Dear HP Gas Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme concern and frustration regarding the recent blocking of my HP Gas account 618316. My account was blocked due to an alleged issue with my Aadhaar card being linked to multiple connections, which is factually incorrect.

I have been a loyal customer of HP Gas for many years, obtaining my gas supply through Chirag Gas Service, Nallasopara West Branch. I have contacted the agency directly and provided them with all necessary documentation to prove my singular legitimate connection. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the issue persists, and my account remains blocked, causing significant disruption to my daily life.

I would like to emphasize that I:

Have only one HP Gas connection.
Never linked my Aadhaar card to any other gas connection.
Have provided all required documents to Chirag Gas Service to verify my information.
The continued blocking of my account is a major inconvenience and hardship for my family. I rely on your services for cooking fuel, and this unexpected disruption has caused immense stress and difficulty.

Therefore, I urge you to take immediate action to investigate this matter thoroughly and unlink my Aadhaar card from any erroneous connections. Please prioritize a rapid resolution to this issue, ensuring the swift activation of my HP Gas account.

When I reached the petrol bunk for filling my tank the petrol pump boy refused my vehicle in the queue And went to the next car, said me to wait until he finishes I'm unsatisfied regarding this in my urgency situation and I left the bunk without filling my tank ! I request you to regard this in a manner that it becomes justified to other one Iike me !

I visited the venkatesh HP petrol pump to fill the petrol & check the air pressure in my tires. Upon approaching the air filling station, I requested the attendant to fill air in my tires. However, the attendant refused to provide the service, stating that they were not providing free air services at the moment.

My Friend and me was travelling from Anna University to Vadapalani for taking print out for brochure so we refilled the Vehicle of his Activa with Power Petrol due to the unavailability of Normal Petrol at Ravi Agencies, Guindy (HP Petrol Bunk) and I made a payment worth of Rs.110 through DakPayUPI which was told as they didn't received the money and if deducted it will be refunded in 1 week so I made another payment from Google Pay and the transaction was completed the main problem is I paid it twice and Agency said they didn't receive twice and my money was detucted twice and not yet refunded and I enquirred with them after 15-20 days they said they didn't received twice.

Sir, we are staying near sriharipuram Gullalapalem VUDA colony visakhapatnam 530011, we are facing hpcl factory gas leakage, due to this facing breathing problems please arrange to rectify immediately and should not repeat the Bhopal incident.

I recently went to fill fuel from a HP petrol pump at thiruvalla, kerala ..the machine was not showing reading properly ..the display was dim only few lines on top were displaying properly..when i asked they they its been taken into notice but will take time to rectify..but they are still using the faulty petrol pump machine to fill fuel.

HP Petrol Pump ID 11459750I had taken my car to fill the complete tank of diesel that person operator suddenly stopped at 15 lites and set he by mistake set the stop selection at 15 litres and then in small short span reset the meter using some trick and then when asked he restarted the filling of the diesel tank. I am very confident and sure that they did the scam and put less diesel in my tank and charged me more money to the exact litres of diesel in my tank. I have raised the complaint on the HPCL website but no action is taken and therefore submitting my official complaint on Consumer complaints to take action on this case and ban this vendor from selling diesel in this area and region. Strict action is needed or else I will believe that HPCL is more in favour of its distribution vendors than the Indian citizens who are spending hard earned money to live somehow on this expensive planet. HPCL keep my hope and believe your moto as you are Indian and not let’s use Shell or other Foreign companies as alternatives. Show me your Indian and help Indian people for their rights and not cheat them.

My Gas Connection HP blocked by SO for not booking cylinder in 180 days. I am a new user and small family with two members, i have obtained two cylinders and now using the second one.

Petrol mixed with heavy proportion of water filled in my new car on 12-Sep-23 that damaged multiple car components. Car repair costed me Rs. 2.25 Lakh. This particular petrol pump was closed a month ago for known water seepage in their underground tank and was closed for one month for repairs. On the day of reopening my car was the first few vehicles that were filled petrol from the repaired tank. Pump owner denies, doesn't even share CCTV footage, area sales taking the matter casually, not providing the digital records of that day, any documents of the repair work, QA inspection, fuel line inspection etc. I have all evidence to prove this and the entire chronology of events recorded for any investigation but HPCL team isn't cooperating. I understand this will expose their flaws in internal processes and would cause damage to brand and customer trust but how can they expect me to pay this big amount from my salary? Somebody has to compensate for this loss.

