Hindustan Times — Against Thakur News agency news paper provider

We paid a check to HT Midea through "Thakur News agency Kirari New Delhi 110086". in 06/2016 . We paid for one year scheme of HT newspaper. provider drop news paper upto first week of December 2016. after that he don't provide a single paper. we have remianing six more months for scheme as per rule.and News agency said now they wont provide anymore Newspaper.
