Dear Sir/mam

It is to inform you that I am a consumer of HP Gas having Reg. no: 625336 Address: RaviShanker, 359(behind), 1st floor, 37th cross, 9th main, 5th Block, Jayanagr, Bangalore-560041.From last ten days I have called at[protected] and[protected]J.P.Nagar, Bangalore), Number is busy or nobody picking the calls when ever ring is there. I have tried atleast 20-30 times everyday & unable to book my gas cylinder.
I dont have gas cylinder and I dont know how to manage and whom to call.

Kindly do the needful.

    not picking call for gas booking

    Hi,

    My Gas Agency Distributor is Sri Sangameswara Gas service, H.no.25-35/11/D, Opp.MDO Office, Ramachandra Reddy Nagar, Ramachandra puram, Medak - Dist - 502 032.
    tel No. 23020664, 23021517, 23021517. My consumer number is 621915. Connection is in the name of my wife Pooja Singh.

    I have been trying to call them for the 1 week for cylinder booking, but NO BODY PICS UP THE CALL. This is height of irregularity....

    I booked for gas on 2-Jan-09. Today is 19-Jan-09. The phone number provided by the local distributor, goes on ringing. By chance whenever I get them over phone they use to tell me that I'd get the gas by 'tomorrow'. But that 'Tomorrow' never comes. I am facing serious problems as there is my 4mnths old baby in my house and for her it is very much essential than us. Though I stated the fact but they didn't pay attention. CVould you please help me out.

    I booked in the last week of Oct 2010. Till today 13 Dec 2010, have not received the cylinder. Their phone is most of the time unreachable or busy. If by any chance I get them on phone they promise to deliver next day. But I never got the cylinder. One and half months delay shows the pathetic service provided by them.

      Dear Sir

      I Hve Booked cylinder for Refiling On 6Th Jan 09 Under my Consumer No. 633714 At Ph. No.[protected]Premium Gas Service Sec-27 Chd.).Yet I hve not received Any cylinder from Gas agency, Daily I hve follow reg supply, But Booking Ececutive replied Next day delivery, Till time no Delivery yet given. And just Today(19.01.09) 5 minute before( 4:38 PM) Booking Executive tell me for 2 days later . 13 day go for booking and HP Gas Co. Claim for supply Within 3 Days. Pls Do the needful action And regulised our supply.

        I am a coustomer of HP Gas. I am a working lady and do not stay at home during weak days and after verbal instruction, even I have given written instruction regarding this and instruct him to delivery the gas cylinder on saturday or sunday.Still he does not pay heed to my words and send gas cylinder as per his wish . When I contacted him over phone he simply instruct me to call next saturday for delivery on sunday. His gas delivery man namely "Bikash" misbehaved me like anything against my last booking through your helpline 1716 on 25th Dec, 2008. Please take necessary measures in this regard.

        I am a customer of HP Gas. My wife, used to call gas agency to book the Gas, whenever she calls, lady picks up the phone and take the booking but she always reply that we have made the booking and never give booking confirmation number and she will inform Gas will reach you, if we question her how much time till take she reply with rude and use very bad language. Similarly when the supply man come home for delivery he always charge extra amount of Rs.15/- on each delivery and he also very rude, if we ask any question, he reply whatever you want to do it, we will take our own time to supply the Gas. As we normally made booking 1 month in advance, and whenever we go in persons then also they never give confirmation of booking number, verbally they will say booked, and they never enter into their books / computer and take more than 1 month to deliver the Gas and also we find the Gas also less in Kgs whenever supply to us, which I am requesting you, to please do investagation, in keeping all in your mind of my complaint as everybody in Chinnalpatti, were facing and unable to do complaint, people were not aware how to do the complaint, if you do survey then you will find all the problem related to the Gas Agency. The Name and Gas Agency was given below for you ready reference:

        SURYA HP GAS AENCIES
        6-13-9, BUS STAND ROAD, POOJOLAI,
        CHINNALAPATTY-624031, DINIDGUL DISTRICT, TAMIL NADU, PHONE NO[protected].

        Since one month we are not able to get Agency phone Number what they have given and it was out of order. Due to that we have to send somebody to record the booking even though they never give the booking confirmation to anyone.

        Kindly please take necessary step to improve the quality of services, customer handling so that people in our Village able to get good service from HP Gas. As we do not have not any other Gas agency, due to that the Gas Agency are very rude and doing misbehaviour with everybody.

