I have purchased subscription last 3months ago but I have not received single newspaper from vendor and my gift from you

Every time I am getting disappointed response from you and your vendor
Compare to other media your service is very third class,

Still I have not received gift if you have difficulties for deliver gift and newspaper then kindly return my cash, I will get from another media
