Dear sir,
I have taken new connection in may 2008 and demand for two cylinders but the dealer said that two cylinder not provided by company, you have to wait for 3 months but after 3 months he said again wait for 3 months. I am in bad possition because my family is suffering due to this single connection. I adjust with my coleegues cylinder, even after booking the Malwa gas service manager said that you have to wait for 10-12 days. The situation became so horrible.

Kindly help me and solve the proble as soon as possible.

i have hp gas onnection from date 23.02.2004 and consumer no:517311 and i asked additional cylinder last three years , but authorised peoples ( tirupur gas service ,tamilnadu phno:[protected]are not responding till today ,please take nessossery actions asap

HP Gas — for New additional cylinder

I have been requesting the HP gas dealer for providing an additional cylinder req.No.397/117 dated 23/07/2008.

later i used to query him, th guy will say it is not released or it was released and was allotted.

This is going to continue.

I want to know why the dealer is not maintaining a waiting list so that he can allot the connections based on waiting list.

I am from pune I have requested for additonal cylinder from nearar HP Gas agency in 2006, . we are not giving second clyinder to a conusmer who is not a there customer older than one year.
In 2007 i have requested for the same they said HP has stopped giving second cylinder, we don't know when will they start. As a consumer we have to rely on there answere because there is no other means any P R O from HP, to whom we can ask what is the real situation.
In 2008 June, They have accepted booking for second cylinder
but this time again same thing they are repeating "Until now company hasn't started distribution".

My question is to whom we asked, what they are talking is truth or not ?

one thing more, for the new connection also they have forced me to purchase costly gas-stove, from there agency. This Ridicules, Does is not HP Gas company responsiblity to stop this ?

Further i kindly requset you sir, please let us know when we will get additional cylinder
I am a HP gas customer (No. 621053) since 2001 with single cylinder. In October-2009 I transfered it from Manikpur (U.P.) to Ghaziabad (U.P.). I made several visits to Tyagi Gas Service[protected], Sihani Gate, Nand Gram, Ghaziabad for supplying second cylinder but every time they misguided me by saying the shortage of cylinders. If there is actual shortage of cylinders why new gas connections are being issued. I request you sir, please supply second cylinder at your earliest.

    I need to transfer from Secunderabad safilguda HP agency to Hyderabad Gachibowli HP gas agency.The Gachibowli gas agency[protected] says their internet connection was not working for accepting the transfer, this was same from past 2 weeks onwards. How come HP gas agency works without internet connection. They are not sure when they will get back their internet connection. I also came to know that this Gachibowli gas agency dealer was not responding to the booking calls, we have to go there quarrel with them every time for getting a cylinder.

    Request to look into this Gachibowli issue. The HP gas authorities need to make necessary alternatives in these cases. It was the minimal responsibility of the HP authorities to ensure that every thing goes in a good progress.

    Dear Sir,

    This is to logde a complaint against the HP Gas delivery office in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage, Mysore.

    My father is 63 years old man, he recently shifted from Bangalore to Mysore and struggling to get the HP Gas transfer connection.

    The executives in HP Gas office in Vijaynagar 2nd Stage are making him to visit back and forth everyday to their office, just give the regulator and cyclinder connection since One Week.

    I wonder, they highly speak about senior citizenship in India and offer many previllages to serve them on one hand and on the other hand they torture such old people worst than an animal.

    Does Indian government really have eyes and ears to hear this problems and guide Indian citizens how to respect and help the elderly people in the country?

    It is too sad to hear this, and I hope he will get the regulator and cyclinder connection only after they see the old man dies without it running back and forth to such offices long his life.

    Hi,

    I have recently relocated from Gurgaon to hyderabad and approached HP gas Dealer Sri Sai Krishna Gas Agency, 172/3/2, Gachibowli, Opp. TE for the connection. Despite submitting all the necessary and authorised transfer papers they are not paying any attention to the issue. After more than a week and I did not hear from them.

