Hindustan Times — coupons not received by till date

I have not received coupons till date. Amount already deposited on 01 October 2018. Kindly send coupons at my given address

I made a complain some days ago and the same is still not resolved. I was informed by customer Care staff that coupons were received by someone at my address but is still not received. Kindly send the coupons at my address and not to deliver anyone other than me.
