Hindustan Times — Non receipt of Subscription Coupons

I, H. K. Babber Mobile No. [protected], r/o 1197 sector-4, Gurgaon handed over a cheque of Rs. 899.00 to my paper vendor( of H.T.) for issue of coupons to me. For this purpose a person from H.T. visited my house on[protected]. I was told by him that the coupons will be delivered to me in about a week. Till today no coupons have been recd. Kindly look into the matter & arrange despatch of the coupons.