    I have had multiple discussions with them but all futile. I strongly feel the agency is not hacing best practices and simply harrassing the customers without reason.

    I request for immediate action on this.

    i tried to contact several times sairam enterprises with the telephone number metioned in the receipt, without any result. the phone of twin gas company is also engaged always, resulting in facing difficulties for booking gas

    Yes this gas agency is the worst of its kind. Their phone is always out of service or no one responds. Their delivery is minimum 10 days which causes a lot of inconvenience. Dont know how HP company is allowing this agency to be its distributor..it is only malaligning the company's name in market.
    Yes I agree, Sri Sai Krishna Gas Agency H.No. 1-73/D5, Sy. No.50, Janardhan Hills, Opp. Telecom Nagar Bus stop, Gachibowli, Hyderabad-500032 harass us in the following ways
    1. Their telephone is always engaged or there is no response if it rings so it takes about 10-20 days to book a refill.
    2.Even when it is booked, the waiting time is more than 20 days .
    3.The operator at the telephone is quite rude .
    We are helpless because this is the only distributor of gas in this area .I also believe that their license should be cancelled and another dealer be given the franchise.
    I have had similar issues too. Now I book my cylinder online. Once it is allocated wait for few days and file complaint online. If the complaint gets closed without delivery please reopen.
    It works.
    This is one of the worst gas agencies. Their phone number never work . If it is working, it will not be picked up. I have booked for refill more than 20 days back. No response, Looks like they are doing all sorts of malpractice. Is so called HPCL sleeping over the issues/complaints?
    It is high time that so called gas agencies need to be shut down.

      Good Evening Sir,
      My name is Aman. I want to know that what r the rules regarding home delivery of gas cylinder after booking. I belong to village Radaur, Dist-Yamunanagar (Haryana). In my village there is only one gas supplier and he always misuse his monopoly. He never supplied gas on time after booking. He always takes 15 days to 1 month for supply after booking. so I want to know all the rules and regulations of home delivery of gas cylinder.

      I earlier mailed u a complaint about gas supplier but U didn't attend my complain.

        HP Manager,



        I m the regular customer of HP Petrolpump. but 26 hours before i filled the petrol in my bike on pune mumbai highwy next to hingewadi chwk and i got duplicate mix petrol in by bike. Finally bike engine is now seized due to petrol .
        So, please take necessory action to maintain the quality of your petrol other wise change your committment towards to fulfill customer needs..

        I use to fill my petrol for my Bike in Thindal HP Bunk usually.Some two days back I have put petrol in this bunk which is having high mix of Kerosene.Beacuase of this I have faced statring problem and when enquired about this to my friends they all faced the same problem.

          I booked gas over phone for home delivery on 24.02.2009 (Booking no 2830, HP GAS Consumer No 615209) but till today 09.03.2009 Refill GAS is not delivered. Since Last four days I do not have GAS in my House. I have DBC Connection, Both are empty. Last two days I am visiting to Jai Gas Services, CHANDA MARKET, BULAKI ADDA, Talkatora Road, Lucknow and I am not getting my Refill, Yesterday (08th March 2009), I Visited to JAI GAS SERVICE[protected] he says tomorrow you come at 07 AM in morning you will get the GAS. Today I Visited at 7 AM in Morning and I found that there was NO Gas at the JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].Person at the desk told me to come tomorrow (10.02.2009) at 6:00 AM in the morning. I have doubt that I will get my GAS tomorrow.
          Now I Have some query or Complain for you: ---HP GAS and JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].
          1) Is there really shortage of supply or there is malfunction in distribution at GAS at JAI GAS SERVICE[protected].
          2) There is no computerized booking at JAI GAS SERVICE[protected]. Person at the desk notes the consumer no on register and gives us booking no based on manual process.
          3) Is this a correct way to distribute Refill at 6:00 AM in the morning, where as the normal working Hrs starts from 08:00 AM in the morning for Jai Gas Services?
          4) If I want my refill I have the wait in queue for whole night in front of JAI GAS SERVICE[protected] along with other customs.