        I hope you consider my request and will take approriate action to improve the Gas delivery.

          Dear Sir,

          Above said my cylinder consumer No.611922 in Avalhalli Branch, Hoskote tq, Bangalore. I have got it only one cylinder. I will tell some time my agency please give me 2nd cylinder. But agency is not issuing in 2nd cylender.

          Requisition for the second cylinder

            We have an objection about the Kothari Stores, HP Dealer, Gondia, Maharashtra who has no respect to senior and poor citizens of Indian republic, short temper, often use foul language if anyone dare to make cross qouestion against his self made rule.

            His Few Selfmade rules are
            1. Refilled Cylinder can not be hand over in Kothari's HP godown. Only his servants (delivery men)
            will deliver at your home without giving any prior intimation, delivery time or any kind of notice and
            in case if you are not available when they deliver cylinder so the cylinder refill request will be cancel
            down then you need to book it and wait for another 2-3 weeks.

            2. You can not ask him after gas cylinder refilling booking that when it will be delivered at home?
            Because his only one answer is "Jab hoga tab aa jaayega" means whenever it will be available, come
            to you but no any certain timeframe so you have to keep wait at your door step else you can
            miss the gas cylinder delivery then again you have to book for new refill cylinder.

            Everything is dependes on his mercy. Many fellows life become miserable because
            they dont have bless of Lord Kothari, the king of HP Gas in Gondia, Maharashtra.

            Do the needful if possible as people are very tense and furious as they are waiting for
            cylinders for 2-3 months with their last running out patience.

            Two times i was visited to Kothari Stores, HP Dealer, Gondia, and Maharashtra regarding new connection of Gas. Dealer said we are not giving any new connection to any new customers.

            I am a Government servant in Central Department. I was transferred from Mumbai to Gondia.

            How he can not give new connection.

              Dear Sir,

              I am consumer of HP Gas and Gas connection no. is "624172", i have taken my first cylinder from Yashoda Gas Agency, Hadapsar, Pune.
              And due to late delivery of Gas cylinder i have applied for second cylinder of HP Gas on 26/12/2008 at the same Agency.

              And i have told by the agency people to collect this second cylinder after 1 and half years. It is really rediculas when a person is commiting to deliver product after 1 & half years. I was suprised to hear their funny answers. And it is impossible to manager with single Gas connection.

              Kindly do the needful so that i can get Second Gas Cylinder at the earliest.

              HP Gas — Delivery of second cylinder

              Dear sir, I am a consumer of HP LPG GAS & consumer number is 611523 . I have taken my first cylinder from universal gas agencies, Taliparamba, kannur(kerala) on[protected] and i have applied for the second cylinder in the same year.booking number is 954 . second cylinder is not delivered. It is impossible to manage with single cylinder.kindly do the needful so that i can get SECOND GAS CYLINDER earliest.
              HP Gas Agency in Hadapsar sucks!!! Nothing sucks worse than this.

                Dear sir,
                I have HP gas connection from 5 years.
                HP gas distributor/ dealer is so much arogent, misbehave with the clients, non cooperating person. I have experience not from a city but from a various cities since my transfer is done. Everywhere the person's not tolerated any things. Sometimes they told us refilling booking can done by phone sometimes they called at office for booking.

                Actully my complaint is I have only one Gas cylinder .I want additional Gas cylinder. so, Today I am calling our distributor / dealer (Sanjana Gas Agency, chinchbwan, Nagpur) and Kusum madam was pickup the phone, and have requested to her for additional Gas cylinder but she had deneid the same.

                After that I was again requested to her, so, she demanding Rs. 2006/- and original paper of my old connection. so, i had asking to her byfurcation of above amount but she has told me came our office then i will give you details of the same then again i will asking to her please give me your web side but she drop the phone without any response.

                Therefore I request to you kindly advice me.

                  I have applied for double connection with HP Gas agency Maruthi Gas Co. Bangalore (Dealer code[protected] #192, 27th Main, 2nd Sector HSR layout, Bangalore 560034 on 02/02/2008 but till date i.e 14/01/2009 i have not been provided with the double connection. Everytime i call i get the reply you have to wait and wait... I dont know when will the double cylinder be provided.Is there no one responsible to take the responsibilty and resolve the agony...

                    Hi,
                    I transfered my HP gas connection from warangal to Gacchibowli hyd, but in Hyderabad the gas agency is making delay in issuing me cyclinders, from the past 2 weeks i am requesting him but no response and they are giving me harsh reply by telling me that if we want we will cancel your connection and will not issue you cylender and even telling me to apply for other service providers. please take necessary actions against them.

