Booked a gas refile cylender for home delivery on.15.11.2018 but till today your distributor/agency lingaraj gas unable supply this. Today is 27.11.2018. Whenever i make a phone call to their office, they says just our representative going to deliver your gas. Every telecon call they 've say this type of language, i am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with hp. My gas agency... M/s.       Dear sir, i regularly filled petrol 150/200, day before yesterday i filled rs.150 [protected]@chaitanyapuri hp [protected]@hyderabad. There is a huge short in quantity, i noticed that short in quantity, it happens almost 2-3 times in same hp petrol pump which is [protected]@chaitanyapuri, hyderabad. Kindly, lodge a complaint against them and take the necessary action.

        My hp customer id is[protected], after log in to website for issue of subsidy to getting to my account, i got message that 'thank you for opting subsidy". Actually i want subsidy but how they deactivated my subsidy. Kindly request you to activate my subsidy & help me to get subsidy amount, that i have not resolved from last 3 years.

            I never used this vehicle before.
            My concern is that the sms received from a reputed oil marketing company and it would lead to complications further if this is not notified.

            Please look into this

              My granny facing issue related gas subsidy, she not even get single subsidy in her bank account, when we check gas agency and bank institute both are stating that aadhar is link to our system and confirmation given through their system printout, but still facing same problem (Subsidy not credited in her bank account) and we are facing this problem from the beginning,

              Her name is mumtaz khan having aadhar number "[protected]" with the bank account in state bank of india dharavi branch.

              It is humble request to do the needful as soon as possible and do let us know if need any more information please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com or [protected].

                    I had booked hp gas cylinder on 3 november 2018.
                    And got the gas booking no:- 505166
                    Later on 6 november 2018 i got a message saying that my gas cylinder has been delivered to me! But i did not get any cylinder.
                    What hp has done is, they gave away my cylinder to some local hotel or someone who pays huge money.
                    We later complained to them on 12 november 2018. And they told us that they will deliver it. Its been 18 days, but till date we have never recieved our refill.
                    They always do this sort of malpractice to earn some extra money in black and cause problem to us.
                    I need to give them stern warning and importantly give us our undelivered cylinder. How do they expect us to cook at home.

                    (We have already complained them in person, telephone and website but they have not resolved it)

                    Customer representative called me back and said that they will deliver my gas cylinder today after I filed complaint (although late) so they asked me to kindly take down the complaint. Thankyou so much for the hard work.

                    I am not receiving any hp gas cylinder in my new house. You are sending me hp gas at my old address. Please look into my matter as fast as possible. A humble request.

                      Hp gas s. No:[protected], consumer no: 619242 lpg gas subsidy was not transferred to my regular bank account in the andhra bank, bachupally branch, hyderabad. Therefore, for searching the status of my lpg gas subsidy, i open the ‘subsidy give up’ folder of your web site and fill the necessary information. My intention is to find out in which bank my subsidy is transferred and not to give up lpg gas subsidy, but due to oversight or by mistake i fill the details of ‘subsidy give up’ folder. Now, it is learnt from my gas distributor that my hp gas subsidy is stopped.in view of the above, it is requested to restore my lpg gas subsidy. It is once again reported that due to oversight or by mistake i have filled the details of ‘subsidy give up’ folder and my intention was not to give up the lpg gas subsidy. Lastly, it is humbly requested to restore my lpg gas subsidy.

                        On 26/09/2018 booked cylinder and as per receipt of sms payment done online throgh http://ezpay.hpcl.co.in amount of rs.821.93 and same debited to sbi. But due to not reciept of payment dealer taken back cylinder and delivered on 01/10/2018 for rs.865. Register complaint on call [protected] request no.18149627. Called to see about status of request lady reverted same has been closed and again raise complaint and cut phone. Again called for complaint then also unnecessary call on hold for 28 minutes and complaint not lodged. This was totally unacceptable. At one hand sms by hp for cashless and delay in timelines. I beared extra cost due to you. Hence refund full amount. Hope this will taken seriously and resolve.

                        Also raised complaint with citrus pay but they reverted transaction was successful. But as per dealer till amount not credit to his account and he ready to show bank statement.

                        Finally again raised complaint to hp gas under complaint no.[protected]Consumer no.608405) and following with hp gas then there revert is still looking in to matter and final revert as below :-

Hence again I comment here and contacted hp Public Grievance Redressal Officer and given online payment details along with mail of citrus pay regarding transaction successful. And within week amount refunded by distributor to my account.

                        My gas service has to be change. I was transfer my old cylinder to my new house address. Agency gave us new consumer no. and they told us you have to register your mobile no. and now we want to booked the gas cylinder what is the process for that????

                                  I am basudav s prajapati (Consumer no-652531). I have hp gas connection. Now, my account is blocked. As i had not booked gas cylinder during last 90 days. I was not at maharashtra (Mumbai) for last 1 months as a result i could not able book gas cylinder. I have already written application to my gas agency - asu agency gas (Kandivali west) to unlock my account.

                                  Kindly, un lock it as soon as possible.

                                      As per our experience so far, all delivery boys behave rudely and are impatient. They demand a delivery charge of 30 rupees from all customers. Are they not being paid salaries? Is not the delivery charge included in the bill? All customers are dissatisfied with this.