          . I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

          Now it’s up to you how quick you are going to solve my problem that how a person can survive with his family including little children’s also without gas.

          If I will face similar problem I will be forced to change or transferred my connection to other company.

            Non delivery of cylinder
            I requested for new cylinder on urgent basis dated 18th FEB-2009 as I have only one cylinder and no back up cylinder. 2 days has passed, I have made 10 phone calls, and still i haven't got the delivery of cylinder... today's date is 10th March-2009.

            I have connection through Dhamdere Gas Agency, Dhayari Phata, Pune People in this agency are don't know how to talk with customers. They are liers.

              Delay in delivery of the lpg refill
              Dear Sir,
              I am a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 600242 and the dealers name & tel no is Kankariya Gas Agency Kirti Nagar New Sangvi Pune -411027 tel no.[protected], 65303724. I had booked the gas on 21/02/09 at Kankariya Gas Agency New Sangvi and booking number was 126 and they told me that they will give me cylinder within 10 days. I have yet to receive the delivery.
              I am not been able to contact the gas agency on the phone and if by chance i contact they disconnect the phone. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.
              Above problem is very frequent to us. I am really shock how these school van people get home LPG cyclinder for filling in there Vehicle every three to four days.

                  . Name Mamta Sarda .
                  I had booked for refilling on 14 February 2009 with dealer Surendra gas Agency Ramdaspeth Nagpur.On today date 7 March The answer from dealer is that, I cannot get refilled cylinder till 15 March.
                  This is not first Time that Surendra gas Agency is taking more than one month for refilling . Our requests and enquiries are meted with arrogant answers . Hope the authorities will look into the matter so that I can get refilled cylinder at the earliest.

                    Complaint against fraud.
                    Company: HP petrol pump
                    Location: Beside hotel 'The Capitol' near Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore

                    At the first petrol dispensing counter (as you enter the petrol pump), the attendants frequently cheat customers. You ask them to fill, say, Rs.100 worth of petrol. However clearly you say it, one employee will fill only Rs.50 worth of petrol in just about 2 seconds when another employee tries to distract you. Within a blink of an eye, the counter goes from Rs. 0 to Rs.50. When you tell him that you'd asked for Rs.100 worth of petrol, he will apologize saying he didn't hear it properly, and fill the remaining Rs.50 worth. The second Rs.50 petrol will take about 5-10 seconds to fill. You finally end up paying Rs.100 and getting petrol worth far less than that.
                    This has happened a few times with me and some friends. The cheating procedure has always been the same although the amounts differ. I know for sure that I've been cheated because my bike gives me a mileage of about 50km/litre normally, but when these incidents happen, I get far less mileage than this..
                    It would be great if, instead of direct questioning, the concerned authorities pose as regular customers and witness this for themselves. I hope they bring these people to book.

                    Hindustan Petroleum — When asked to pay 1 ltr petrol they fill less

                    I am a HP consumer I usually fill petrol from HP in KR puram (Bangalore) they have the petrol vending machine but they never use it . Instead they use the manual way and hence as a customer I dont get the full amount for which i paid. Where do i complain about this

                    Sub: Regarding fraud case at a Petrol Pump today.

                    Dear all,

                    This is a case of one of the petrol pump just adjacent to Rajpal Toyota Showroom at Dewas naka today morning.

                    I asked them to fill the petrol for Rs. 400, which is 7.33Ltrs. Usually, My Tank becomes full in this much amount of petrol, but I was shocked to see that this time, the tank was not even filled half. Therefore I requested them to give me the bill for the same, for which they refused to give the same saying they are in hurry and bill book in not available at the machine.

                    In order to verify the quantity I emptied the tank and measure the petrol and found that there was only 5.8 ltrs of petrol. It is to be noted that before filling there was already some petrol in the tank. This clearly indicates that less quantity was delivered.

                    This is a pure case of fraud, which should come in light of public. Being the rumor of strike already spread, and there was huge rush at the pump, if I would have stuck in such mess it would be an act of foolishness messing with such people.

