Sir,
I have an gas connection with one cylender. Around one and half month back I went to our HP Gas AGency for booking of additional cylender. But he informed that since the Subscription Voucher Stationery has been exausted they can not book either new connection or additional connection till the stationery is received from HP Co. Even till yeaster day the stationery is not being supplied to the Agency by the Complany.
Kindly supply the SV Sattaionery to the Agency immediately or make some alternative arrangement so that the consumers are not suffered.

    Hindustan Petroleum — Delay in delivery, phone is rarely responded

    I stay in Nalla Sopara, Vasai and have HP connection from Nalla Soppara. The phone rarely works[protected], [protected].
    When enquired regarding the phone problem, they say it is always busy for customers. ...To request for the cylinder takes three to four days due to phone problem...and the one week to ten days for the delivery..

      VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES

      I am a customer of H.P.Domestic Gas Agency M/s.Jai Ambe Gas Agency, H.P.Gas -Palghar W.R., Dist.Thane, Pin code no.401 404., Telephone No.[protected].

      The distributor is not supplying the cylinder in time . I have booked for Refill on Dt.23.10.2010 till dt.14.10.2010 I have not received the cylinder . The distributor is harassing & eery time lying customer the same reason your house is closed canclled the booking .This delear not Good for H.P.Gas.

      this is arvind from mayur vihar phase -3, before 17 days i have booked my gas but still not recived and the customer care centre person are not taking it seriouly and even not giving any response to this my consumer number is 603751 and agency divyajyoti vinod nagar area delhi . they are creating this type of problem from last few months i dont no why i think now the time has come where someone has to look after this matter . on 27/10/2010 i have booked my gas .

      i think i[censored]r responisble and reading my message u can understand my problem and i hope u will do something otherwise i have seen somany problems from consumer side on this site i dont know whether u have sorted or not or otherwise i am just adding one compaint to ur box and nothing else.

        Complaint against HP Gas Agency Noble Traders (Delhi-West)

        Delay in home delivery of HP Gas (Refill Cylinder) M/s Noble Traders gas agency, Rajouri Garden , Delhi (India), Tel no.[protected]. I have booked through telephone (HP any time System) on dated 24/10/2010 (boking id 306024) for refill gas cylinder. I confirm with agency and they ensure for delivery wihin a week.
        Now they are not picking their land line phone then i personaly visit to their office but still they are asking for 1...

        My self Vikash Kumar Sinha, Consumer no. 621629. M/s Dewas gas agency, Ram Nager, AB Road, Dewas, MP (India) 450001, Tel no. [protected]. I have booked through telephone dated 19/10/2010 for refill gas cylinder. They ensure for delivery wihin a week. After many follow-ups through phone and personal visit to their office the are asking for 1 or 2 more days for supply to me.
        However, i came to know through newspaper gas cylinders are available in GREY MARKET. Still i am waiting for their response.

        I like to lodge a complaint against the agency for lack in service and inconvenience caused to the customer.

        HP Gas — Non Delivery of cylinders and grey market supply of cylinders

        Sir i had booked for refilling of my cylinder on. But i have not received the delivery yet and secondly they are not providing the cylinders home delivery and we have to collect the cylinder for godown of HP. Secondly lots of black sales is going on in Saila Khurd town and they are providing the cylinders to shopkeepers who use to charge more for each cylinder. They are suppling the cyclinders to grey market.
        I had complained to HP also following are details:

