Online payment is not working. Everytime i am facing problem of your e payment gate through sbi. This problem has not resolved since 3rd of feb218. My agent sarathi gas cuttack says he can not do any thing for this. My customer no is 620425, satyawadi samal. My bank is indusind. I am facing problem of your sbi gateway and every time it is replying site ca not be reached and try again.
Please revert back soon on this issue.

I am a consumer of hpcl having consumer i'd 623558 in the name of vallamshetla rajeshwari of sri venkateswara gas agency miryalaguda i am not receiving subsidiary amount to my bank account from 1 year initially i use to get it to my bank account. Please send my amount pending asap. I was raised complaints to hpcl several times i don't get any positive response from them please resolve my issue asap.

Hello,
I have filled petrol in shinde pentrol pump, pune dated[protected] between 6:35 to 6:45 in middle machine left side. I have filled 100 inr petrol in my bike (Mh10ax4845) but agent was filled 99.64 petrol 1.24 units, agent set reading 100 inr but before complete he was stopped filling peteol. I was asked about that then he told me, you get 1.24 units petrol in100 inr. He could fill above 1.24 units petrol in 100inr and it doesn't matter how much rupees meter displayed. His language is very rude with me. I don't have photo of that but you can get all data using this date and time. This is cheating 5 th time with me, i have complained that time but i don't have exact time, that's why my compaint was regected, but this time i have provided all information please do any action of that cheating.

After my retirement from sail, salem steel plant in nov. 2016, i have vacated the township quarters and surrendered the lpg connection no. 2-[protected] on 10/02/2017.in chennai i got the lpg connection from m/s bharat gas on 14/02/2017 and getting cylinders for the past one year. Now suddenly they have blocked my connection saying that i have already have connection with hpcl. My aadhaar link was deactivated by ssp co-op stores last week. Even then i am not able to get cylinder from bharat gas. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.
When a consumer surrenders the connection why the aadhaar link is not deactivated automatically. Kindly check & correct the error in your system.

Updated by Ramakrishnan Kalyanaraman After my retirement from SAIL, Salem Steel Plant in Nov. 2016, I vacated the township quarters in Feb. 2017 and settled in Tambaram, Chennai. So, I surrendered the LPG connection No. 2-[protected] on 10/02/2017 and got a connection from M/s Bharat Gas and getting cylinders for the past one year. Last week, suddenly they have blocked my connection saying that already I have a connection from HPCL. So, I informed the Salem Steel Plant Co-stores to deactivate the aadhaar link and they too did it. Even then I am not able to book the cylinder till today. when I enquired they are telling to get a certificate from HPCL that I don't have any connection from HPCL. When I surrendered the connection why the aadhaar link was not deactivated automatically. Then how I was getting cylinders for the past one year. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

Last day I filled petrol from Shirbhate petrol pump of Rs 100/ but the amount of petrol was so less that my bike was again put on reserve.

Today while i was traveling from betul to hoshangabad by my car no. Mp09ch5114 i had purchased 30 liter of petrol from meghna sales and service a pump of hindustan petroleum corporation suitated at nh 69, padhar.

I have demanded for fill the air and clean the windshield of my car but the employee of the petrol pump had refused.

All the facility like drinking water, water fill in radiator, filling of air in tyre of vehicle, cleaning of windshield, change of oil, make one phone call, etc are provided by petroleum company invariably to the customers free of cost but most of the petrol pump person are refuse to provide to customer. I have suffer a lot and face problem while driving to hoshangabad.

Please take strict action. I am demanding compensation of rs.10000 for suffer, delay and mental torture.

I'm attaching the complaint snap and bill for your reference.

I want to complain that my gas cylinders is not delivered on time since 2 years.. Once online booking is done after that also it takes 2 to 3 months in delivering.. Yes i am saying it takes months not days... Even after i complaint in the office of ashoka gas agency i don't get my cylinder... Now also i don't get my cylinder from 3 months.. This is really a big problem for me.. Please help.

I am customer of hp gas and number is 632362. Distributor name is Mauli gas service kausa Mumbra thane maharashtra i already update kyc many times but not received pending subsidy from last 1.5 year. Many times visit to mauli gas service and SBI bank to link Aadhar no. but not resolve my problem. Distributor told me last month your Aadhar number is link at any other consumer no. When i gone to HPCL Byculla office then inform me your Aadhar no. Not doing dlink from Worli when you transfer your LPG consumer no.then same time call a madam from HPCL office to Worli gas agency and says him dlink the Aadhaar. Now I have received last booking subsidy. 13 bookings subsidy not given me. Who is lapse mopng.