                      Dear sir
                      On being transferred from Jammu to Jaipur i got my reconnection on TV from Anand Gas filling agency, Raja park Jaipur having phone no [protected] vide consumer no 122828 in month of october. I applied for the second cylinder on the first week of December. Since then more than One month has elasped but my application vide company reference no 1227 has not been matured. Now the problem is that I my GAS cylinder needs filling and despite getting a booking waiting of no 3 on your computerised system at 12665, i am being told that it will take 3 to 4 days for me to get my connection refilled. I have a small baby at home and as such I cannot afford such a long delay. Now I am supposed to either feed my baby on hyegenic food from outside or try to arrange a cylinder from untrusted people. Please do the needful and try to expediate remedy to my complaint on today itself.

                      H P Domestic LPG connection — Issuing of second cylinder

                      Sir,
                      I am the customer of Hindustan petrolium domestic gas at Dhamdhere gas agency, Pune.
                      I want second cylinder for my single cylinder connection.
                      Agency told me to enquire after two months for availability of second cylinder at every time.
                      Is there any rule to disclose on notice board the availabily of second cylinder.
                      If it is so, where complaint to be lodge.

                      I request you to either improve the way of dealership behavior with the customer of make the flow of LPG cylinders direct through the company or else some day the trust on HP LPG will be vanished due to the treatment of dealers with the customers.as such there is a feeling of punishment for connecting with HP LPG Domestic Nagpur.every now and then there are some problems standing in front of each customer every day or week.some time the shortage, sometime the extra rules, some time no picking up the calls by the dealers for booking of gas, and at present we have to go to the dealers and book our gas with a rashon card. hope so some decisions of this problems will be made from the company and a smooth and non unintrupted service of LPG will be provided to each house.and we dont have to have and situation of arguing each time with the dealers who consider them self to be the monopoly king of the market.

                      I am also facing the same problem and I was looking for some site where I can complaint about it,
                      but I am not sure whether this is the right place or not because I don't want to releive my
                      frustration I need cylinder which serves for the basic need of human body.

                        I am residing in corode near Vadakara in Kozhikode district of Kerala State.My HP dealer is M/S Deepthi gas agency, J.T Road, Vadakara. I booked for cyllinder on 30/12/09.I have not received one.
                        Today a person came to my home identified an agent of HP gas asked for Rs.40- for service charge.He
                        simply asked whether there is any complaint.I want to know is there is any system like this.

                          sir,
                          Anil gas agency(hp) which is situated at Kachairi adaa Dharamsala, HP is not replacing the leaking gas cylinder and refilling of empty cylinder even after repetted complaints. TEN days has passed and Ten telephone calls has not resulted in any results. May God help me and my senior citizen parents who are alone at home at the mercy of HP gas. Please try to solve the Problem at the earliest.

                          My father who is 82 year old has booked Gas cyllinder on 11 Sep 12 vide consumer no 501877 . Beside repeated reminders Gas has not been delivered till date.This harassment is beyond tolerance . The case being taken up to consumer forum for harassment to old parents.

                            HP Gas — Non delevery

                            I am a customer of HP gas and the agency is Premier Gas agency Adyar. I am syaying at Perangudi. I booked my cylender on 19-09-08 and they told it will take one week. Today is 30-09-08 almost 11 days I called them so many times they just say today they will deliver. They give useless excuses. This is my worst experience with HP gas. My cosumer ID is 626589.

                            Yes They are the worst ever dealer and they think themselves as the ruler and always says leave it or take it.
                            My consumer id number is 628991 and I had experienced very bad and abusive behaviour from the owner it self on 22nd July 2009.

                            I have recently shifted to Chennai. The only gas company supplying new connection at the moment is HP as Bharat Gas has closed booking new connection. I have approached the Authorized Dealer for HP gas located in Adyar, Chennai. In the first instance the owner had abused me being not a south Indian, and secondly my asking the break up of all the cost package. However, as I was in the need I had to swallow the abused silently and paid the money. On receiving the bill I found following things which are not at upto the quality mark and yet charged double the market price.

                            MY APPEAL : Looking the above figure I wish you can take action against such an arrogant and abusive cheating in open day light in the name of LPG Gas Agency, which ultimately runs on tax payer's money in form of subsidies.
                            I can provide all the supporting if required and demanded by suitable authority.
                            wish to see some concrete action in such a linguistic biased society.