          I am an cutomer of HP GAS vide connection number 605810.
          Respected Sir, It is very painful to contact you. I had a connection of HP Gas since 1996. My cylinder usage is very less as we are only two persons and we use other non-conventional methods for reheating or use Microwave for reheating so our cylinder usage is appx 7 to 8 months. We use to book it once one of the cylinder is finishes. This practice is going on till the month of May 2010. when the supplier M/s Amarson has told that your consumer number is blocked as four more customers are using the same number, so kindly provide me the original booking bouchoure/ booking card along with the form which he given me to fill which should be duly signed by the MC of the area along with the attested photocopy of Ration Card. Which was submitted to him on 24/07/2010. The agency person had mailed the same to Mr. prince singla at his mail address [protected]@hpcl.co.in on the very same day after attaching all the requirements.
          He has also given me his phone number ie [protected] to contact hime after a weeks time. I tried the same number many a times which is either switched off or not attended. It is very surprising that how an officer can not attend a phone mentioned in customer support by the company ( that shows that the phone was given and paid by the company for the benifits of the cutomers) goes unattended.
          I contacted the agency many times but they told that Mr Singla had not sent any recommendations. Afetr 4 months I am forced to write this email to your goodself. kindly look into the matter personaly else3 I will be forced to obtain the gas cylinder oin black from the same vendor ( which leads that you encourage black marketing) as the persons using ghas as the fuel are getting the cylinders from the same evndor while the legitimate customers like us are deprived of the same.
          It shows that you encourage black marketing. As I will hence forth will be forced to book the cylinder before 6 months and the same will be used by the agency for black.
          If I am not able to consume the cylinder with in six months than how can i book the same. Also when I had already provided the Attested photocopy of Ration Card and the residence proof duly signed by MC of the area then WHY THE HELL THE SERVICES ARE NOT STARTED EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS. IT is also wroth mention here that My husband is an govt employee and residing in the govt accommodation provided by the govt. that means i can not sublet my residence or if i shift outside this I will earn more in terms of HOUSE RENT

          HP — HARRASMENT BY THE COMPANY

          I HAVE PURCHASED HP COMPAQ 6720S NOTEBOOK PS WITH SERIAL NUMBER CNU7452XZG ON 9/6/08. I SUBMITTED THAT IN SERVICE CENTRE ON 11/6/08 AS THE KEY BOARD WAS NOT WORKING. THE MACHINE WAS DECLARED DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WILL BE REPLACED BY THE DEALER. THE DEALER M/S MILLENNIUM CYBERWORKS LOCATED AT 10A HEMANTA BASU SARANI, KOLKATA-69.
          ME AND MY WIFE ARE REALLY BEING HARASSED BY THE DEALER. IT HAS BEEN SINCE LAST TEN DAYS WE ARE RUNNING FROM DOOR TO DOOR. I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO USE THE LAPTOP FOR A SINGLE DAY. KINDLY LOOK IN TO THE MATTER. I EXPECT SUPPORT FROM YOUR SIDE .

            Hi,
            I have already got a LPG Domestic gas connection with a single cylinder. This was transfered from Mumbai to Udaipur, At the time of transfer connection at Udaipur, Hathipol I requested for DBC but dealer rfused me & said that it can only be availed after a month only. For a single cylinder only I was charged Rs. 2200 with unwanted accessaries. Now When I asked for the second cylinder he is still saying that it will be charged same Rs. 2200. I want to get confirm the charges of second cylinder? Please reply.

            HP Gas — more charge of dbc

            dear sir i am custumer of sarla gas agency agra . custumer no-208402.i need dbc so i went to agency.first they said booking is cloosed.when i complaint to customer toll number then the agency take my application for dbc date 17/12/2009.&they said we will send a letter of dbc to your home. then you contact us.but they did not send any letter.today i went to agency .they told me if you want dbc , you have to pay extra money.&we will not give recept of this. they told me you have to pay Rs. 2500. Please help me. T

              As per your rule, for issue of DBC charges is Rs 1250/-. Instead of taking this amount the local dealer (Pradhan Gas Service, Dealer Code- 302860, Talcher) is charging Rs 3200/- . Is this amount genuine? Kindly clarify.

              I am not disclosing my details as the gas dealer may harass me in future.

                Dear sir,
                yesterday one of hp gas delivery man, delivered a faulty cylinder to me, today when i check it then find the gas has leaked...a foul smell are all around in the home...without spendind a moment i rushed to the agency in alipur(ITS DELHI GAS AGENCY). i reached their exact at 9:15, on the spot the lady there call their contact person 'surender [protected]' & tell him to reach my address...after half n hour when anybody not come i caled surender, surender told its not my job...'lal singh [protected]' taking care of this area..you contact to him only...& cut the line rudely, when i called lal singh, he rudely said i am not working 24 hours, whenever got time i will come....you told me what the hell is this???????
                its really disgusting...its the matter of life...or when hp people wake up when any wrong take place....???? a lot of fear & pain handled by me jst bcoz their rude behaviour & irresponsibilities....
                now its 11:10...lal singh reached my home & replace the faulty gas cylinder....obviously its all happen after 2 hurs........you tell me in b/w there 2 hours if anything wrong happened then who will be responsible..??? n who will take the that guilt..
                need justification & answer for the same...take the required action against the culpicts ....or i will take legal action against delhi gas agency & these two guys...

