Dear Sirs, I am a resident of Tower 1 9A, Central Park 2, Bellevue, Sohna Road, sector 48, Gurgaon. I had in the month of March 2015 paid for yearly subscription of Hindustan Times and Mint. Details of my payment are as under : extract from my bank statement 26 Mar 2015- Chq Paid-MICR CTS-NO-HT MEDIA LTD - cheque no.[protected] 26 Mar 2015 Rs. 1, 099.00 Till date I have not received coupons n every month the agency delivering paper harasses for payment. This despite having subscribed annually. Please urgently look into and Make Hindustan Times be accountable to immediately provide coupon n damages for all the trouble faced by genuine customers like me.
