I have paid annual subscription of daily Hindustan Times in Feb.2022 but till 15th March I have not received monthly subscription coupons. From my news paper vendor I got a phone no. of HT employee Vishwanth Dalvi, I have called him several times is not responding at all.
Today i tried calling up HT phone no.[protected], nobody is picking up this number!
What a careless attitude of HIndustan times towards its loyal customers!...

Ht coupan not received even after repeated reminders, feels like cheated by hindustan times either provide coupans or refund our money . Customer care service is worst, does not pick calls,...

nobody picks pone on customer care no. They just sent a msg tat your query has been resolved.
This types of issues is least expected from a organisation like hindustan times . Even after making advance payment till date coupans has not been received.
Worst service provided....

I took an annual subscription of HT daily news paper both Hindi and English starting from 17 January 2021. A free gift hamper was assured with that subscription and my agent told that it will given to me but yet not received the same. I feel cheated by the HT as well as the news paper agent and no more interested to subscribe with HT....

News paper delivery was started immediately.

But Subscription coupons have not been delivered to us.

I subscribed and paid Rs. 999 for daily delivery of newspaper at door-step but their website delivery-details page is poorly coded so my phone browser was hanged and closed. I sent them an email to their customer support, advertising, business contacts but till now I did not receive any response.

I have taken the subscription for Hindustan times newspaper directly from HT Media Limited for 24 Months and also paid the advance as required in the said scheme. In the month of august 2021 i have requested HT media to change my residential address for delivery of Newspaper from Rohini to Dwarka. The new address is also changed by the HT media.

I am regular HT yearly subscriber but not getting daily newspaper regularly. For this problem when n when I lodged my complaint on his whatsApp number he doesn't care n today his reply was that " Pay me Rs. 50 daily n I will supply daily " This is recorded on my WhatsApp.
Hence, I request to your kind honour that the JP Agency may be instructed not to harass to me or my further paid yearly subscription may kindy be...

I made yearly subscription of Rs 999 but yet to receive my coupons. In this regard I also registered complaints twice on Help line number but to no avail.
You are once again requested to deliver my coupons since newspaper vendor is demanding the same else I hv to pay in cash.

I am subscriber to your HT Newspaper and i have noticed in recent past he is irregular to deliver newspaper and even not punctual, sometimes he gives at 12 noon some day in morning, kindly note his service is pathetic. Hi Team,

I have complaint this earlier as well that the printing on my on Coupons received are erased due to liquid leaked from hand wash broken bottle received along with in same package. Kindly re-issue the coupons and send on priority.