                It's been more than 10days we booked for a refill cylinder. For past 4days when we follow up the response we hear is "it will be delivered today"..but nothing has been done yet.

                Surprisingly I saw an auto loaded with cylinders coming from the same dealer in my locality and selling the cylinders for Rs.500/-.
                Also I have captured this in a video today.

                High time authority from HP gas should investigate such issues so that to react as civilized citizen of our country.

                I have a HP gas connection in Pune, the dealer is Jai Gas agency, Chandan Nagar, Over past 6 months the cylinder is delivered in no less than 3 weeks even after timely booking, last two deliveries had leaked cylinder with no washer in it, both occasion they said better get the leaked cylinder to godown and get the washer fitted, this is not acceptable, they must ensure the leak-proof delivery prior to delivering to customer.

                Hi, I have already got a LPG Domestic gas connection with a single cylinder in year 2007 from dealar(Dis.code-724379) of pindwara dist-sirohi(Rajasthan). I requested for DBC and dealer say that it will be charged Rs. 2500 (with unwanted things as Tea, Lighter, apron etc which not needed me) . I want to get confirm the charges of second cylinder with all thing? Please reply.
                I am facing the same issue (Shiv Shanti Gas Agency, Dhankawadi, Pune) and even after taking the cylinder back they are not replacing it. Saying to pay Rs 70/- as inspection charges and then a mechanic would come and check. Till then we are helpless. This way they deliver faulty cylinders and earn money. Ridiculous.

                H P Gas — HP Gas Leakage

                My consumer no. is 619528 Anita Jha A-60 Gali No. 2 Ganga Vihar Delhi- 94. My gas cylinder is found leaking. I am unable to use it. So, it is to request you kindly send a technician urgently.
                I compliant booked on 16/02/2015 our HP supplier Ms Aradhya Gas Agency, MG Road, Tumkur but not solve our problem, Gas cylinder leakage problem, our consumer number 613259, RC Padma.
                cylinder leakage since 1 day, very serious, complained and called Vardhwan Gas Agency, nobody came for checking.. Delaying to come .. who will be responsible in case of any accident!!!. The delivery man and Checking person not picked the phone.

                CYLINDERS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION

                The cylinders delivered are not in good condition and heavy gas leakages in the cylinder. The officials attitude is very bad on handling customer complaints.
                Respected Sir,

                With reference to the accident that took place 3-4 days ago in my house. On the 15th November 2016, a fire broke out around 08:45 pm in the kitchen. It experienced a tragic fire accident caused by leakage of gas cylinder. It spread so quickly in the kitchen. My parents were changing the gas cylinder when the incident took place both were inside the kitchen at that point of time. My parents started shouting for the help then all nearby people came inside the house and they stifle the burning flames on the cylinder
                My parents were taken to the nearby hospital by the neighbors'. The doctors diagnosed them with superficial burn.
                The fire broke out because the rubber of cylinder valve was tempered which caused Gas leakage. We have complaint about the tempered rubber and gas filch to gas supplier as well as gas agency but no action was taken, if in case cylinder burst out it could lead to serious losses, It may take life of hundred people as I stay in building which have 16 flats, who also faces such issues on daily basis.
                Gas suppliers filch the gas from the cylinder and sell the same to local vendor. He fills the cylinder with water so that consumer cannot identify his act as the weight of gas is filled with water. They do this with every cylinder.
                Both my parents are suffering from severe burn injuries in their head, legs and hands. I belong to a mediocre family, and bearing huge financial losses because of hospital bills.
                Sir, I request you to take necessary steps against the local vendor as well as supplier because their act could be life taking. These kinds of gas stealing and tempered rubber cases are very common in our area.
                Sir, Strict action should to be taken against these people so that these kinds of incidents should not happen in future. Please consider this on priority basis.

