Dear sir,
I have not received the coupons even after 4 to 5 months of subscription. And whenever i ask vendor he says the coupons were delivered, i am not receiving newspaper from last 4 days. This is very rude and shameful. I have proof of my payment. Also your costmer care service is poor. If no immediate action is taken, i will soon knock the door of consumer court.

I am not recieving my newspaper from last 20days inspite of I have purchased scheme for 2 years.

I have called newspaper vendor so many times but he never responds.
Even the person who is distributing newspaper always says that tomorrow we will deliver.

I am really fed up with HT services

Kindly treat this as most urgent
