I subscribed and paid Rs. 999 for daily delivery of newspaper at door-step but their website delivery-details page is poorly coded so my phone browser was hanged and closed. I sent them an email to their customer support, advertising, business contacts but till now I did not receive any response.

I also subscribed for the hindustan combo offer and was promised to deliver gift next day but it is not delivered yet. On call to subscription person deepak, say kya aapne gift k liye paper subscribe kiya tha. Pls help me out and refund my subscription fees.

I had made payment of Rs. 899/- on 20.07.2020 ( amount debited from my bank- Bank of Maharashtra, Connaught Place, New Delhi - 110001) for your news papers at my residence - 584, Dr. Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi - 110009. I am receiving my news paper regularly from your news paper vendor - Rajpal. However, unfortunately, I have lost/misplaced my coupons for the year.

So I request you to kindly send me duplicate coupons in their place.

I assure you not to misuse the same.

Please do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

We had subscribed to HT thru annual subscription from local vendor / Mr Shankar / who was monitored by your local area incharge
Mr inderjit - [protected] .
It seems Mr Inderjeet never gave the required coupons to Mr Shankar and Mr Shankar has stopped delivering the news paper to us .
We have been asking Mr Inderjeet to deliver the coupons to Shankar and he is not delivering / everytime he says it will be done tomorrow / since past more than one year and we are suffering due to this .
PLese do the needful to restore the paper delivery at our prmises and oblige .

Dear sir
I am regular HT yearly subscriber but not getting daily newspaper regularly. For this problem when n when I lodged my complaint on his whatsApp number he doesn't care n today his reply was that " Pay me Rs. 50 daily n I will supply daily " This is recorded on my WhatsApp.
Hence, I request to your kind honour that the JP Agency may be instructed not to harass to me or my further paid yearly subscription may kindy be refunded to me or newspaper supplier changed

I made yearly subscription of Rs 999 but yet to receive my coupons. In this regard I also registered complaints twice on Help line number but to no avail.
You are once again requested to deliver my coupons since newspaper vendor is demanding the same else I hv to pay in cash.

2- team fixtures3
3- points table

We like ht and want to see these changes which were there earlier

I am subscriber to your HT Newspaper and i have noticed in recent past he is irregular to deliver newspaper and even not punctual, sometimes he gives at 12 noon some day in morning, kindly note his service is pathetic. I have complaint this earlier as well that the printing on my on Coupons received are erased due to liquid leaked from hand wash broken bottle received along with in same package. Kindly re-issue the coupons and send on priority.

No delivery since 15 days despite of complaining to the zonal manager and area manager

Newspaper vendor throws paper outside the gate on the floor which many times is stolen or blows with wind. Instructed many times vendor but he doesn't listens. I could have changed to different newspaper and vendor but have subscription for entire year.

There is no option to attach pic otherwise would have attached the pic.

03.08.2021, ht media ltd requested for payment of inr 1799.00 through link // rzp.Io/i/sek33phgx that was paid .
Booking from no id - [protected] and verification code 594683 intimated though sms for having subscribing 2 year by ht media.

I kept the package for some special day.

I got my operated left eye for cataract on 01.09.2021 and packed was opened keeping hot water in the above bottle that was done.

But after few hour the bottle from outside inside colder water that was big surprise.

And biggest dissatisfaction over boss steel bottle, i am trying through helping number but not available[protected] .

Anyhow i got the change to contact mr ramkesh vishwakarma and mr birjesh chauhan zone manager was very violently and listening to the complaint at all, asking " how you got my number, who has given my number" and i requesting to solve my problem, but he did not listening my complaint.

Dear sir / madam, all in i want that either bottle should be replace with good one or it atlease should be taken back, so that it should by lien here.

Regarding this want to till you about that at the nangloi centre your inspector anil batt and anil bist are the inspector at nangloi they not providing booking money and customer gift are not disbursed.
So in the regard l have send to you a mail that you will help to provide our compensation and customer gift to our inspector. They have spent six months and more to not give the compensation and gift when I have told to then they have avoided.

Its a complaint regarding newspaper, we were submitted payment through cheque to the person .He committed for the gift too but till date we have not yet started receiving the newspaper and neither your newspaper person calls nor does he pick up the phone or revert to us.kindly revert asap .
