I received a message on my mobile from vg-hpclis
"we confirm receipt of the on-line payment made for rs. Against refill booking no. [protected] for lpg refill. You will get your lpg refill shortly"
This message is received on mobile on 18/3/2020 at 2.47 pm. The senders id is vg-hpclis. I fail to understand how this message is received by me as i do not have a hpcl gas connection at all.

Maruthi Gas Agency, HSR Layout, provides the worst customer service. They never pick up the phone any time.
Also, right from the owner to the office workers, everyone is very rude. They force customers to buy the stove also while registering for gas cylinders. When I tried to complain to the govt. authorities, either the phone numbers at these govt. offices were not working, or nobody picked them. I am sure this is all because of the large-scale corruption and govt. officials being hand-in-glove with thugs like Maruthi Gas Agency.

I challenge any govt. official to visit the place as a customer and see for yourself the kind of goonda behaviour of these people here.

I book my hp gas cylinder since 15 march, online payment my ac debit 851 amount in the bank of india, but distributor not accept.

My bank told me your payment is done there is fault of hp gas payment server

The gravel road had become full of ditches. I spend some money recently and had some gravel put there. I also had some thorn bush removed as they hide behind the bush. They are back to intimidation. By implied threats. Do this and our truck will crush you. Pass our truck and you will get cruched. Shouting at one another. Implying me. Trash bits and thorn bits for my car tyre. On that cross road. Showing their cross powers.

Besides our building we have gas cylinder vehicles been parked which is very risky as sometimes it smells gas also there is danger of blast, we have to live in fear everyday, as common man and citizen of this country do we have any rights or we have to only suffer, if the same thing would have happened from our end govt. Would have penalized us or filed a case against us, then please let me know under what security and fire norms was such a parking been sanctioned or authorized.

Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) HP Petrol Pump opposite ICICI Bank, Staff mostly not doing online transactions (freecharge), also rejecting Bike PUC.
Noted every time that mostly staff is not trained for online transactions.

The approach road to used by me and several others including Kovai Gas agency had become badly damaged. Due to heavy vehicles. I had some gravel put there. I spent some money. Instead of putting more gravel there they are back to intimidation. Implied intimidation. Some thorn pieces had been placed on my car path. At night when no one can see.

I booked my cylinder on 31/12/2019 vide booking no. Hp gas 551677 but the cylinder is still awaited. I repeatedly gets the message mentioning nobody is present at home while the fact is this, "delivery man is notorious as he reports without visiting my place".
It is requested to change my gas agency so that l don't suffer in future.

I have book the gas before 5 days. But still not relieved also tried to reach them via call but they will not pick the call even. Looks like few months back the gas agency changed from maruthi gas to kcv something where they have gave us a new consumer number and when i am trying to book, it is not getting done.

My consumer id is 666725.

Request to please task to them and provide my latest hp consumer id if it got changed really.

6kg water in HP Gas cylinder, delivered by "Kay ess" dt. 19.2.2020 and gross weight is 22kg approx this time but this is not burning.

Hello,
I had filled petrol yesterday from hp petrol pump gawade
(141440, pcmc link rd, golande estate, chinchwad, pimpri-chinchwad, maharashtra 411033, india). I told the person to fill petrol of 200 rs, to which he first pressed 150rupees, and then acted as if he misunderstood. When i corrected him, he stopped the machine at 50 rupees and told me that he will start it from 50-150 rupees. When i saw the machine reading, it clearly jumped from 50-90rupees, when i mentioned about this, he denied it by saying its not possible. I have filled 200 rs. Petrol and my bike is showing, just 60%. This is clear fraud and this is the third time i am facing this. My friends also complaint about the same thing. Gawade petrol pump in chinchwad is a fraudster. Kindly take action on this asap.

Do not fill petrol from this unit. They play with numbers on the screen. All workers are literally trained in doing this fraud. They are so professional in this.

Hp sending such kind of messages but we have locked the door still v didnâ€™t get gas till now booked a week. Before but receiving such of kind of messages couldnâ€™t understand wats happening in Hp

Dear Customer, our delivery man tried delivery at your address but failed due to House was locked. Delivery will be attempted again.

With the above subject my self mukesh pawar complaint against the your company's retail center o[censored]ntwadi nashik.
My self visited on 18 feb at around 9.15 pm for refiling of petrol in my bike. I had given rs 500 rs to mr koli for filling of pterol of rs 300. But mr koli didn't give my remaining rs 200. Now he denise for refund. So i had filed against mr koli and the refilling station.
I will also file the said complaint in petroleum ministry.

Sir, i am a consumer of hp gas, agency little gas company mysore, my consumer number 648856, on 19/02/20, i have made online payment of rs. 866/- towards booking of gas cylinder but on next day when the delivery boy come to deliver the cylinder, he asked me for payment, told him that, already paid the amount through online but he told me payment not received by their end. Finally due to need of gas cylinder, the amount rs.866/- paid once again the same amount in cash. When i contacted payment gateway which is citruspay, they reapplied me the transaction for rs. 866/- was successful and same was credited on 19/02/20 to the payee. Now i request you to solve this problem then i get refund of access payment.

Hi, i, hp gas customer, having customer number 608692, registered mobile number [protected], tried booking a gas cylinder today on 21st feb at 7.55 pm.

During this process rs. 830 amount was debited from my bank account but gas booking was not made. Myhpgas.in portal directed to esbi page where amount was deducted from my debit card after that i got message "cannot connect server" and gas booking failed.

There's a shop near where i live who steal lpg gas on daily basis and store a large amount of cylinders illegally. They steal 2kg of gas and then return the cylinders back to the agency. He stores large amount of cylinders in different places. Many other people are involved in this fraud. Gas agency supplier, distributor. Its highly risky to store 50 cylinders in an open space as he does in his house.

This is in regards consumer no 623901.
1- first i had booked gas on 2-feb-2020 but you canceled it (Booking no 508309)
2- secondly again i booked on 7-feb again u canceled (Booking no 515453)
3-again i book on 12-feb (Booking no 519067) but till date not received.

And in between gas price increased by rs 200/-.

Now let me know why you had canceled by booking and not price is increased who is responsible to pay excess amount.
