Hindustan Times Mumbai — Non delivery of news paper

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 410206

Subscribed Hindustan Times Mumbai (ID : R0000518) but news paper not being delivered at my place on a regular basis.Concerned vendor deliver two day but forget to deliver third day or forth day.Even he deliver only after 9.30 or 10 AM after several discussion.
Now it's useless to ask anything to vendor.
Please help.
