Hi team, I am a consumer of hp gas service and my consumer id is : 613040. I booked one cylinder on 28/01/2018 11:20 pm date and received below confirm booking message : "बुकिंग 512707 उपभोक्ता 613040 baba gas service डेलीवेरी ओटीपी9449" I also received one more below message for cylinder payment on 30/01/2018 02:32 pm : "dear consumer, please click http://t.payu.in/qUT2To to pay hpcl cylinder and avail offers. For queries: [protected]@citruspay.com" So i made payment of 736 rupees from my credit card and got confirmation message for it. Transaction no : inva1db424b9 with citrix online payment gateway. I made online payment from credit card but at the time of cylinder delivery, delivery man doesn't know it and we paid him cash for cylinder. I already received 239 rupees as hp subsidy amount. May i know what happen to my online transaction and when i will get refund. Please give me status of my transaction otherwise i have to take action against it because i made payment from my credit card. But my gas cylinder supplier/vendor Naraniya Gas Agency, Sanganer is not confirming the same and asking for cash payment again and again.
Please help me figure out how can I resolve this issue. I logged complaint to portal as well but it got closed simply by saying it is not credited to vendor account.

Please help me or tell me the process how can I verify this payment with HP Gas payment department.
Another doubtful case: when I was checking the details on the portal because of this issue, it was showing that two cylinders were delivered to me on the same date and time with two different order numbers, I raised this with Vendor on phone about this and they immediately deleted one record from the portal.
No sure how exactly their system is working. Now vendor is calling for cash payment again and again.
