I would like to attach my correspondence with HT regarding my 2 year subscription of paper - Would like to make it public. Request you to kindly publish suitably the coupon despatch scandal of HT (Our New paper vendor has confirmed that this is a regular problem with HT). HT seems to be synonym of "poor customer focus".

I had subscribed for Hindustan times newspaper coupons.
It has been around 14-15 months since we had provided the cheque of Rs 150/- to our local newspaper vendor.

I apply for Hindustan times 2 years subscription.For the same we pay the money through check. check has been cleared 2 months back, but still we didnt received coupans.Because of this we are paying bills to our wender.
we tried to contact customer care, But still we didnt get any result.
