Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — not accepting digital payment method at petrol pump | |||
I have visited three times at a petrol pump for filling of cng gas in my car. I regularly do payments using my cards as most of the payments i received is by digital method like paytm, bank transfer, phonepe etc but the pump situated in zirakpur by the name of shiva hp center denied taking the payment from card or paytm saying that they don't have time for that. I feel very irritated by the answer of the employee so i asked him about the manager. He replied that manager usually takes off by 6 o clock and there is nothing i can do to help you. After that i asked for any senior over there and before reaching to him the employee ran before me and said something to his senior. He simply asked for the card and my payment was completed. This was only one time i have faced this issue two more times and at that time senior also denied to take the payment from card and i had to collect all the chiller and complete my payment over there. It was a very big issue as whole nation is moving to digital payment method and we are unable to make payment on petrol pumps.
