There is a perpetual complaint with this vendor.
He is highheaded, noncooperative n stubborn type, not ready to listen to the complaints.
He is delivering the paper at 8.30am or even later as on today at 8.50.
Inspite of folded hands request he is throwing the paper on the floor, when there is a separate bag hanging outside the door.
Please either change the vendor or stop delivery of the paper.
