Hindustan Times — Ht newspaper coupons not received

I had applied for ht newspaper subscription and paid rs 799 via cheque in march 2016 and cheque got cleared in april 2016. i got all the notifications that my subscription has been started however till date i have not received ht coupons. now my newspaper vendor is asking for coupons again and again otherwise he will start charging me on monthly basis

Kindly look into this and send me coupons at earliest to my address below:-