                    This is my humble request to you to kindly enquire the matter immediately . It is our right to fight against such people who are making our nation corrupt.

                    We together can only change the nation.

                    With this I am assured that you will seriously look in the matter help me in getting justice. However I am not at all bothered about the money which I spent but at least such cheating should not happen to any other.

                    Moreover, maximum petrol pumps on AB Road (Near ORBIT Mall) are closed and were not giving petrol today morning at 7.30 am.

                    Petrol Bunk — Fraud At Petrol Bunk

                    Hi,
                    I'm owning Ford IKON Nxt model, which has the fuel capacity of 45 lits. On 10th Aug, I have visited petrol bunk at Bannerghatt road, Bangalore to Full the Tank. To my surpirsed the bunk meter shows pertrol filled up as 47.5 lit, though I had few litter of petrol in my car tank. I argued with the bunk people which went vain.
                    I want to bring the frand to light and get by right. I have the copy of petrol bill.
                    Kindly help me to proceed to login the complain agaist this fraud by Petrol bunk.

                    I have come across one more fraud from one of the below mentioned HPCL petrol bunk:

                    HPCL wake up they are spoiling ur name.
                    i too had the same bitter experiance from HP bunk hosur road ..i asked to fill for 500 rupees..but when the meter showed 343 rs and 6 litres..the boy stopped the metre meanwhile a fellow came to distract say ing that for an extra 10rs he will fill 10lrs ..very sorry to hear many were cheated before. HPCL please do take necessary action/.

                    Petrol Pump — They are doing Fraud with customers

                    This is about filling petrol. They hardly ensures on 0, If any one fill petrol of Rs.20, And if I said fill petrol of Rs.100 then he will contiue frm 20, and will not ensure to zero. They do this many times.


                    Few days before they crossed the limit. I asked them to fill petrol of Rs.200, He started felling, one person came frm other side and was pouring oil in petrol tank and said "oil dalne se gadi aachi rehati hai", Then remain busy in refusing in, Then the petrol refiller stop on Rs.164 ans said "hogaya". Then I said that he had not completed then he complete afterward. Then I gave one 1000 note, he returned me just Rs.300, then after saying he gave 500 note afterwards.

                    It is new newly launched petrol pump, and give petrol at low cost than anyother. I dont know agian what type of fraud they might do.

                    When a car data sheet says tank capacity is 45liters that does not mean that the maximum capacity is 45liters. Normally tank itself will hold more than the specified qty and what about the volume above the tank? I mean pipeline volume. When you say you had few liters in your tank, can you quantify it? Have you observed the meter properly from the beginning i.e. starting from zero? If you have correct answers for this then one can conclude there was a cheating or not? We Indians have lot of imaginative powers about the things what we do not know really. It is in our genes. When we have to use our brain normally we use our heart. And we do not bother if somebody is hurt or dead due to our negligence. We always say " I am right"
                    It happened to me on 8th May 2011, SUNDAY from one petrol bunk near Sony World Signal in Koramangala(After Sony world signal Immediate left while going to IndiraNagar side). I asked attender to put the petrol for Rs. 500 in my Santro car. But when the reading reaches for Rs.120, the guage stopped. They told me a power cut happened. In another 1 minute the guy came who pretended to reset the reading to make it for the remaining Rs.380.And they offered me a hand written bill instead of the computerized one to hide what exactly happened, I assume. Initially I smelt something abnormal from the petrometer needle position.Later I got to know that I was really cheated because I got only 50 Kms with the petrol they put in the car for which I paid Rs.500. I know, at any cost my car is having more than 15 Km mileage in any road condition. Please beware of these pump guys at the PETROL BUNK on the IMMEDIATE LEFT HANDSIDE OF KORAMANGALA SONY WORLD SIGNAL ON GOING TO DOMLUR .
                    I got the same experience in HP petrol pump in marathalli, adjacent to Brand Factory. Usually every month i will use 400rs of petrol and my bike give 54KMPL on any road condition. As usual i asked them to fill my tank with worthof 4oors of petrol. But after a week, my bike's petrol indicator showing reserve status.

