I have booked the cylinder (Consumer no.645984 and gas agency-kisan gas agency, vijayanagar, bangalore, karnataka) and paid the money online. But the cylindered was delevered vide cash memo 1215814 dated 8.5.2019 and i paid the money. When i contacted the gas agency they were told that the amount paid online was not credited and to pay the cash. So far even after 6 monhts the amount paid online was not refunded to me. When i contacted kisan gas agency, vijayanagar, bangalore they told to contact the head office. The head office telling to contact the gas agency, no body is taking action to refund the money.
This is the condition of a ordinary man. No body is answering properly. Whether hp is giving any interest - no answer. I request the consumers not to pay online if this is the situation. Pl refund the money, whether it is head office or gas agency.

Complaint marked as Resolved I have given complaint that refund is pending for more than 6 months, but not body called or not taken any action on the issue. My consumer no, 645984 Kisan Gas Agency, Bengalure, Karnataka. I paid the money on 7.5.2019 online but the cylinder was delevered vide cash memo 1215814 dated 8.5.2019 and collected cash on delivery.Pl take action immediately.

My subsidy credit bank is PMC, but RBI restrictions I have link union bank account for subsidy still my subsidy credit same PMC account and it shows failed.
Kindly do the needful.
