I have a HP Gas connection with Jai Gas Agency, Wadgaonsheri. I had booked HP Gas on 20th Jan 09 and the booking number I recieved was 14010. I was assured delivery of gas in 10-12 days. Short delivery of petrol

I was cheated by a petrol pump attendant at Joyce service station's HP petrol pump on Sankey road in Bangalore today. I asked for Rs. 400/- worth of petrol to be filled in my car. Not picking consumers phones by dealers

Sir,

Its reaIly testing patience that dealer of Noble Traders H.P. Gas Agency based at B-10/12A, Ring Road market, Rajouri Garden New Delhi-27 having two phone lines i.e. 25458269 and 25931019 but not picking up in any of the lines. The employees two ladies of the Agency are very rude and troubling consumers by creating shortage.

I am continuosly trying dealers phone no. for enquiry but nobody is responding...

Not allowed second gas cylinder

i applied for allotment of second cylinder on 03.05.08 at HP gas distributor, bund garden branch, Pune_411001(Maharastra) .but till now there is no any action taken by distributor. Every time when i contact to him, always he say second cylinder allotment is still closed.but he had given a new gas connection to others.

Pathetic connection service for HP gas

Hi,

We have registered for a new HP gas connection at Omkar Gas service on Gorebunder road Thane in the month of December to our new residence, we are yet to receive any response for the same.
The shops phones are always off the hook and nobody is ever available to provide correct status.
The lady who attends to customers in the shop is never available leaving us in a lurch.Me and my husband are working professionals...

faulty gas cylinder

i have been hp gas user for the last 7 years and have two connections with u.i have enjoyed decent service. i deal with an agency called yogesh gas agency on hill bandra, mumbai-50, its behind bandra medicals on hill road.
of last 4-5 months..i have complete dissatisfaction with the agency and the cylinders it self..

hi, unfortunately we lost our gas book during shifting process from 1 place to other and everytime we go to hp office they say manager not available and no one else is ready to accept the request form for issuing a new book.its been 2 months we hav been given a run around.its hp gas, branch @r.c.puram and our old consumer #consumer 615644.kindly look into this asap.BTW do we hav an online submission we can do in this case?