                    These type of fraudulants should be punished and they should be cut to their edges by cancelling the licences.

                    Today (03/09/2013) I faced the same problem with the HPCL Petrol Bunk in Koramangala this is the same situation that I told the guy to fill the tank in my car and this guy filled for 200 and another guy came and distracted me and by that time this guy said he has filled for 200 Rupees and he filled the tank again and i noticed that the reading was wrong as my tank capacity is 35 liters whereas I was having almost 5-10 liters of petrol in my car but the reading was 32 liters so strange and while billing he was asking me to pay 200 rupee as cash and he dont want to give me bill for 200 rupees they are really cheats please be careful with them.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I booked gas (Consumer No. 100789 Consumer Name Harpal Singh Rawal ) for home delivery on 13.01.09 but till today 09.02.09 not deliver. Visited there office on 12.02.2009 got assurance will get delivered tomorrow. But no delivery happened till date.

                      I can not share the pathetic situation I'm facing. I'm working with a Reliance Petroleum, as a Supervisor and my working hours are quite large, usually I reach home after 8.30 pm. I've 2 small children ( 2 Yrs. & 4 Yrs.) crying for milk but Gas not available in the Home. After reaching home I took my family to near by Dhaba to have dinner to manage the day even we keep hunger whole day long w/o break fast, launch.

                      Gas Agency (M/S Kasuli Gas Service, Ellenabad & Sirsa Distt. Sirsa, Haryana ) staff are so negligent that even they never bother to pick the phone, it keeps ringing long time.

                      Earlier they use to take time but deliver. But now neither delivering nor responding.

                      Situation is really pathetic, unable to understand what to do with such sort of services.

We came to know that they are into BLACK marketting also. you are requested to please look into this matter.                               i had taken a HP lpg gass connection for the last 12 yrs my consumer number is 603182.as i am in desperate need of a lpg cylinder.i have been to their HP agency nearby(karan Gas agency sco 269 , sector-16.panchkula).nobody is intrested in dealing with the request.they are not on their seats most of the time.they keep the receiver of the phone so that no call comes.when i visited thier place for the connection i had to wait for 3 hrs in Q.then i spoke to them regarding the matter,their reply was very rude.the response is really very shameful.i think a video should be made and showm to everybody.they dont know how talk.i ll be greatful if could help me in this case as this thing has alresdy taken more than 15 days.

                                HP Gas — Worst Service & harrashment

                                I have facing the issue of not getting the HP Gas cylinder in time from last 3 year. I stay in hadapsar and never get the delivery in time. It takes min 15days to deliver. Yashoda gas agency is the worst class service provider of HP in hadapsar and their ppl demand for more money as well when they deliver the cyilider.
                                Also they never weigh the cylinder rather they never carry the weighing machine with them.
                                To book for another number they dont allow the person to book till next 15days.They talk about the rule of not accepting next request before 15days but are they following the part of delivery within time? If they are not delivering in time they should not harrash customers by not allowing to book.

                                Hp Gas is the worst service i have seen till now.
                                No one exactly says, where to give a complaint against agency.
                                There is a customer care number, but he does not log the complaint, instead he says i will inform the dealer.
                                sab ke sab chor hain.
                                Gopal Rao enterprises, santoshnagar, Hyderabad is the agency that never delivers on the said date.
                                These people sell the cylinders in black market for Rs.500 and keep on delaying the delivery of cylinders.

                                it's to catch some concern of regrding officer's of the HP gas that their authorized center for public aid, are just making your's coustomer fool on your's name.
                                being one of the coustomer of your gas service at ALIGARH(ISAQ AGENCY), get no response from your so called service agency, interm of providing cylinder's on time.
                                this agency before also is under the eye of local administration for their unsatisfactory and illegal activites also, so do take proper action against them to rectify the problem either from your side or from your agency side, so as not loose faith of your customer from HP.

