Hindustan Times — list of complaints which are suffered by many newspaper vendors

1. Before monsoon season executive manoj rahane promised to give raincoat as per the no. Of cheques or booking. I submitted cheques and coupons were also delivered to customers, still no raincoat or incentives regarding the bookings were provided.
2. As per the daily number of mint copies, everyday i get 2 mint extra which are waste and i have to pay for that from my pocket, i am following up to company from last 6 months but they don’t response well and for their increase in po they keep hanging to decrease the number of copies. This complain is from many vendors and all are facing great loss due to this.
3. I have around 400 hindustan times every month, i have to stamp them every month which is an hectic job, we still agreed to that and adjusted for the company, even after all the proper coupon stamp work the no. Of copies are not validated. Number of copies and should be raise or decrease as per the stamped coupon by vendors. I get 212 hindustan times copies more everyday which are waste this is not followed up by any staff or company.
4. During heavy rain period, our union suggested executive manoj rahane to change the drop point as it get flood in that area but still the driver unloaded all the bundles at the same point and all the bundles were in deep water. We managed to save those one day, on 04/08/2019 all the 612 ht and mint copies (Excluding other vendors copies) were drowned in deep water and not an single ht and mint copies were delivered in ulhasnagar and ambernath. It was the mistake of the transportation services and management. We suffered a great loss and company still charged for all the copies from us and from customer. None of the adjustment were made or compensation were given. We had to pay from our own pockets to company and customers.

5. The process of submitting expiry coupon is to submit it to executive, i submitted old expiry coupons to executive ajith and also submitted 15 cheques. The amount of coupon and incentives which is deliver by pay-off slip/voucher has not been given till date. He received coupon and cheques on january 2019.

All this complaints and requests are submitted to executive manoj rahne and arvind jadhav from many months but they don’t response to complains from any vendor nor they took any action regarding it.
