I have HT subscription till September 2022. But newspaper vendor refused to deliver paper saying issue of commission. Please help. Thanks, Abhi.

Daily newspaper not delivered at our office & residence

Hello, my name is Akash, living in ward no 1 in baghpat (250609) Uttar Pradesh and our newspaper hacker is charging rs 1 extra per copy of newspaper which is 16.66% extra on MRP and when i refuge to give extra money he stops supply of Hindustan Times newspaper.
Now, please take it seriously and take appropriate actions against the newspaper hacker .
Otherwise I have to look for some other newspaper.

I subscribed to the HT Media group to have the Printed Hindustan times newspaper to be delivered to my Gurgaon address. I paid 1299 INR for 1 year subscription. Booking reference number # [protected], on 30Apr2022.

I received a verification call and was informed that I would get the Coupons soon for the newspaper delivery. But nothing happened.

I raised a complaint on 16 May 2022 by calling them and got an email that Complaint # 00387858 has been received. However next day on 17 May 2022 I receive another email that the complaint number # 00387858 has been successfully resolved... No one called me / no one checked if I have started receiving the newspaper, but the complain got closed next day.

Till date, 4June2022, I have not received any newspaper. I didn't expect this kind of service from Hindustan times. I really regret that I paid for the subscription of Hindustan times.

Please help, either get me the refund or start delivering the newspaper.

T has been more than 7 months we have not received our gift of annual subscription.
I talk to the area head his phone is unreachable through whom we got the annual subscription.
I talk to the zonal had many times and WhatsApp him but he did not respond.
It has been very bad experience with Hindustan Times. (Attached)
Please provide our gift and resolve our complaint as soon as possible.

We feel cheated by HT Media . There may be A FINANCIAL FRAUD OF A LARGER SCALE . We have made payment of Rs 599/- for subscription of HT newspaper for one year on 18 Feb 2022. However, inspite of repeated requests/calls made to your Chandigarh HT Office, we have not received the Coupons for payment to our local vendor for newspaper, as promised by your office. This shows very poor management and pathetic customer dealing by HT Media staff.
It is requested to issue coupons so that same could be given to dealer for uninterrupted service of HT newspaper.
An early action is requested please.

I made a payment of 999 for yearly subscription of hindustan times via paytm.But its been more than 4 months, still no coupons have been received. I am following up hindustan times team, but they are literally useless.Everytime ticket is raised and i need to explain the issue. And i also shared transaction snapshots.S till there is no update.They are taking public like this just like frauds.Please take some action on it.Its not about money, it about the time which i am wasting on these pesrons.

I bought 2 year subscription for Hindustan Times paper on 12th December2021. Your sell representative has promised that you will get coupon as well as gift. I got Coupon for 2 years but till date I didn't receive any gift as promise. your sell representative Mrs. Mandhuri Sharma not giving any answer on whatsapp, even not picking my call. your are requested to reply me whether gift will be given to me or not. if it will be given, then how much time it will take. your customer care number is also very horrible. Newspaper for the period May 01, 2020 to 30th Nov, 2020 was not delivered and hence coupons for the same was not handed over to the delivery person. Now, your sales person who contacted over phone for renewal informs that I should have given the coupons even if delivery was not done, hence, I lose the validity of the 7 months coupon. A newspaper of your repute either should have informed me what to do and did not inform anything. Now, at thee time of renewal of subscription, your personnel is putting the blame on me which is highly unethical. I did not expect from a organisation of your reputation. Please do the needful.

The area newspaper vendor namely Ashok mobile no.[protected] who receives newspapers at Avantika Rohini Depot has refused to deliver newspaper -The Hindustan Times - to me saying that he charges service charge @ Rs30 per month. He says that this charge is approved. He didn't come for coupon for months and now demanding money. He has stopped giving newspaper to me. I have valid coupons till July 2023. In past also he never supplied newspaper in morning. HT City and all other promotional things have never been supplied to me. I am feeling bad and irritated without newspaper despite being in possession of valid coupons. Please redress soon.

I have paid annual subscription of daily Hindustan Times in Feb.2022 but till 15th March I have not received monthly subscription coupons. From my news paper vendor I got a phone no. of HT employee Vishwanth Dalvi, I have called him several times is not responding at all.
Today i tried calling up HT phone no.[protected], nobody is picking up this number!
What a careless attitude of HIndustan times towards its loyal customers! Who can i talk to in HT who can resolve my issue?

I want an early solution to this problem, my precious time is wasted in this follow up

Ht coupan not received even after repeated reminders, feels like cheated by hindustan times either provide coupans or refund our money . Customer care service is worst, does not pick calls,

I would like to gain your attention for the Patna newspaper publisher of Hindustan times. I am resident o[censored]jiar, ballia, Uttar Pradesh which shares border with nearby buxar, Bihar region as it village area only English version newspaper I can afford is Hindustan times of Bihar region. Sir I am regular reader of your newspaper since July 2021 but nowadays after scrutinizing the content of Patna region to that of National level newspaper some very useful headlines are been missing.Like just 2 days earlier ISRO appointment new chairman replacing K.sivan but there was no mention of it even after 2-3 days. Thus I humbly request you to investigate this matter as it is only mode for my current affairs preparation.

nobody picks pone on customer care no. They just sent a msg tat your query has been resolved.
This types of issues is least expected from a organisation like hindustan times . Even after making advance payment till date coupans has not been received.
Worst service provided.

I took an annual subscription of HT daily news paper both Hindi and English starting from 17 January 2021. A free gift hamper was assured with that subscription and my agent told that it will given to me but yet not received the same. I feel cheated by the HT as well as the news paper agent and no more interested to subscribe with HT.

I want to draw your kind attention that the undersigned has booked his HT news paper for one year and given a cheque bearing No. 252991 of Rs. 999/- drawn from Punjab National Bank to Vendor. Amount of Rs. 999/- has been deducted on[protected] from the account o[censored]ndersigned (Copy attached). The coupon for the HT newspaper has not been recieved to undersigned till date. The undersinged is your customer from last 5 to 6 years.

Kindly let me know the status of my coupon, whether you have posted the coupon to the address o[censored]ndersigned or not.

Hindustan Times was subscribed on line at A7/15 Railvihar, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Registered Mobile number is [protected] by Satish Chander Gupta (S C Gupta).
News paper delivery was started immediately.

But Subscription coupons have not been delivered to us.

On personal inquiry from your local representative, some Mr. Sharma who came to deliver the Gift a few days back (Perfume type something) that those have been delivered to someone, named Shri Arun. There is no body.

After local inquiry at the gate, it is revealed that it is a common practice with the delivery boys to name someone at the gate in the absence of the real occupant of the flat.

1. You are requested to please arrange the duplicate subscription coupons at the earliest.

2. Till date 3 issues of Hindustan Times have not been delivered by your vendor.
3. Daily delivery of the paper is very late. You can understand if the paper is not received early, one cannot is not updated of the news.

When we talk to the vendor, he has his own excuses. Please imagine if he does not deliver for one day to all the subscribers, 3 times readers will be missing your news paper and he will be collecting RADDI of 1000 or matching the number of subscribers for the the day.

So please look into it and arrange the coupons and ensure ensure early and regular delivery of Hindustan Times.