                                I have booked a cylinder on 2/1/2008 and was told that it will be delivered in a week but till date I did not get it. I call up everyday and they responded that they have sent it thrice and the door is locked where as my wife is always at home.                                 Dear Sir last one year we are facing continues too much problem after booking the cylender.My Gas connection is from Priya Gas Agency, Hapur branch Ghaziabad. Sir, I booked gas for home delivery on 6oo337(booking No. 20877) till today 20.01.10 cylinder not deliver.                                 I have booked for HP Gas 25 days back. But till now I did not get. They are replying that GAS supply is stoped for last 3 weeks. They also said that they could not deliver to Home. What is truth I dont know.
                                Please take some necessary action against that.

                                1. leakage in cylinder.
                                we are facing problem of leakage in sealed cylinder. if we do complaint with agency, they are giving irresponsible reply. They are always used tell that, we are not responsilbe for that you have to talk with the HP gas company.
                                2.Hp gas delivered not in time.
                                In our home all family members are going for job. so we called requested agency that Please tell, when Hp gas will be delivered, so that we can put leave on that day. First of all they are not informing us when the gas will be delivered, if we ask also they giving irresponsible answer.(we cant say the exact date and all). we are taking 3 -3 days leave
                                waiting for the single gas cylinder.

                                Please sort out this problem as soon as possilbe.

                                  Sir,

                                  I am a consumer of HP Cooking Gas. My consumer No. is 601802 and I get service from Devine Gas, Ulloor, Thiruvananthapuram.

                                  I am pained to inform you that I get the poorest of poor service from my Gas distributor. I had booked for a refill by online on 15th February 2009. When I contacted the Gas Agency on 16th by phone, I was told that my refill cylinder will be delivered on 21st February, 2009. The refill cylinder did not arrive on 21st as told. I enquired about it on 24th (23rd was a holiday) and was again told that it will be delivered at my home on that day itself. But alas!! NOTHING HAPPENED!!

                                  I called the Gas agency again on 25th morning and was told that the gas lorry will come by 12 noon. They also asked me to contact them again in the afternoon. In the afternoon I went personally to the Gas agency and was told that the delivery boy has already gone with my refill cylinder. But since he did not turn up, I again called the Gas agency and was told that the number of refill cylinders taken by the distribution boy was not sufficient.

                                  Very funny argument. Is it not? When 20 refill cylinders are given to the distribution boy, 20 bills are printed out and given to him. In that at is the meaning in saying that the number of refill cylinders was not sufficient?

                                  Every time I ask for a bill, the distribution boy says that there is no bill.He also demands Rs.360 for a refill.

                                  So what is wrong, dear sir? I have seen Indane and HP gas cylinders being downloaded to hotels at Kazhakuttom. These people are making illegal money by distributing subsidizes cooking gas to commercial undertakings. But Indane is much better than HP any way.

                                  So I am seriously thinking about shifting my gas connection to an Indane agency. Then I will get a refill cylinder every 30 days at least.

                                  There were series of reports about the illegal activities of gas agencies in newspapers like Malayala Manorama. But nothing will improve since it is difficult to make these gas agencies trustworthy and God fearing.

                                    I have a HP Gas connection with Jai Gas Agency, Wadgaonsheri. I had booked HP Gas on 20th Jan 09 and the booking number I recieved was 14010. I was assured delivery of gas in 10-12 days. My consumer Number with HP Gas is : 632523. I have been constantly trying to call on the numbers provided by the agency. The three numbers provided are always engage or if the ring goes, nobody answers the call.

                                    According to my awareness the LPG company is bound to deliver within 30 days of booking date. Please let me know what legal action can be taken against the Gas company for inability of delivery of services.

