Hindustan Times — mint yearly subscription

My subscription of mint (With saturday) started from october 1, 2017. It has been a pain in getting newspaper to my doorstep even after pre paying for the full year. There has been 3 saturdays till now and i haven't received copy for 2 saturdays also on approximately 2 weekdays i haven't received the copy. When i ask the vendor about the issue he says, the company is not providing with the newspaper in sabarmati area, ahmedabad. You are requested to provide me the refund of the yearly subscription amount. No point in continuing if i don't get newspaper even after pre paying.