                  Iam applying new gas connection from April 2010 but not response .Again Iam visit our nearest Same dealer (NABABASANTA GAS DISTRIBUTOR) , Sapanpur , sisua, Salepur , Cuttack .Dealer code[protected] .for apply again same problem , Only i need receiving copy of application form or acknowledgement letter form of the same but hp gas distributor not agree , i want to know why .                     i am customer of hp gas since long time,when i was staying at hyderabad i getting cylinders within a stipulated period.recently i was shifted to nellore and i transfered the connection.in nellore m/s.subha agenceis is the dealer for hp gas.in last month i was received a cylinder on 12.10.10 with a delay of 15 days
                    again today i booked a cylinder after period of 25 days ,local agency people telling to wait another 20 days ,that means in a year i will get max 6 times.

                    And moreover they are not responding properly and always they will say manager is out of office and there is no email id for them. How we will survive without gas for 15 to days.

                    I requesting you kindly take this matter to concerned people and cooperate with us

                      Our HP gas distributor is Doshi Brothers situated at 249, Fatima Mansion, Station Road, Wadala, Mumbai 400 031. Without any intimation to us the distributorship has downed shutter. I am a senior citizen and unable to find out where its new location is. Can you please help.

                        My consumer no. is 607424 CTA no. 400036.I had ordered 2 cylinders on 3/10/10 under 94 . I received one cylinder on 18/10/10. I promptly ordered another on 19/10/10 under order no. 704. Till date the delivery is not effected.

                        The dealer is Talkar Gas Service.Their phones are forever engaged or ringing without answer.

                        Hindustan Petroleum — delay in delivery of gas

                        shortage of gas supply thus it leads to delay in supply of cylinders. both the cylinders are empty and they are refusing to deliver the cylinder even after 21 days.
                        wa can not trake th. phone no176 or net on delivery of refill .our gas agency not responding on their phones
                        they waste all consumers time very poor service only hp gas management improve service?

I have to visit throught the state of West bengal regarding my official works, therefore, my family is suffering due to non-availability of LPG. Your intervention in this regard is highly solicited.

                        i have book my lpg on 01/08/2008 no.34579. But till date I have not received the cylinder.
                        Your dealer in Nasik road " Aakashvir gas Agency", Maldhakka Road, Subhash Road, Nasik Road, Nasik-422101...proprietor Mr. gangurde is actively involved in the black marketing of LPG gas cylinders, sell of cylinders to the LPG vehicle owners, and usage of residential connections for commercial use... In turn, the ordinary consumers suffer the unbearable delay in deliveries and hundreds of families are suffering due to this..
                        Kindly note that I have the required evidences including video shooting of the said practices done by the said agency and the sam eis going to be aired on a national channel...
                        I hope that you will kindly take cognigence of the complaint and act upon at the earliest.

                        We get gas from Rama gas, Vasant kunj, New Delhi. This dealr is so stuburn that he does not pick-up phone or keep them off the hook.We did booking on call center on 15th jan, 2009 our booking number is No.9 and till date we have not received the gas.Our consumer number is 669178

                        i am a customer of hp gas service, but very sorry to inform you that here, in RISHRA the service provider is very irregular.most of the time the counter is found closed, if by any chance it is opened then also after12.30 o clock at the noon.it is then not possible to book a gas or to wait until then.
                        sir we are really jeopardized.please take some quick step.

                        Dear Sir,/Madam. I am a resident and owner of property at E-220 GF, Greater Kailash 1. Mr.Suman Mehta,Mr.Anil Mehta and their families are owners of and residing on the 1st floor. One Mr. Vinay Kathuria owner and resident of the 2nd floor. are all residing at the above adress. Ms. NATH TRADERS adress at Zamrudpur, Greater kailash 1 (erstwhile adress Kailash colony).are catering to our gas requirements through their INDANE GAS OUTLET.
                        The following gas connections are being supplied at the above adress....(a) 16271 (b)19436 (c) 1193 (d) 170. All these connections are fictitious except one. I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and after identifying the fake ones have them cancelled..This will facilitate the original ones to have better access to comfertable supply.                         I booked a gas for home delivery on 10.03.10 but till today 22.03.10 not deliver. I am sorry to say you, we consume a cylinder for 3 months. 1 year = 4 cylinder. We are facing much problem due to this type of service.

