I have done an online payment of Rs. 799 (under Delhi Bonanza offer for 14 months) on 12/3/2016, and have received a SMS from HT that your HINDUSTAN TIMES subscription is processed and newspaper delivery should start from 01/06/2016. But till date I haven't received any coupons. I tried to call their customer service number multiple times over the phone, but no body picks up the call neither they respond over the e-mail for my multiple e-mails. Please help.