During covid time I had relocated to native place, where I have requested the agency to surrender of LPG connection was taken in the location of Bangalore and surrendered information passed on Aug' 2021.

However the connection is still misused by unauthorised person and LPG connection is still in my name and linked Aadhar.

Pls help to get this issue addressed as soon as possible and take necessary steps to disconnect this connection on priority.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at one of your HP Petroleum CNG stations located at [AVADHUT PETROLEUM, SIDHPUR.. 384151] on [[protected], APPROX 8.00PM]. I have been a loyal and regular customer of HP Petroleum for many years, and my recent experience has left me with serious doubts about the integrity of your services.

On the aforementioned date and time, I pulled into your CNG station to refuel my vehicle. I observed that the pump attendant seemed to be in a hurry and did not provide me with a proper opportunity to verify the meter reading before commencing fueling. As a result, I suspect that there may have been a short fueling incident, where I received less CNG than what I paid for.

Furthermore, after paying for the fuel, I noticed that the meter had what appeared to be a marker or tampering on it. This raised concerns about the authenticity of the meter reading and whether it had been tampered with to cheat customers out of their rightful fuel quantity.

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and worried about the trustworthiness of HP Petroleum's CNG services. As a customer, I expect honesty, transparency, and fair treatment in all my interactions with your company. The incident at your CNG station has shaken my confidence in the quality and ethics of your services.

I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this matter, review the CCTV footage from the station, and take appropriate action against any employees found to be involved in this misconduct. I also urge you to ensure the integrity of your CNG meters and provide proper training to your staff to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.

I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a timely response to inform me of the actions taken to address my concerns. As a valued customer, I hope that HP Petroleum will take this matter seriously and make the necessary improvements to regain my trust and the trust of many others who rely on your services.

I visited the HP Petrol Pump situated at Kalyan - Bhiwandi road on 25 September, 2023, and asked for full tank petrol. The person at the station asked me if I want the oil to be added and in the meantime, the other person started filling the petrol. I noticed that the meter was not at zero and without asking me to check, he started filling and the other guy diverted my mind in his talks about the oil. When the pump auto stopped, the reading showed 41 ltrs. I asked if it was zeroed in the beginning but they ignored and started talking something else. My fuel tank is of 40ltrs and I was sure that my car had around 8ltrs already. So full tank reading should have been around 32ltrs but as per the reading, it is 41 ltrs because I sense that it was not reset to 0 in the beginning and they kept diverting my mind to charge me more.

I am struggling to book my HP LPG gas because there are changes in My distributor.

I have booked the HP gas on 20th Aug 2023 booking number 354120 however I didn't received Gas cylinder i called distributor many time however noone picked up the call. Later I called customer care they told me that there is a change in my distributor and there are no open booking against new distributor and told me to new booking.

When I try to book a gas it always shows me the one booking is open against me and I am not able to book new gas.. Even i cannot cancel existing booking

I called customer care many times however they keep on giving me new customer care number and story repeats

No one is able to resolve my issue ..When I have send an email to Customer care they are giving me same helpline number and it keeps on moving in circle

I Need a resolution ASAP as it already month passed and I am struggling to get the Gas online

Hi,
i am hp gas customer, having customer number 600720, registered mobile number 9934XXXX57, tried booking a gas cylinder yesterday on 08th Sept. 2023 at 21:03 pm.

During this process rs. 960.50 amount was debited two times from my credit card for single gas cylinder booking. Also write mail to [protected]@hppay.in with all credit card statement and messages get in registered mobile, but did not get any reply.

It has been more than 24 hours but neither have i received the refund nor i see any process initiated by hpgas to refund the same.

On 01.09.2023, self filled my car's tank with diesel at a HPCL Avneet Fuel Park, Sampaje, Madikeri.

The attendant missed to give me a bill which i requested well before commencing of the filling fuel. He made some phone calls as he said he was not aware of the procedure to retrieve older bills and gave me delivery logs from the pump and said it is the bill. I refused to accept it, so the attendant threw it on my face and walked off, when confronted again he started abusing and I wanted to click a photograph of his behaviour during which he assaulted me physically resulting in damages to my cell phone.

During the dark hours, with family and kid, without further arguments I left the place and noticed that the attendant started chasing our car in a two wheeler, I stopped at a forest check post, where the kind officers offered to resolve the matter. I told them he was chasing me and they spoke to him and made him leave the spot.

I request this matter to handled in a sane manner, reprimand the attendant and instruct the attendants to issue bills even without one asking for.
