff (lady staff) bithaya he unki bat karne ka tarika bhi galat hain. ek gas book karao aur 10 din ka sidha delivery time bolte hain 10 din bad inko 10-12 bar phone karo tab jakar delivery dete hain. office ke aas pas inki truck (gas ki) khadi hokar black me logo ko delivery deti rahti he.
                        Agency Co-operative Gas Agencies-Mattanchery Cochin...Average delivery time this agency is taking 40-45 days.Because of that the benefit of having two cylinders is nullified...No one is taking responsibilty...If the customers are treated like this era of Customer Service.wat is use of introducing new modes like 24 hrs booking service ans sms service...

                          I booked HP gas on 1/9/2011 and booking no, is214176 against consumer no. 618030,but when my refill not received till 20.9.2011 I visited M/S Sabarwal Gas Agency Sector 47C Chandigarh personally then the agency employee changed my consumer no, 618031 in my pass book and ask me to book gas again. Now due fault of agency I am not getting my refill since 1.9.2011.Kindly supply me refill urgently

                            i am a senior citizen of muzaffarpur (bihar).i am a consumer of ajay hp gas agency muzaffarpur.my consumer number is 608352.my refill booked number is of[protected] and till today i didn't get the cylinder.there vendors comes and sell the cylinders in black rate.even they are not responding on calls.
                            plz help me out to sort my problem.

                              I have a Gas connection with H.P.gas Agency at Mandla, Madhya Pradesh and My consumer No. 606428 & booked for a cylinder on[protected] and got the reply that it will be delivered in 10 days. Again I personally went to the office to enquire then they told it will be delivered the same day but till today I haven't get the cylinder delivered and I am trying with the phone No[protected] and never connects. This is repeated problem to everyone who have opened a connection in this agency. the owner Mr. Agrwal jee never replays politely. I feel they have excess connections and becoming difficult to deliver the cylinders to all the consumers in time. Kindly see into the matter.

                                I just wanted to complain about HP GAS Agency Located at Sanpada,400705.I have double connection.After 21 days whenever I callup the agency for Gas delivery,first of all most of the time they dont receive the call ,even if you try for the whole day it will be worthless and by chance if anyone picsup the call,they will talk with attitude and after booking ; they will just tell you that the gas will be delivered after 10 days or more without listening to the customer.After informing this they just put the phone down.They are not at all concern about the customers problem and their emergengy,even you call after 1 month also.I am completely fedup with their services.You tell me what should I do?

                                  My name is Sushil Kumar and I am consumer of HP Paradise Gas Service in Shop no.4 Dashmesh Nagar patiala on dated 17/11/2007,DOC no. is 1002424 and consumer no. is 608762 . These agency is disturbing for delivered gas cylinder at home . Starting day I was booked on 29-30/8/2011 on mobile phone and agency employee said that our computer was not working but your booking was manually note and your cylinder was delivered on 2-4 days but not delivered . After few days I was called 13/9/2011 and agency employee said that your booking was not received and again I was new booking on16/9/2011 booking no.is 110230 when the started connection and now the service and home delivery was very poor . Please my connection changed HP Paradise gas service to wini gas agency patiala .

                                    This consumer no. data is not on line available to the distributor.
                                    My Consumer Number is 621064 of Dewas Gas Agency(Distributor).
                                    When this distributor is closed by your agency , our problem is started.
                                    Because our consumer number is not on line available to remaining both of distributor.
                                    Mr. Kale of HP GAS Marketing Indore, solve this problem.
                                    Our Current Distributor is Ratan Shree Gas Agency.
                                    It Give cylinder but not have record because our consumer number
                                    is not online to the distributor.
                                    We have to go to the agency for cylinder, And after we have to go 3 or 4 times reminder because it not have our database, it is very hectic process.
                                    Please solve this problem as early as possible.

                                    Hp Gas Agency — NO distributer available

                                    I am taken a new gas connection(Consumer no. 603938) on 05/01/09, at the time of connection i got a cylinder, regulator & a stand after few days the registration of the HP gas agent (M/s Bisht Gas Service (HP) Haldwani, Dist - Nainital. was canelled due to some reasons. From thereafter we are not able to get the HP gas cylinder we have being given a mobile number that he will provide the Gas for us but he is also not responding, Like me most of the people in Haldwani are facing this problem, how to get the gas and whom to approach we are not getting, pl do the needfull in this regard.

                                      A HP gas agency named jayashree gas agency, 3, new saphalya CHS, Sheetal near snehanjali shoping center of mira road east do not deliver requested gas cylinders in time. I have applied for gas cylider about 2 months earlier but still not received till now. On contacting every time it is told that, it will take atleast 10 days. Most of time even they didnot receive phone calls and i have also visited the office five times.
                                      You can confirm it from every consumer who receive gas from this agency. This is a serious problem as cooking gas is very essential and now i have to use electric appliances for cooking food. But this is not possible daily for a middle class family as it becomes very costly. This might be a reason due to blackmarketing of gas cylinders which is a very very serious issue and its own employees are involved in it.
                                      Please look into matter as early as possible for covenience of consumers of this HP gas agency and special action against corrupted employee so that this cant be repeated.

                                      LPG, COOKING GAS FOR HOME — LATE DELIVERY OF COOKING GAS

                                      I am residing at K-13, 2nd floor, Lajpat Nagar-3. My consumer no. is 187069 with Sachin Gas Service in Lajpat Nagar-4.
                                      The routine is that I book the gas and agency tells me that I will receive it in one week. But, almost always, after one week I have to call the agencies office and sometimes send somebody every next day just to hear that the gas cylinder will be delivered to my home in a day or two. It is going on for some years. Please do something about it.

                                      HP LPG Gas — Delay in Delivery of LPG Gas Cylinder

                                      I Mr Sateesh Nayak consumer of LPG Gas residing at kalwa bearing consumer no 611621 would like to enquire about the delay in delivery of LPG Gas cylinders whereas in other areas like Vartak nagar in thane they get it on time. So I would like to know about till when we will be facing the same problem.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have booked a refill on 9th Sept and I was told that refill will be delivered in 2-3 days due to delay in receiving refills from HP filling station.

                                        After 3-4 days I called them to ask status but distributor told me it will delivered in another 1-2 days. whenever I call them, they say next day they will deliver the refill. It is now more than a week. But I have not received my refill.

                                        Kindly register my complain against HP distributor "Raje BhavaniShankar Enterprise" located at Plot 6, Sector 6, CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai.

                                        My Consumer No. is 637417 (Given by Raje BhavainShankar Enterprise after shifting to Seawoods)

                                        Earlier my Consumer No (originally allotted) was : 638552 (Given by Shree Lal Gas Agency)
