Subscibed for hindustan hindi Epaper vide Transaction No[protected] but unable to download and read paper

Renewal Coupons for ID [protected] returned back on 9-Oct-2020 for correcting wrong renewal period, but till date did not receive the rectified coupons. Vendor made me pay for the paper put from 17-Jul-2020, due date of my renewal. Renewal was done promptly by me on 16-Jul-2020, still made to suffer. Written many mails to cancel the subscription to [protected]@hindustantimes.com, but no solution nor proper reply received so far.

I faced fraudulent selling by Shine - your partner site. Salesperson and assigned relationship manager from Shine didn't provide full picture of entire payment to be done, and kept on sending payment links, everytime saying that this is the last payment. This way they fleeced me for 54K!!. Also, there has been no service provided as promised on the specified date. This is a case of severe fraud!! There are also similar customer complaints against Shine in various forums. I request HT to intervene and help me... We trust HT brand and such types of frauds definitely not go with HT image.

We shifted to safdarjung enclave b7. House no 15 a top floor one month back from dilshad garden.
I already had coupons of several months left. I asked a vendor named SANDEEP. PHONE NO -[protected], to deliver newspaper Hindustan times. He delivers maximum 2 days in a week and sometimes deliver another hindi newspaper. He even took away all my coupons saying he will get the area name and vendor name changed on the coupons. I want to change the vendor and want my coupns back.

I had subscribed for your newspaper on 29th February 2020, but I am yet to receive coupons from you in this regard. My booking number is [protected].
I started buying the paper from my Vendor since then and had to pay his bill from my own pocket.
I spoke to your executive Mr. Dhananjay, suppose to be handling circulation, several times and every time he assure me of getting the coupons within a week's time but all in vain.
Once he put me on a con call within your office and that gentleman, l don't remember his name, assured me of the compliance shortly, this happened two months back and l am still waiting for that to happen.
Now the gentleman, Dhananjay has stopped taking my call even.
This type of customer service I was not expecting from a company of repute like yours.

I am deeply anguished.
I request you to take an immediate action and send me coupons for which i paid you or make a refund.

Dear Sir,

Please refer subject and please note that my vendor has stopped giving daily HT English news papers from 01/10/2020 as HT has not given the full set of coupons even after paying Rs.100/- ( we have received coupons till July 2020 only and my subscription is till 2021 )

I had mailed and complained this problem to [protected]@hindusthantimes.com on 23/10/2020 but no body bothered to reply it & when I am Calling Mr. Yasin Mirajkar of HT ( [protected] ) is not answering my calls from last 2 days ..

In past also I have experience the same issue . HT service is very poor and I have decided to change it to DNA once subscription expires ) also will stop my office papers as well.

To whom it may concern,
I am voicing my complain against the published pages of ' China Watch'. I have been an ardent reader of your newspaper and had high hopes for the quality of news after your new slogan' first voice, last word'.
But to my great disappointment, today I found pro Chinese content in the section of ' China Watch'. I feel that this is a disrespect to not only our soldiers but also to those Tibetan brothers and sisters who have been active in making the world aware of china's atrocities.
Although I understand the importance of revenue generated through this type of ad, it escapes my understanding as to why it is worth more than the sacrifices of our people. I am not a right extremist nor do I support hardcore 'nationalism' but dignity and honour of one's nation must be maintained.
I hope that you can address my concern and view it as a constructive criticism from a loyal reader.

Please ensure that your vendor delivers newspaper Hindustan Times on time, in a place like Gurgaon he delivers newspaper after 7.30 am, when it's time to leave for your work, inspite of repeated requests!

Hi, I have already htnewspaper subscription but due to covid 19 our area is closed form from March ending. Our news paper dealer is not deliver the newspaper till date from March end. Kindly look in the matter and advice

I m still waiting for coupons for yearly subscription against payment of INR. 1399.00 made on 27th April 2020.

Distributer is asking for coupons, kindly arrange to send on urgent basis.

हमारा पेपर नहीं आ रहा है एक महीने से जादा हो गया, और पेपर वाला भी नहीं दिखाई देता है कृपया करके इस पर ध्यान दिया जायें,

I purchased a yearly subscription of 1 year in ht. But there courier company misplace the coupons and hand over the coupons to wrong person. They show me proof of delivery in there image of id proof is missing and signature is also fake. Worst thing is ht news paper guys not believe in me. I ask them number of delivery guy who delivers that coupons this simple information is also not available.

I want to stop my newspaper subscriptions in this pandemic.
I had purchased these coupons for this whole year.
Tell me the procedure of refunds or can i stop these newspaper delivery on temporary basis???

In this year we are still not receiving Hindustan times news paper we have whole year coupans also

I had subscribed for Hindustan Times newspapers but recently my coupons have been misplaced at my home in this ongoing Pandemic. I have tried to get in touch with the newspaper company to get another set of my coupons but results are in vain. I request you to please send me another set if coupons so that I can give those coupons to my newspaper vendor so that I can start getting the newspaper daily. Please assist as early as possible.

Since March 2020 the newspaper vendor is not delivering newspaper despite the lock down has lifted up still newspaper is not delivered.

News paper vendor appointed by hindustan times collected the coupon.
Paper is not delivering regularly.
Informed the company multiple times, but not yet resolved the issue.
Customer care number getting contacts is an herculean task. By holding the phone for long time (10-15 minutes) the customer care executive will not come in the line. If by chance we get him on line he will speak as if he cannot hear. However, we can hear his voice, after two hello, hello, he will terminate the call.
Given the recorded message for call back also, but no response.
Very very horrible experience.

I have done the payment but i have not received the coupons of hindustan times newspaper and it's been several months now. And no response from the company whether you have received coupons or getting newspaper.
