Hindustan Times — non-delivery of ht city and other supplements since 13th october 2017

I live in dwarka, new delhi. I have been reading ht for years. I did not get ht city and other supplements on 13th, 14th and 15th october 2017 and not even brunch on 15th october. I asked the person who delivers in my society (Mass apartments, plot # 24, sector 10, dwarka, new delhi 110075). He said there is some problem and the distributor has not provided the supplements. Could you kindly look into this? Thank you.