                        my consumer no is 626952 . i made booking on 25/10/10 for refilled domestic hp gas cylinder , but till date i havn't received it
                        on the contrary i saw above gas agency selling the refilled gas cylinder fraudulently by taking more money. if we asked them about our turn they use give time pass answers, even some time they don't receive the phone call , some pretends about shortage of supply and avoids to answer

                          My name is Ramesh Kumar Hebbar and I stay at Talegaon Dabhale City which come under Pune Dist.
                          My HP gas consumer no. is 639019 and I have given call for booking for cylinder refill. However the person attending the call says that They will not book since they have delivered the cylinder 15 days back.However my earlier delivery of gas happened after 25 days.I have again given call( the call is attended after 10 call)and they booked mentioning that it will take 5-10 days afer booking. I have again followed up with them after 5 days, But the person says it will take again 5-10 days.

                          I have seen the service provided by the agent is very very poor and many a times the call is not attended

                          Can some one please help and acknowledge my Complaint as this has become a regular pratice for
                          Talegaon based gas distributor ,

                            I'm having 2 wheeler. I've filled petrol in so many stations. But I never faced issue this this.

                            It is not happening in the actual machine. In that bunk we can see one more fuel gun which is lying in the middle from the sealing. Usually we can't see the meter reading properly. Because it is small. Also We can't make out whether the reading is showing amount or liters(Quantity).

                            1 Week back, I had been to HP petrol pump(HP Petrol pump, Chowdaiah Road, Bangalore. Landmark: Next to Caveri theater) to fill the petrol for Rs:200. But they had filled only 2 liters. I got to know this after I moved away from the pump because my vehicle battery is down so I should run a vehicle for few meters to get correct reading(Battery charge). I found that It was very less than the usual. So I went and asked the people who are all working there. They apologized and filled the remaining again.
                            Yesterday I had been to the same place I had asked to fill the petrol for Rs: 200 from the same machine. Also I've mentioned the issue happened previously and asked him to fill the petrol properly. But even I found, They have filled 2 liters and the guy showed me the reading 200 But It is representing 2 liters. The small dot between 2 and zero's, no body could recognize and I felt its 200 only. Later I moved few meters away from the pump. I found they have filled very less like early. I came and asked about this. But they try to send me out of that place. But they are not ready to give proper reason why it happened. I'm from different state So I couldn't speak in their local language. Also I couldn't find any responsible person in that place. Finally they filled the remaining petrol and send me because so many people are in queue to fill the fuel.

                            I agree that I should have noticed the reading properly But when other customers are on queue we can't force them to show for long time. Even bunk people are showing something and trying to divert our mind that time. Also I shouldn't have filled the petrol again in the same place

                            This is not the first time this issue is happening. I hope no one couldn't identified this. Also In the same place My uncle who filled the petrol couldn't get the millage properly He felt it is vehicle problem. But in actual he doesn't know this was the issue. So People are loosing their money without their knowledge like this. They are showing quantity instead of amount. So every one will think that They are filling petrol properly. Also We can't find this easily.

                            This kind of fraud works are going on. I tried to call help line of HP. But I found this site to give consumer complaint.

                            Please go directly and check this issue. Please fill petrol for 200. So that you can see this issue(How they are cheating people). So many people are loosing their money very badly everyday.

                            I'm raising this issue on behalf of others. Surely I will not go to that bunk again.

                            So Kindly do some necessary action on this.

                            Petrol Bunk — no proper readings

                            In most of the BANGALORE petrol bunks they are not giving exact amount of petrol, they are cheating by showing wrong reading. How can anyone know that they are giving exact amount petrol, when i ask them they are saying reading is correct, they are not showing zero reading initially.How this problem can be solved.

                              Now I'm suffering from the services of the distributor, i've booked my Gas on Date 18th of August 2010 but till date i've not get the gas at my point and whenever i visit to the Agency the concern people are misbehaving...

