Hindustan Petroleum Corporation [HPCL] — requesting to transfer the subsidy amount due for 16 months till november 2018 to my bank account

Please note that i had submitted my aadhar copy to agency very long back. Initially the subsidy amount was deposited to my karnataka bank ltd with account number:55925xxxxxxx3301 many years. After few years the subsidy amount was not deposited to my said account number with karnataka bank. So i enquired with shanthi agencies, they told me that u have not given provided your aadhar card details with your said back account nunnery. So i went to my bank immediately and given my aadhar card. However, i submitted immediately my aadhar card copy to bank and also received confirmation from them my aadhar card was linked to the account number, which i had provided to the agency. Later every month i was following up with them every time same reason aadhar card was not linked with the bank. Later bank said they have done everything from their to link my aadhar card. I again went to agency explained them, they asked come after few days. Later, after visited they said since the aadhar card name is different from my bank account number and hpgas connection letter. I immediately submitted my application for changing my name in my hpgas connection letter from "channamma" to "chinnamma", the same was done by shanthi agencies. But the bank employer didn't considered it for changing my name from "channamma" to "chinnamma". Hence i opened new account with vijaya bank in the month of january with account number [protected] with name chinnamma and i linked my aadhar card with my savings bank account number [protected]. And i received my subsidy amount from the month of february but i have not received my subsidy amount due for 16 months till november 2018. However, later after their suggestion i again opened new account with another bank and provided them the account details. When i asked them to credit all the arrears, they are telling me they cannot provide any arrears and would credit subsidy only from next month. This is really unfair and have done all my best to get my adhard card linked. Now, if they cannot my hard and earned money it is very difficult not fair to the consumer. Please help me to resolve this issue and get all my subsidy amount to my new account number which i have provided to them.
