The service provided by Sugam enterprises is very bad. The phone is always engaged or no response. Many a times we have to go personally just to book the complaint, and then make follow-up calls to delivery boys to get the cylinder delivered and tip is demanded as if its thier right. The washer of the delivered cylinder is slightly bigger and the regulator is not fitting properly on the cylinder. The gas ageny is not delivered the booked cylinder at the residential address. we have to collect any how from its godown.

This makes a lot of trouble in collecting the cylinder as the godown is far away from the residential address and in the office...

But the Delaer Asian Gas, Phulbani of Our District: Kandhamal, Sate:- Orissa is harrasing a lot for delivery of gas. He is also taking the empty gas cylinder & necesary funds from the consumers well before the delivery of the gas. Even after that he is not in position to deliver the gas within the time limit....

My Distributor gas agency name is GAYATRI GAS AGENCY, Opp. old LIC Building, Inda, Kharagpur, West Bengal, Distributor code no. 397180, Ph. no.[protected].

After booking, the gas cylinder is received in minimum one week.Next booking time is given 21 days after delivery date instead of previous booking date.
So we are facing tremendous problem.

My Complaint is regarding one of the HP gas distributor/dealer named SHREE RENUKA GAS SUPPLY CO. Address: Neeta Park, Airport Road, Yerwada Pune.

The Dealer follows a Improper policy of Delay in GAS cylinder delivery for those who have booked legibly, and they sell stock to people who are favoured because various reasons better known to RENUKA GAS people.

I am a HP Gas domestic connection user at Bijapur(KArnataka) having connection No.608765 at Shree Enterprises(Prop.Mohan Kowtal), Bijapur. There is no any proper booking, delivery and service of HP Gas from the dealer.
