I had renewed my annual subscription of The Hindustan Times on 30/4/15, vide cheque no. 287581 dated 30/4/15 for Rs 799/- drawn on Syndicate Bank Ghaziabad.
But till now I haven't recd the monthly coupons that I have to give to the vendor.
For the same I have called the customer service center as well as mailed my escalation several times but seems there is no body to take care of my concern.
Only once I was told by the customer care executive that the coupons have been delivered to which I denied.
Upon my denial he assured me that the duplicate coupons will be delivered shortly but till now I haven't recd the same.
Could any one pl help as the vendor is threatening to discontinue the delivery of the Newspaper.

Updated by smrit58 Till now The company has sent me the copy of the POD that has been signed by the person who is not known to me. Neither he resides at my address.Also in the mail, they have asked me to get in touch with the courier company, iAfter that there has been no communication from their side.
Regarding the same, I have mailed to the Hinduatan Times again stating that I am not liable to contact the courier company & it is their responsibility to ensure the delivery of the coupons at my address.But their response is still awaited.