                                    M/S GANAPATI GAS HAS BEEN APPOINTED BY HINDUSTAN PETROLIUM COMPANY IN OUR LOCALITY TO PROVIDE THE LPG.BUT THAT PARTICULAR DEALOR IS NEGLECTING TO PROVIDE THE GAS IN DUE TIME.AFTER BOOKING THE GAS CONSUMERS HAVE TO WAIT UPTO ONE MONTH TO GET THE GAS.MOST OF THE TIME CONSUMERS LIKE ME DONOT GO TO THE DEALER POINT BECAUSE OF THEIR RUDE BEHAVIOUR

                                      My name is V.Dhananjayan, My consumar No. is 653079 (Kiran Gas Agency, Kondhwa, Pune). I am staying at S.No.65, Handewadi Road, Hadapsar, Pune-411028. My mobile No. is [protected]. Self and wife both are employed. Recently I changed the agency due to shifting of my residence to above place, which within the limit of Pune Mun.Corpn. Accordingly I changed the agency (Yesoda Gas Agency to Kiran Gas Agency) However, M/s.Kiran Gas Agency refused to deliver cylinder at Home even though they charge extra money and I have to collect cylinders from a shop at ECP Housing Society at odd times. Also, I am not getting the cylinders in time.

                                      I request you to kindly advise the said agency (Kiran Gas Agency) to deliver me cylinders at Home since they are charging more on the pretext of home delivery.

                                      Will the concerned officials to look into the matter and give some relief to me.

                                      Home Connection — refusal of delivery

                                      I have gas connection with Indane.My customer number is 9787.I have booked on 15/3/2009.My distributor, M/S Pradeep Indane Services, Thalayolaparambu, Ph:[protected], -234426, Sap:197226refused to deliver due to booking reason.
                                      Kindly sed the reasons of refusal.

                                      My consumer no. is 675323 and i am a resident of 3/5143, krishan nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi - 110005 ( my cell no. is [protected]) M/S Shakti Traders ( HP Gas ) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 16 days over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But I am very sorry to bring to your notice that thare is no response from them. The telephone no. provided by them[protected] /[protected] remains busy and not answering, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face the problem for booking of gas cylinder.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and ask the dostributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation.

                                      I am fully agree with Mr. V.Dhananjayan. I am also having the gas connection with same agency. M/s. Kiran gas agency always delay is sending the refill gas even after 10 days of apllying.
                                      All the workers including the owener use very rude language with their customers.
                                      If possible, kindly give the contact detilas of concern officer where the official complaint can be made.

                                      I am suparna laskar staying in the vishrantwadi my gas supplier agent
                                      (Kekan Gas Agency, Tingere nagar, vishrantwadi)is always giving me trouble for booking as well as for delivery every time he give excuses
                                      by saying cylinder is shortege, and he also made a rule that if i book cylinder on any date of the month then next booking can be possible after
                                      receiving delivery that is almost after 10 days and again wait next 10 days
                                      for next booking.
                                      i can'not understand about this rule and this gas agencies also selling in black by charging additional cost to other and give booked cylinder.
                                      This mal-practices is taking place in this agencies and when we try to
                                      clarified about our booked no: never give right information, they treat also very rude to the customers half of the time their phone not in work or never receive the call.
                                      Please give me idea about it because as both o[censored]s is working it is very difficult to do follow up with them .Delivery boy also charge extra money .
                                      The agency also told us to do whatever we can do...
                                      CAN WE DO ANY THING AS CUSTOMER???????????????

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        MySelf Subhashchandra B. Saradhara. i took new Gas connection from HP(Pramukh Gas service sisuated at:opp-narayan nagar, Khodiyar nagar cross roads, N.H.Highway, Bapunagar, Ahmedabad-380009). i registered my new Gas connection on 6th Feb, 2009, and that time Authority person told me you get first cylinder within 4 to 5 days. but now this day i don't get any cylinder. and also i visit agency and they don't give any reply. while other member get first cylinder in my society.

                                        Today, i visit that agency and tell to authority person about that issue. and also i say if within two days i don't get any cylinder then i got to Consumer Court and complain about that issue.

                                        so please take as a urgent and rectify this issue.my gas connection detail and agency detail given below:
