I want to stop my newspaper subscriptions in this pandemic.
I had purchased these coupons for this whole year.
Tell me the procedure of refunds or can i stop these newspaper delivery on temporary basis???

In this year we are still not receiving Hindustan times news paper we have whole year coupans also

I had subscribed for Hindustan Times newspapers but recently my coupons have been misplaced at my home in this ongoing Pandemic. I have tried to get in touch with the newspaper company to get another set of my coupons but results are in vain. I request you to please send me another set if coupons so that I can give those coupons to my newspaper vendor so that I can start getting the newspaper daily. Please assist as early as possible.

Since March 2020 the newspaper vendor is not delivering newspaper despite the lock down has lifted up still newspaper is not delivered.

News paper vendor appointed by hindustan times collected the coupon.
Paper is not delivering regularly.
Informed the company multiple times, but not yet resolved the issue.
Customer care number getting contacts is an herculean task. By holding the phone for long time (10-15 minutes) the customer care executive will not come in the line. If by chance we get him on line he will speak as if he cannot hear. However, we can hear his voice, after two hello, hello, he will terminate the call.
Given the recorded message for call back also, but no response.
Very very horrible experience.

I have done the payment but i have not received the coupons of hindustan times newspaper and it's been several months now. And no response from the company whether you have received coupons or getting newspaper.

I am regular reader of ht from many many year.
Ht vendor at essel towers, gurgaon, haryana overcharging in the name of service charge (30- 40 rs) and also not giving the bill.

There are 1000+ houses in society and they are doing this.

When we oppose and inform them that we will pay the print rate, they refuse to deliver. Vendor agency : dinesh...

Please help in sorting this issue

So can I inform the vendor not reach my home with news paper but why this is so very bed punctuality.
I am call to vendor shiv but not a reply any.
His behavior so bad and not a complete duty.
That sat so please solved my problem immediately please sir.

Newspaper delivery stopped since lockdown, but not started yet.

I have made the advance payment of ₹550 for one year subscription of hindustan times via paytm on 10 july 2020 (As demanded by your office). But i have not received the coupon till date.
Kindly send the coupons at the earliest.

I have paid Rs 1299/- on 17/4/2020 & till date no coupons has been received to me. On customer care enquiry, they told me that your coupon was wrongly addressed. Thereafter, coupons were sent on my address - I -202, Raj Retreat Society Defence colony Bhopura Shahibabad Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh-201005. But, it is yet to be received. Today, I again called on customer care number & Ms. Jyoti saxena informed me that your coupon was delivered to nearest office of your address & please talk to Mr. Arun kumar. I told her that why the coupon was not delivered on my address & why he did not inform me that your coupon was with me. Please give me number of senior office so that I will raise a complaint for this issue. But, she didnt provide me the number & forced me to talk with Me. Arun. It is not understand that I want raise a complaint against that persy and she insisted me to talk with him. The reason is well known that she wanted to settle my complain. I have been facing embarassing situation with my vendor when he is asking for coupons& sometime matter became harsh. Since, I have no coupon, I was in fault. But, no one is taking my complaint seriously. Please provide me coupons immediately to me & take appropriate action against those people who took my coupon for more than one month without informing me.

My first complaint to hindustan times was on jun 13, 2020 and today its jul 07, 2020 still the newspaper has not been started. Continuously following up with hindustan times on call / email but there is no response. I would like to say it is the worst services i have ever seen in my whole life.

I have made payment for 2 years subscription and not yet reevived my coupans. Hawker is chasing me to pass him the coupans. Please suggest.

Hi Team I have paid for two years subscrption (1, 399/-) on April 29th 2020. I have not yet received those coupans. Can you you please help.

Hello sir, i am ht customer for more than 7 years now. I have always taken subcriptions time to time.

Recently from march my paper vendor stop delivering news paper, which i understand since that time it was lock down, but even after lock down was ease and govt allowed door to door delivery of news paper but my paper vendor ms gadkari news paper agency still not delivering news paper to my home with a reason that hindustan times is still not started. Now it is almost 3 months i am not getting news paper from my vendor.

Please look into matter and allow me to change my vendor.

I have taken 2 year subscription, but vender is not provide newspaper continuously.
Specially man don’t pick our phone, other venders continuously providing newspapers in our apartments.
So plz change your vender otherwise we change newspaper.

Dear sir,
I have 2 yrs ht newspaper subscrition coupons & all coupons were taken by ur vandor ' shiv pawan newspaper agency', greater noida, up on 1st march'19 but now, he stopped delivering my copy from 20th march'20. We tried to contact him number of times but he is not responding at all.