                            This is to make a regrous complaint against the HP Gas distributor in Faridabad i.e. M/s. Sikka Enreprises, Near Old Faridabad Busstand, On Main Mathura Road, Old Faridabad[protected].

                            There is no system of delivery of the gas cylinders as well as the Front Desk People treat in worst kind of behaviour.

                            We would request you to address this issue with proper department/division and kindly let us know the way out of this to teach them to get value for our money as well as the human respect that one expect from other.

                              The service provided by Sugam enterprises is very bad. The phone is always engaged or no response. Many a times we have to go personally just to book the complaint, and then make follow-up calls to delivery boys to get the cylinder delivered and tip is demanded as if its thier right. They dont accept anything less than Rs. 25. If any one knows to whom we can complain about this dealer, pls reply to my email [protected]@rediffmail.com so that I can complain with evidences to take action against this dealer so that he gives a prompt services going foward atleast

                              I could not reach the SUGAM in any of the phone no to book a cilinder.
                              I only have one cilinder.. It is too much

                              Sugam Enterprise — regarding money collection

                              Your service boys are collecting lots of money from customers for delivering the cylinder every time every month. Are'nt they paid monthly for their work. this is a kind of corruption u are doing to us. These guys are collecting more than 25-35 rs from every people to deliver the cylinders at jaraganahalli lanes. This must be stopped right now. Or else this complaint will be posted to the consumer court complaint box regarding the sugam enterprise gas section and the manager and service boys.
                              Also when people raise to ask them why the need to be paid they say the'll keep the cylinders out of the gate if they are not paid extra money . Please see to it that they dont do it further and expired dated cylinders are not giver to customers anymore...
                              Yes we too face this problem every time???????????They are money eaters

                                Hi,
                                We are consumer of HP GAS- Venkateshwara Agency, MES Road, Bangalore-54, with consumer number 626435.
                                The washer of the delivered cylinder is slightly bigger and the regulator is not fitting properly on the cylinder. Gas starts leaking if the cylinder is fitted like this. so, I called up to the agency and asked to send some service person with a new washer. 2-3 days I am calling the agency continuously and asking for the service and they are not rendering any service towards this. If we call again they are asking us if nobody has come for the washer replacement.
                                Is this the way of giving service to the customers...that too for the critical problems like gas leakage?Aren't they keeping track of the service calls ?
                                We have stopped calling them and we are not able to use that delivered cylinder and we are using the private one.
                                Can you take some action on this and guide us how to go ahead with the already existing cylinder which is having bigger washer?

                                Hope a needful action is taken on this on the agency staff.

                                Don't expect much from HP. I had similar problem during gas leak. Live in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai and have complained since yesterday. They seem to be working on scale. 1 day is may be a month.

                                Pathetic and shame.

                                  I am the customer of HP Gas Services as customer no. 612529 dt. 3/11/07 from the distributor code 19626000 Randhanika, Nazrul Sarani Siliguri.

                                  The gas ageny is not delivered the booked cylinder at the residential address. we have to collect any how from its godown.

                                  This makes a lot of trouble in collecting the cylinder as the godown is far away from the residential address and in the office hours.

                                    I have applied for a new gas connection on 10/10/2006 and its been more than 1 and half years !! [1.5 years ..!!!] and there has been till now no response and the connection has not been provided till date.

                                    The agency is Lalitha Gas Agency in Kengeri Satellite Town, Bangalore -60.
                                    The agents are also rude to customers and the response is very poor..
                                    Could you please take necessary action and provide us the connection as soon as possible.

                                    My another request is, whenever there is some new allotment going on, there should be some notice or intimation provided to the customers ..

                                      My Cosnumer ID : 622353. We have booked the cylinder on 13th Dec 2008. TIll now we haven't recieved the cylinder and the office assistant is giving different different replies when we call them to book the cyslinder once again. Very horrible and rediculous situation we are facing with this Ratna Agencies, HMT Hills, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
                                      I am staying at kopri colony, thane east, my distributor Name is Omkar gas and my consumer no is 601741
                                      I had ordered on 17/03/12 by sms facility to refill gas cylender, but after one month after also they had not send the cylender
                                      when i had enquired 4 times the staff told me to bring the empty cylender myself and take the refilled one. but I always requested them
                                      I am a handicaped person and can't bring it here they had failed to deliver it on today also ie 05/05/2012