                              My name is krishna rai and I stay at Talegaon Dabhale City which come under Pune Dist.
                              My Hp gas consumer no. is 637787 and I have booked for cylinder refill 25 days ago(order numb - 898462).
                              I am still waiting and have not received the delivery for Gas cylinder till date.
                              I am repeatedly calling up distributor every morning for last One week and reply from phone attendant I get is they will surely send the refill.

                              Its 28th Oct today and I am still waiting for my cylinder delivery..

                              Can some one please help and acknowledge my Complaint as this has become a regular pratice for
                              Talegaon based gas distributor , I also heard from other members saying he supplies cylinder to Hotel's and avoids giving them to families.

                                My family is using HP Gas since 1993 and I started using it since past 1 Year. Details of my Service Provider are as follows.

                                Off-late, there are repeated instances of Delay in delivery of refill / cylinder.

                                I had requested for a refill on 25774850 on 31st August 2010 around 3.15 PM, and upon confirmation of Name and Consumer number, I was told that the Cylinder will be delivered by Tomorrow. (i.e. 1st Sep. 2010). I had a doctor's appointment and had to cancel the same to receive the cylinder at home, but the Cylinder was not delivered. I called on the same number mentioned above twice, one around 3 PM, I was informed that the cylinder will be delivered Today itself and she (the operator who did not mention her name) asked me to wait. It was 5.50 PM and still the cylinder was not delivered, I made a second call and the operator said that it will be done by 6 PM Today (1st Sep. 2010). I lost hope by 8 PM and understood that it would not be delivered.

                                The very next day I logged a compliant via HP Gas consumer zone - http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx and got the ticket number as well. Within 2 hours, the cylinder was delivered to my residence and the delivery man also gave his mobile to my wife to speak to the Agency (or someone from HP) who apologized for the delay in delivery and she promised prompt delivery from next time onwards.

                                Within minutes, the case was closed with an update – “Dealer staff Leena said they have send the refill vide cash memo no. 24169.”

                                I did not bother anymore as the refill / cylinder was delivered and also they (HP / Liberty Gas Agency) assured of prompt service from next time.

                                On 20th October 2010, I booked a refill via phone[protected] at 3 PM. After verifying my Name and Consumer number, I was told by the Operator that the cylinder would be delivered by 21st October 2010.
                                On 21st October 2010, Inspite of repeated telephone calls made on number 25774850, the operator kept on saying that we have delivery till 6 PM and the cylinder would be delivered by 6 PM. At around 6.05 PM, I tried calling on 25774850, 25785326, 25793944, 25791001, no answer.

                                Soon, I decided to log a complain again via HP Gas consumer zone http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx. The next day when I called on 25774850, the staff began to speak rudely and also argued that it’s been only two days since you have booked the refill, you are complaining as if it’s more than 10 days of booking. Anyhow, the refill / cylinder got delivered on the same day and as expected, the case got closed with the below update “Dealer staff Leena said they have send the refill to customer vide cash memo no.14904 today.”

                                I really don’t know what step should I take now as this is the second time they are doing this to me. I only have one cylinder as of now, I was planning to purchase an additional cylinder from them, but having experienced their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I am now checking with other Gas Agencies like Bharat around my area.

                                I am not aware if the same service is given to other consumers also by LIBERTY GAS AGENCY (V) (Code:[protected]

                                Also, I am waiting for the next turn to book a refill and see their service.

                                Services provided by Liberty gas Agency are extremely ridiculous. No body picks up the call...I have tried calling for thousand times but no answer ever..I am trying to call them for last 3 days.

                                I have applied for a new connection. They said process will take 8 to 10 days. Today finally someone picked up a call and when i asked if the verification process is complete, they said yes, nobody is going to call and tell you it is done. You call daily and ask..only if someone gives a to pick the damn phone!!!

                                I was told a mechanic will come to verify the burner condition. He will not call before coming so stay at home all day!! because i don't have any other job anyways...apart from waiting!! and i can try n call the agency but yes nobody will pick up!!

                                Mechanic didn't come today...and what am i supposed to do? take a indefinite leave from work waiting when their mechanic will show up!!

                                  My family is using HP Gas since 1993 and we never had any issues related to booking and delivery of Refills in the past. Our service provider details are as follows.

                                  Off late, there have instances where there is Constant Delay in Delivery of booked refills.

