I subscribe HT newspaper yearly subscription through your executive Mr.Ram Singh(contact no. [protected], [protected] ), vide form no. 4659206, who came to our school, (M.B.D.A.V School, Yusuf Sarai, New Delhi) on 10 july, 2014.I paid the requisite amount of Rs.699 through cheque.Then on the last week of july he (Ram Singh) contact me to tell that by mistake he put wrong details on the cheque because of which the cheque got invalid so he came to my home(vasundhara enclave, delhi) to collect another cheque (chq. no.890798) .Now after one and a half a month of waiting I contact him and came to know that his only job is to collect the chq. only.On contacting HT[protected] I was told that my cheque again was rejected and they are unable to furnish any details.Now my question to HT is
1)Why you outsource the collection of chq. job to uncompetent people who are even unable to fill the chq details
2) When the the cheque got rejected why it is not returned to the subscriber with details
3)Even if the chq. amount is small it is the responsibility on your part to inform the subscriber with details
4) In the above case why I should suffer and wasted my 2 cheques without the fault of mine
5)After seeing so many complaints in your site I feel that if you can't handle the issue competently then stop the offer scheme rather than harassing the customer
