Hindustan Times — Complaint for non delivery of services against my paid subscription

Dear Sir,
On 4th march I talked to your executive regrding non delivery of coupans, Gift and newspaper, I was assured to get news paper delivery from 8th march onwards along with gift and coupans. And senior will callback with in 24 hrs.

Again I called two times to your customer care centre on Monday 8th March.
First time I could talk to Ms jyoti.But she couldn't give satisfactory reply and disconnected my phone in between.
Second time your executive assured me that seniors will callback with in 24 hrs.
Till time I have not received any single call from your office.
Now I request you to make a refund of my amount deopsited with due interest and reasons for non compliance of services.