                                  I booked a refill on 8th September 2010 and I was told that the refill would be delivered next week (no date was provided). Until 23rd September 2010, no cylinder was delivered. On Checking with the Agency (KUMAR GAS SERVICE), the representative told that the refill was already delivered on 17th September 2010 and that too he showed on his computer. I was surprised to see that. He further asked me to book a fresh refill and promised a prompt delivery in next 2 days. I resisted, saying that already a refill is booked and you have delivered it some one else (in black) and now you want me to book another one. Soon, he started calling his delivery man over the phone and instructed him to deliver the cylinder ASAP and believe me, the cylinder was delivered. It seems that the delivery man has delivered our refill to someone else at a higher price in black.

                                  As the refill was now delivered, I didn’t think of any further complaint.

                                  This time, similar issue happened. I booked the refill on 8th October 2010 and I was told that the cylinder would be delivered by 15th October 2010. Until 15th October 2010, no cylinder was delivered, so I went to the Agency (KUMAR GAS SERVICE). They told me that no one is available to deliver the cylinder and requested me to wait for some more days. I waited till 19th October 2010 and still it was not delivered. I logged a compliant via HP Gas consumer zone - http://jihaan.hpcl.co.in/booking/Default.aspx and got the ticket number as well. Within 3 hours, My Father received a call from a Delivery Man and the cylinder got delivered.

                                  As soon as the cylinder was delivered, my ticket was closed with the note “Spoke to dealer staff Mr. Ganesh, refill delivered vide cash memo no. 11606 dtd. 19.10.2010.”

                                  I again re-opened the same ticket online and entered the following comment.
                                  “Hi Team,
                                  I would like to know if this will continue or will the Distributor improve the service. This is the second time I am facing the same issue. Pls look into this issue as a matter o[censored]rgency. It seems that the distributor is selling the cylinder in black as they cost more.”

                                  The very next day, I saw an update in my case and the update was “The concern of consumer noted & accordingly corrective action has been initiated to improve the service.”

                                  I am waiting to book the next refill and I want to see what steps they have taken to improve the service.

                                  From my experience, I would not suggest HP Gas to anyone. I don’t know about other Gas Agencies, but KUMAR GAS SERVICE (Code:[protected] at Ghatkopar West really sucks.

                                  HP Gas — POOR SERVICE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR

                                  I AM HAVING GAS CONNECTION AT "RAVI PRASAD AGENCIES, NACHARAM, HYDERABAD-500070. PH:[protected], 27153947.
                                  MY GAS NO.619064(CONSUMER NO). I HAVE BOOKED GAS ON 2ND DEC'08. EVEN AFTER SEVERAL FOLLOWUP'S FROM MY END THE DISTRIBUTOR DID'T DELIVERED THE CYLINDER TILL DATE.
                                  THE SAME HAS HAPPENED IN THE MONTH OF OCT'08 ALSO.

                                  PL TAKE NECCESSARY STEPS TO AVOID SUCH TYPE OF DELAYS.
                                  We have connections of HP Gas . Consumer numbers are as- 651276. Dealer is ", kamal gas servise shop no.38 village singal pur shalimar bagh New Delhi-52". Whenever we try to book gas on phone numbers provided by the dealer, no one picks the phone.Ever times is going on busy or cross the full ring no body can pickup the phone . Many times they keep the phone on hold for a long. So it very difficult for us to book the gas on phone. Phone numbers are[protected], 27470952, [protected]. We are facing too much problem just because the attitude of the dealer.

                                  I am customer of kumar gas service ghatkopar west Mumbai who is dealer of HP gas. I want to say that they are very inregular in distributing gas cylinder. After booking the cylinder we have to wait upto 10 to 15 days and have to call them atleast once in a day.

                                    I booked gas for home delivery on 01.02.08 but till today 11.02.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency OHAM GAS SERVICE[protected]. Also when ever i ask for head office number to make complain they won't give the number.

                                    Please let me know if i can switch to some other distributor.
                                    Also i try to online book on hp site is's not allowing to register me on the site and thowing error
                                    "The Consumer No. 632747 for distributor SOHAM GAS SERVICE[protected] is INVALID. "
