I have bought delhi/ncr ht subscription voucher in the month of nov2017 from your executive mr mehboob. After availing service till april 2018 when in the month of may 2018 i relocated to gurgaon and asked local vendor to provide me the services as per voucher he straight away denied and didn't accept the voucher by saying that "it's not valid in gurgaon".
Appreciate if you could please take appropriate action and provide resolution accordingly.

I have lost my 3 month vouchers i. E. May, june & july just because of this issue hence please let me know how i can now utilize or encash same as well in coming months.

I lives in Shivam apt Sector-15 Rohini Delhi-89.Our vendor Mr.Mohit deliver less no.of pages of news papers and deliver the paper after we leave for office.When we oppose he threatn to stop the delivery.I complain to your employee Mr.Rajeev Khulbe personally, he refused to take action.Pls survey in society personally and sort the problem.
