Amount deducted but gas booking not made

I paid for cylinder refill on HP gas app via scan code. The amount got deducted however the payment status showed as pending saying that that they are awaiting confirmation for payment for about two hours. After that there was no response and now I’m being asked to make a fresh payment. I request to either make the booking or refund the amount to order a new one. Regarding display of rates on screen & air refilling

Address: Opposite of the Grand Veince mall Greater Noida (HP auto cate center petrol pump)

On dated 12.09.2021 I visited HP auto cate center petrol pump opposite side of The Grand Venice Mall Greater Noida. I asked to full my car tank (petrol) than total bill was 2761.89 paid by me through ATM (Transition No 250972 ). When I asked to check my vehicle Air (Nitrogen already filled in all tires) than they asked me there is no provision to fill nitrogen air as free, nitrogen air will be refill on purchase of Power petrol of 2000/-...

Money not refunded

I had booked hp gas cylinder on 4.08.2020 and made online payment through gpay. Amount rs 621 was deducted from my account and transaction was successful in gpay but still it showing payment status as pending on hp gas app. Payment made through gpay transaction id[protected]. I paid the amount online dated on May 1, the payment was successful but the dealer didn't receive the amount and he took cash saying that this is fake payment service then how can HP send such message every time I book an HP Gas for a refill. hp gas payment confirmation not received but money got deducted from bank account

Hpcl has started inspection of domestic gas connections without prior intimation from either the government nor the company. An inspection person randomly turns up to the door and charges rs236/- (As per their calculation) for an "inspection" which includes no formal report, just a text message sent later saying - "inspection is completed and not satisfactory".

online payment done but gas cylinder not booked

I have booked gas cylinder on 25/11/2019 through internet booking on myhpgas.in and made payment through payment portal through upi by using amazon pay upi. My transaction through amazon upi was successful and amount debited from my a/c. Sbi upi reference no is[protected]. I have lodged complaint in hp portal and complaint number is csa-131241-b6w9f6 but no response from their side.
