Hindustan Times — Non Receipt of Annual Subscription coupons (paid in July 2014)

subscribed for the annual subscription of the Hindustan Times in July and since then the process has been really struggling. Firstly, news paper started after 3 months of the payment for the annual subsription. Secondly, coupons are not yet received for the same and even the vendor has threatened to stop the newspaper multiple times in case we wouldnt be presenting the coupons to him. Thridly, We have called multiple times to the customer care and every time got to hear that we'll get the coupons shortly. Ironically its been more than 6 months after the payment and still didnt get the coupons. Made payment in July 2014 News paper started in September 2014 (after so many reminders to customer care) Coupons NOT RECEIVED YET March 2015 I have contacted the customer care more than 30 TIMES and every time they say I'll get it in next 5 days. ALSO WHEN I ASK THEM THE REFERENCE ID FOR THE CONVERSATION I HAVE NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH ONE. THERE IS CONSISTENCY IN DELAY every time.
