Hindustan Times — Bad vendor and customer service without information | |||
Dear Sir, My registered mobile No. is [protected] staying in Kandivali Mumbai. I have subscribed for HT. Then vendor came to me and told me that I have to give him all the coupons at one time only then he will give the newspaper. I refused and told him that it is mentioned on the coupons that we should give only after the month is over. The vendor has not stopped giving the paper from 1st July 2016. Last year the vendor has not given the newspaper for more than 45 days in a year. When I called the customer support, they told me that it will take 7 days to arrange for another vendor but nothing has been done so far. When I called up today the CS executive told me that it will take 15 days and the earlier executive has given wrong information. When I told her to give it to the supervisor or manager, she refused and was not willing to transfer the line or call the supervisor. She just put me on Hold for more than half hour and then disconnected the call This is not professionalism. Pleas look into this matter or refund my money back.
